A lovely villa (140m2) situated close to the village Sta. Margarita. The villa stands in a very peaceful region with a beautiful view over the cypresses. Within approx. 8km are the broad beaches at Ca'n Picafort and Son Baulo, where you can walk wonderfully among the dunes. Majorca has beaches, but also sufficient other relaxing possibilities. The town Inca (15km) is famous for its leather works and is the main town Palma (55km), with a beautiful cathedral and many lovely shopping streets and squares, an ideal day trip. A trip through the flat, agrarian countryside of the island, direction the east coast is surely worth it. Along the coast you will find paradise, azure blue bays and big places like Artá and Manacor.Swimming pool.

This holiday home is in the countryside between the towns of Búger and Sa Pobla. There is a private swimming pool. The holiday home is 130 m2. Its delightful Majorcan style creates a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. The home is in a quiet location and set in grounds of 3000 m2. You can enjoy good views of the surrounding area, the 300 m2 garden and the swimming pool from the terrace. The pool is on a lower terrace and is reached by some stairs. The holiday home is equipped with all modern conveniences. The home is unheated.

The nearest beach is around 14 km away in Alcúdia. The town of Búger is around 1 km away. Búger is the smallest town on Majorca and has kept its traditional character. You can enjoy various leisure and water sports activities in the nearby area. Golfers will enjoy the nine-hole Golf Pollença golf course which is 17 km away. The area is perfect for walking and cycling. The islands capital, Palma de Majorca, is 45 km from the home. Its beautiful, historic cathedral and narrow, ancient shopping streets are well worth visiting.

Cosy poolvilla (110 m2) in the neighbourhood of the beautiful bay of Pollensa (10km). The house is situated close to Alcudia, one of the oldest places on the island. Alcudia was found through the Romans in the 2nd century before Christ and is now developed into one of the important cities of Majorca. The oldest inner part of town, completely walled in, it is still kept well secured and is very cosy. The splendid location along the natural bay of Pollença and Port d'Alcudia, with the broad sand beaches and the clear blue seawater, makes this one of the beautiful places of Majorca. The spurs of the Tramuntana mountain chains start in your back garden and offer many hiking possibilities. Children will also enjoy themselves in Ca Na Patufa because in the garden of the house you will find a real tree hut! In short, Ca Na Patufa is the ideal place for an unforgettable (family) holiday at Majorca!

This typical Majorcan holiday home is in a suburb of the town of Sencelles. The town is inland, south of Inca and north of Algaida. This is an area with ancient traditions and a restful life style. The holiday home has a private swimming pool. The pool is an interesting design with some small steps. The home is 130 m2 and is furnished in a rustic style. The large garden has a covered terrace which enjoys splendid views.

You can enjoy a number of leisure activities in the nearby area. The terrain is ideal for walkers and cyclists. The typical local architecture in the centre of Sencelles is a delight. The capital city of Palma de Majorca is 25 km away and easy to get to. Its beautiful historic cathedral, attractive shopping streets and squares make it well worth visiting.

Please note: due to the homes position not far from the airport, you may hear aeroplanes. This is dependent on wind direction and flight frequency.

Newly built, detached villa (220m2) built in a typical Majorca style. The house is luxurious furnished, with among other things a hydro massage shower. On the veranda, you can BBQ wonderfully, while the children are playing on the swing or swimming. The location is very peaceful, with beautiful views over the surrounding land and in the distance of the spurs of the Tramuntana mountain chains. In the surrounding, are many possibilities to spend your holiday? Very interesting is the market of Sineu (2km), which takes place every Wednesday. It is the only market of Majorca where owners handle in he market is wonderful for tourists to see. Broad sand beaches can be found within 25km in Port d'Alcudia and Port de Pollença. The main town Palma within 34km., which is also worth a visit, it has among other things a beautiful cathedral and many lovely shopping streets and squares.Swimming pool 9x5m dept 50/250cm.

From the spacious garden you have a beautiful view over the Tramuntana mountain chains, where you can make wonderful hikes and cycling trips, and the castle of Alaró. Son Segui stands on an estate of 5,8ha, so that you can enjoy your holiday in complete privacy. The village Alaró lies within 2km, where you can shop or have a wonderful dinner in the many restaurants. Within 37km lie the beaches of Port d'Alcudia and Port de Pollença. At El Arenal (30km.),, east of the main town Palma, you can find broad sand beaches. Here the summers are pleasantly busy and there is enough amusement for young and old. For children the water park Marine Land with exciting slides and dolphin shows. Palma is surely worth visiting (24km).
Visit the immense cathedral, wonder through the many narrow streets or find a terrace at one of the many pleasant squares.

Bell Puig is a new holiday home, functional and modern, with rustic stone exteriors, and furnished terraces. The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens, fruit baring trees and a swimming pool. Only 6km from Arta, and only approximately 8 km to the beaches "Cala Torta", "Cala Agulla" or "Cala Mangrana". The house is located within a tranquil area and with wide country views. The interior is spacious and comfortable with lots of privacy.
The municipality of Artà lies in the north-east part of the island of Majorca, and is about 60 kilometres from the city of Palma de Mallorca. Many archaeological sites are located in Artà, less than a kilometre from the town centre. "Ses Païsses" is one of the most important archaeological remains, found on the island. A visit to the fortified walls is recommended, these walls are called "L'Almudaina". Once within the walls there is a sanctuary known as "Sant Salvador".

Can Besso is a very beautiful chalet within an exclusive urbanization of Alcanada, near Alcudia in the north of Mallorca. Its surroundings include beautiful gardens and a large private swimming pool. From the terraces you have views of the Alcudia Bay. The sea and beaches are at 150mts, and the famous Alcanada Golf club is less than 1km away. The interior has been nicely furnished, and there is ample space through out.
Alcudia is one of the oldest insular towns, in fact, the city was founded by the Romans in the century II B.C. Today it is considered one of the most important tourist towns in the Balearic Islands, thanks to the privileged geographical location of the town, sitting exactly in front of a sensational natural bay, with beautiful beaches and transparent waters. The beaches are suitable for family tourism, since the waters are shallow, allowing young children to enjoy their water play. However further out, the depths of the sea invites the adults to swim, and relax as well.

Oscols is a comfortable house (150m2) with a private swimming pool in one of the best places of Alcudia. From its terraces you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Pollença Bay and the surroundings. The holiday home is just 3,5 kilometres away from the best beaches of the north of the island, in a totally private atmosphere. Eventhough the house is a bit small, all the rooms are on suite and have central heating. The terrace includes a good barbeque.
Alcudia is one of the oldest insular towns, in fact, the city was founded by the Romans in the II B.C. century but much has changed since then. Alcudia is actually considered one of the most important tourist centres of the Balearic Islands thanks to the privileged geographical situation of the city, which is facing a sensational natural bay. Featuring an extensive coast, and transparent waters, Alcudia is now a very popular tourist attraction.
As the beaches have shallow waters it is most suitable for the young familes, to kick back and relax while the little ones have fun in the shallow waters. As you keep walking further into the depths of the sea, you will enjoy the crystal clear water.

Along the north coast you will find the busy tourist spas like Port d'Alcudia and Port de Pollença, while on the east coast you will find countless azure blue bays, mostly with abandoned beaches. You can sniff up the culture in the old Alcudia and naturally in the main town Palma with its beautiful cathedral and old shopping streets
