Luxury villa, completely renovated in a typical Majorca style. The villa has two bathrooms of which one with Jacuzzi. From the big garden with terrace and private swimming pool, you have a beautiful view over the surrounding. The garden has a big lawn and is surrounded by fruit and olive trees. Sta. Margalida lies within 15km from the beaches of Port d'Alcudia. It is pleasantly busy here in summer, while the more peaceful beaches close to Betlem and Cala Mata are only several kilometres further. Lovely, Spanish towns like Sineu and Muro are within 10km. Inca (approx. 20km) is known for its leather works and souvenirs and further to the west of Inca, the mountain chains of Tramuntana starts. A beautiful nature area, ideal for long walks and beautiful views over the rough west coast and the island.
The main town Palma, with a beautiful cathedral and many lovely shopping streets and squares, situated within 45km is worth a day trip. A trip through the flat, agricultural countryside of the island, direction the east coast is also worth it. Along the coast, you will find paradisiacal, azure blue bays and big places like Artá and Manacor. Majorca has much to offer!

The house is situated at the foot of the mountain 'Puig de Santa Magdalena', only 5km from the village Inca and approx. 35km from the main town Palma de Mallorca with the international airport. The popular spas Alcudia and Pollença situated within 25km. The home is neatly furnished. It is just 300 metres from the beach. Alcúdia is one of the oldest towns on the island and is only 3 km away. The old town centre with its many attractive little streets is full of atmosphere. The terrace has good views of the swimming pool. You can enjoy superb views of Alcúdia Bay from many of the rooms including some of the bedrooms.

You can enjoy many leisure activities including water sports in the area. The Bay of Pollença, the smallest and most beautiful bay on Majorca, is nearby. As is popular Port dAlcúdia. Cap de Formentor is well worth a visit. Its rock formations create unusual shapes and its steep cliffs tower above the sea. Golfers will enjoy the Alcanada golf course, just 1 km from the holiday home.
The islands capital of Palma de Majorca is 60 km away. Its splendid, historic cathedral, attractive shopping streets and squares are well worth a visit. The foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains make this an excellent area for walkers.

This large luxury house is located within the beautiful mountains of Tramuntana, between the two towns of Selva and Caimari. It is located in the middle of an absolute natural quiet environment, which can be enjoyed from both terraces. The mountains and the greenery can be enjoyed, while sitting on the terrace. You can count on the swimming pool, solarium and the garden with fruit trees, to make this house the number 1 place to be. Complete privacy is guaranteed. With 4 bedrooms, and a second living room or reading room, this house has capacity for up to 9 people. Central heating makes this house ideal also during the colder months of the year.

The municipality of Selva includes: Selva, Caimari, Biniamar, Binibona and Moscari. Located in the north area on the bottom of the "Serra Tramuntana" mountains, the town lays on a calcareous mountain, heavy and solid, with natural forests and very tinged lands. The most important local craft is the footwear production and leather accessories. Clay is also produced and used for making roof tiles and ceramic items such as tiles and pots. Olive oil also contributes to the gastronomy of Buger, a town nearby. The local Saint festival is San Llorenc, celebrated on the 10th of August and well worth a visit.

The home is just 5 km away from a beautiful beach and from Bahia de Pollença, the smallest and most beautiful bay on Majorca. Boats leave Port de Pollença for the resort of Formentor where you can enjoy splendid, white sandy beaches.

A house built according to traditional Majorcan architecture, sturdily built with large walls and an attention to detail. It oozes quality and has been furnished with outstanding care and attention. Comfortable, roomy and well-equipped, it offers total privacy and a peaceful, serene environment. Rooms are spacious and inviting. Terraces are substantial in size and designed with enjoyment and relaxation in mind, with plenty of greenery, exquisite flowers, palm trees and even a small artificial lake. Worthy of note are the large sun terrace and 12 x 6 meter pool.
Sant Llorenç is in the commune of Manacor, one of Majorcas largest towns located in a valley at the foot of the Sierra de Llevant Mountains. Manacor port is known as "Portocristo" and is to be found on the coast, thirteen kilometres out of town. Formerly a fishing port dating back to the 12th century, today it has been transformed into a first class tourist centre and its attractions include the "Drach" and "Hams" caves.
These two wonderful, natural caves have brought international renown to the area. Within the "Drach caves" there is a natural lake on which an orchestra stages a concert with an accompanying light show while tourists enjoy a boat ride.

Splendid restored townhouse with garden and swimming pool, situated in the picturesque village Valldemossa. The village Valldemossa is situated in the splendid mountain chains Serra Tramuntana, where you can make walks, hikes and cycling trips. In the house you inagine yourself in a museum because of the many collections of antique objects like authentic handmade ceramix and furniture. The house consist of three floors and is equipped with all modern comfort. Valldemossa is beautifully situated and is famous to La Cartuja, where Chopin and George Sand has lived. Stroll through the narrow streets and find a little terrace on one of the many squares. Within 5km you will find the beautiful broad beaches. The main town Palma de Mallorca (18 km) is surely worth a visit. Visit the immense cathedral or go shop as much as you like.
The 4 persons bedroom with the 4 seperated beds is most suitable for children due to the dimension of the bed (1,80m). Large people can't stand up straigt. If you haven't got any problems with this than you can also use this bedroom for adults.

Manacor is one of the biggest towns of the island, situated on the flat part of the foot of the Serra de Llevant mountain chains. Portocristo, the cosy harbour of Manacor, lies within 13km. The country house is splendid situated, on a property of 200 000m2 with own driveway and a view over the mountains as well as the sea. In the neighbourhood of the country house, you can make beautiful hikes, horse ride and the golf course is within 15km. The north of Majorca offers beautiful broad sand beaches at Port de Pollença and Port d'Alcudia, while on the east coast idyllic, remote bays with usually deserted islands are to be found. Discover the other part of the island, which is surely worth it. Especially the Tramuntana mountain chain, which stretches from north to south along the west coast, is surely worth it. The fashionable Port de Soller, remote along the foot of the mountain chains is wonderful. But the beautiful cathedral of the main town Palma de Mallorca is worth a visit. The island has much to offer. But if you prefer to stay in a more luxury country house, then Son Gariga is more suitable!Swimming pool oval form.
