Authentic Majorca villa with pool, recently restored, situated in a suburb of Alaró. From the spacious garden you have a beautiful view over the Tramuntana mountain chains, where you can make wonderful hikes and cycling trips, and the castle of Alaró. Son Segui stands on an estate of 5,8ha, so that you can enjoy your holiday in complete privacy. The village Alaró lies within 2km, where you can shop or have a wonderful dinner in the many restaurants. Within 37km lie the beaches of Port d'Alcudia and Port de Pollença. At El Arenal (30km.),, east of the main town Palma, you can find broad sand beaches. Here the summers are pleasantly busy and there is enough amusement for young and old. For children the water park Marine Land with exciting slides and dolphin shows. Palma is surely worth visiting (24km).
Visit the immense cathedral, wonder through the many narrow streets or find a terrace at one of the many pleasant squares.

Oscols is a comfortable house (150m2) with a private swimming pool in one of the best places of Alcudia. From its terraces you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Pollença Bay and the surroundings. The holiday home is just 3,5 kilometres away from the best beaches of the north of the island, in a totally private atmosphere. Eventhough the house is a bit small, all the rooms are on suite and have central heating. The terrace includes a good barbeque.
Alcudia is one of the oldest insular towns, in fact, the city was founded by the Romans in the II B.C. century but much has changed since then. Alcudia is actually considered one of the most important tourist centres of the Balearic Islands thanks to the privileged geographical situation of the city, which is facing a sensational natural bay. Featuring an extensive coast, and transparent waters, Alcudia is now a very popular tourist attraction.
As the beaches have shallow waters it is most suitable for the young familes, to kick back and relax while the little ones have fun in the shallow waters. As you keep walking further into the depths of the sea, you will enjoy the crystal clear water.

Newly built, detached villa built in a typical Majorca style. The house is luxurious furnished, with among other things a hydro massage shower. On the veranda, you can BBQ wonderfully, while the children are playing on the swing or swimming. The location is very peaceful, with beautiful views over the surrounding land and in the distance of the spurs of the Tramuntana mountain chains. In the surrounding, are many possibilities to spend your holiday? Very interesting is the market of Sineu (2km), which takes place every Wednesday. It is the only market of Majorca where owners handle in he market is wonderful for tourists to see. Broad sand beaches can be found within 25km in Port d'Alcudia and Port de Pollença. The main town Palma within 34km., which is also worth a visit, it has among other things a beautiful cathedral and many lovely shopping streets and squares.Swimming pool 9x5m dept 50/250cm.

This mellow stone farmhouse is situated in rural countryside a short stroll from Campanets famous caves and just 5 min. drive from the village itself. To the rear of the farmhouse, the shady wisteria covered patio is a great spot for a long lazy lunch and is bordered by lawned gardens and further trees and shrubs. Close at hand, at the far end of the farmhouse is the covered barbecue area. To the other side, steps lead up to a raised 4 metre diameter pool and from the elevated terrace here, the tranquil rural views are truly captivating. From the gardens a gate leads out past the dovecote onto the owners land, which extends some 100-150m. down to the dried up riverbed of the Torrente San Miguel. With a little exploring youll soon find the orange and lemon groves and stands of bamboo, as well as pomegranate, fig and even one or two walnut trees. Inside the farmhouse, the bucolic ambience is accentuated with beamed ceilings, walls of natural stone and blue woven curtains in the windows.

This charmingly furnished holiday home with private swimming pool, on the south coast of Mallorca, is only a five minute drive from Santanyi and Alqueria Blanca. The holiday home is in a rustic location on a property of approx. 20,000m2 where you can enjoy the natural surroundings and the peace and quiet.

There is a Mediterranean style main furnished main building on the property, a guest quarters with two bedrooms and a covered pool house (125 sq. metres) with a view of the kidney shaped pool. The holiday residence has been furnished with an eye for detail. Via the old wooden door at the main entrance, you enter a courtyard patio with wooden beams and Tuscan Santanyi style columns. From the living rooms you reach the terrace which is covered with a Bougainvilla covered pergola with a beautiful view of the garden and the swimming pool. Both guest rooms have direct access to the garden with a sunbathing lawn. There are sufficient lounge chairs to provide a relaxed atmosphere by the swimming pool.

The surrounding area offers various options for (sports) activities and sights. For nature lovers, the location is a true paradise, with many bays in the vicinity, such as Cala Mondrago. The closest sandy beach is 10 minutes away in the car. Golf lovers can play to their hearts content on the many golf courses in the area. One of the most beautiful golf courses on the island, the Val d'Or golf course, is only 15 minutes away in the car. Palma is also worth a visit, at only 60 km away.

Can Besso is a very beautiful chalet within an exclusive urbanization of Alcanada, near Alcudia in the north of Mallorca. Its surroundings include beautiful gardens and a large private swimming pool. From the terraces you have views of the Alcudia Bay. The sea and beaches are at 150mts, and the famous Alcanada Golf club is less than 1km away. The interior has been nicely furnished, and there is ample space through out.

Today it is considered one of the most important tourist towns in the Balearic Islands, thanks to the privileged geographical location of the town, sitting exactly in front of a sensational natural bay, with beautiful beaches and transparent waters. The beaches are suitable for family tourism, since the waters are shallow, allowing young children to enjoy their water play. However further out, the depths of the sea invites the adults to swim, and relax as well.

Further to the west, you will come to the embranchments of the Tramuntana chain of mountains, where there are perfect places to hike and take walks. Along the north coast you will find the busy tourist spas like Port d'Alcudia and Port de Pollença, while on the east coast you will find countless azure blue bays, mostly with abandoned beaches. You can sniff up the culture in the old Alcudia and naturally in the main town Palma with its beautiful cathedral and old shopping streets

It is full of atmosphere with many attractive original features. The holiday home is The house consists of a holiday home on the ground floor and one on the first floor which are rented out together. Both homes are connected by an outside staircase. There is a private swimming pool with covered sun terraces. Sun worshippers can enjoy the sun loungers in the garden and the beautiful views of the sea and the mountains.
The nearest beach is 3 km away. Porto Cristo with its shops, restaurants and cafes is also 3 km. The surrounding area is perfect for lovers of culture and of the countryside. Majorca’s famous caves, the ‘Coves del Drac’ (Caves of the Dragon), are nearby. A visit is highly recommended.
