From the spacious garden you have a beautiful view over the Tramuntana mountain chains, where you can make wonderful hikes and cycling trips, and the castle of Alaró. Son Segui stands on an estate of 5,8ha, so that you can enjoy your holiday in complete privacy. The village Alaró lies within 2km, where you can shop or have a wonderful dinner in the many restaurants. Within 37km lie the beaches of Port d'Alcudia and Port de Pollença. At El Arenal (30km.),, east of the main town Palma, you can find broad sand beaches. Here the summers are pleasantly busy and there is enough amusement for young and old. For children the water park Marine Land with exciting slides and dolphin shows. Palma is surely worth visiting (24km).
Visit the immense cathedral, wonder through the many narrow streets or find a terrace at one of the many pleasant squares.

This holiday home has a private swimming pool. The home is furnished in a rustic style. It is in a country area just outside the town of Pollença. You can enjoy good views of the swimming pool and the garden from the covered terrace. The garden features palms and other attractive plants.
The medieval village of Pollença with its picturesque village centre, traditional squares, colourful markets and old harbour is nearby. The holiday home is just 6 km away from a beautiful beach and from Bahia de Pollença, the smallest and most beautiful bay on Majorca. Boats leave Port de Pollença for the resort of Formentor where you can enjoy splendid, white sandy beaches.

Cala San Vincente, a former fishing village with beautiful beaches, is nearby and worth visiting. The surrounding area is excellent for golfers. The Golf Pollença nine-hole course is 5 km away. The islands capital city of Palma de Majorca is 54 km from the holiday house.

This holiday house is full of atmosphere. It has a communal swimming pool. The home is 20 km east of Palma de Mallorca and just 1.2 km from Algaida. The holiday house is in a quiet, idyllic location. It is on an enclosed estate of 12,000 m2 and in the middle of a nature reserve. The house is surrounded by pine forests. The sea and the closest beaches are just 20 minutes away by car. The holiday house is in a mansion dating from 1898. It was rebuilt in 2005 as a small castle. The entrance to the holiday house is on the south-east terrace. There is a rustic tower room, a tower terrace and a spire accessible via a steep staircase. The house enjoys a breath-taking view of the estate, the town of Randa and a monastery of the same name. You can see all the way to the Bay of Palma and the Tramuntana Mountains to the north.
The swimming pool is shared with the guests of holiday house ES-07210-02. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The accommodations are 20m. from one another. The owners and their dog live on the estate and maintain the swimming pool and the garden.
You'll find a supermarket and restaurants in the near vicinity. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of sports activities and attractions. The weekly markets in Algaida, Llucmajor, Consell or Sineu are well worth a visit. Golf lovers can enjoy themselves to the full at the numerous golf courses in the surrounding area. The nearest course is Son Antem, just 15 minutes away.
Access the house you have to go through 1 km of unpaved road.

Spacious new village-house at the edge of a small village called Buger. From the garden and the private swimming-pool behind the house you will enjoy a beautiful view on the small town Campanet (at 3km.), with in the background the impressive buttresses of the Tramuntana mountains. From the terrace in front of the house, you can admire the flatlands of Mallorca, its typical small stone barns scattered a bit everywhere. The house is decorated in a simple spanish style. In the garden a poolhouse was built, with a large BBQ, an outdoor kitchen and independent sanitary facilities, ideal after swimming . In the surroundings, there are many curiosities to discover. The caves of Campanetare are located at about 5km. You can also undertake beautiful hikes in the Tramuntana-mountains and visit an ancient convent. The beaches and animated boulevards of Port d'Alcudia and Port de Pollença are at 15-20km. Inca is situated at 6km. where you can buy beautiful and typical souvenirs. The capital Palma (at 38km.) is also very pleasant and you should not omit to visit, among other things, its cathedral.Swimming pool 8x4m.

This holiday home is in the countryside between the towns of Búger and Sa Pobla. There is a private swimming pool. The holiday home is 130 m2. Its delightful Majorcan style creates a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. The home is in a quiet location and set in grounds of 3000 m2. You can enjoy good views of the surrounding area, the 300 m2 garden and the swimming pool from the terrace. The pool is on a lower terrace and is reached by some stairs. The holiday home is equipped with all modern conveniences. The home is unheated.

The nearest beach is around 14 km away in Alcúdia. The town of Búger is around 1 km away. Búger is the smallest town on Majorca and has kept its traditional character. You can enjoy various leisure and water sports activities in the nearby area. Golfers will enjoy the nine-hole Golf Pollença golf course which is 17 km away. The area is perfect for walking and cycling. The islands capital, Palma de Majorca, is 45 km from the home. Its beautiful, historic cathedral and narrow, ancient shopping streets are well worth visiting.

Oscols is a comfortable house (150m2) with a private swimming pool in one of the best places of Alcudia. From its terraces you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Pollença Bay and the surroundings. The holiday home is just 3,5 kilometres away from the best beaches of the north of the island, in a totally private atmosphere. Eventhough the house is a bit small, all the rooms are on suite and have central heating. The terrace includes a good barbeque.
Alcudia is one of the oldest insular towns, in fact, the city was founded by the Romans in the II B.C. century but much has changed since then. Alcudia is actually considered one of the most important tourist centres of the Balearic Islands thanks to the privileged geographical situation of the city, which is facing a sensational natural bay. Featuring an extensive coast, and transparent waters, Alcudia is now a very popular tourist attraction.
As the beaches have shallow waters it is most suitable for the young familes, to kick back and relax while the little ones have fun in the shallow waters. As you keep walking further into the depths of the sea, you will enjoy the crystal clear water.

A lovely villa (140m2) situated close to the village Sta. Margarita. The villa stands in a very peaceful region with a beautiful view over the cypresses. Within approx. 8km are the broad beaches at Ca'n Picafort and Son Baulo, where you can walk wonderfully among the dunes. Majorca has beaches, but also sufficient other relaxing possibilities. The town Inca (15km) is famous for its leather works and is the main town Palma (55km), with a beautiful cathedral and many lovely shopping streets and squares, an ideal day trip. A trip through the flat, agrarian countryside of the island, direction the east coast is surely worth it. Along the coast you will find paradise, azure blue bays and big places like Artá and Manacor.Swimming pool.

Newly built, detached villa (220m2) built in a typical Majorca style. The house is luxurious furnished, with among other things a hydro massage shower. On the veranda, you can BBQ wonderfully, while the children are playing on the swing or swimming. The location is very peaceful, with beautiful views over the surrounding land and in the distance of the spurs of the Tramuntana mountain chains. In the surrounding, are many possibilities to spend your holiday? Very interesting is the market of Sineu (2km), which takes place every Wednesday. It is the only market of Majorca where owners handle in he market is wonderful for tourists to see. Broad sand beaches can be found within 25km in Port d'Alcudia and Port de Pollença. The main town Palma within 34km., which is also worth a visit, it has among other things a beautiful cathedral and many lovely shopping streets and squares.Swimming pool 9x5m dept 50/250cm.

Can Besso is a very beautiful chalet within an exclusive urbanization of Alcanada, near Alcudia in the north of Mallorca. Its surroundings include beautiful gardens and a large private swimming pool. From the terraces you have views of the Alcudia Bay. The sea and beaches are at 150mts, and the famous Alcanada Golf club is less than 1km away. The interior has been nicely furnished, and there is ample space through out.
Alcudia is one of the oldest insular towns, in fact, the city was founded by the Romans in the century II B.C. Today it is considered one of the most important tourist towns in the Balearic Islands, thanks to the privileged geographical location of the town, sitting exactly in front of a sensational natural bay, with beautiful beaches and transparent waters. The beaches are suitable for family tourism, since the waters are shallow, allowing young children to enjoy their water play. However further out, the depths of the sea invites the adults to swim, and relax as well.

A charming holiday home in the countryside just outside the seaside resort of Porto Cristo. It is built in Majorcan style and furnished in a rustic style. It is full of atmosphere with many attractive original features. The holiday home is 200 m2. The house consists of a holiday home on the ground floor and one on the first floor which are rented out together. Both homes are connected by an outside staircase. There is a private swimming pool with covered sun terraces. Sun worshippers can enjoy the sun loungers in the garden and the beautiful views of the sea and the mountains.
The nearest beach is 3 km away. Porto Cristo with its shops, restaurants and cafes is also 3 km. The surrounding area is perfect for lovers of culture and of the countryside. Majorca’s famous caves, the ‘Coves del Drac’ (Caves of the Dragon), are nearby. A visit is highly recommended.
