Rustic villa with a private swimmingpool just 3km from the typical white village of Frigiliana in the East of the Costa del Sol. The villa is comfortably furnished and enjoys beautiful views on the mountains. On the front side of the house you'll find the porch with a dining table and chairs. If you walk down the 2 steps you'll find the paved swimmingpool area with the swimmingpool with Roman steps. You'll also find deckchairs, an outdoor shower and a summer kitchen with an original bread oven in this area. The property is completely fenced. Frigiliana is one of the most visited villages in Andalucia because of the Moorish arcitecture which is still visible in the narrow streets and white houses with patio's, plants and flowers. The villa is just 9km away from Nerja. Nerja is surrounded by nature reserves such as the Sierras de Tejada y Almijara. Nerja is also worldfamous for "Las Cuevas de Nerja" (the caves) and "El Balcón de Europa" (the balcony above the sea). The holiday home is ideal for kids and for a beautiful holiday in the Costa del Sol.

This luxury villa with a lovely private swimming pool is located in the hills of Arenas, with views over Torre del Mar and the Mediterranean Sea. It is air-conditioned for the hot summers. The capital of the province and relaxed harbour town of Málaga is just 35 km away, and the glitzy Marbella can be reached in 1 hour. Nerja is a great beach resort within short distance. Here, you will find the wide sandy beach Burriana Beach with a lovely bay surrounded by the mountains. The white mountain village Frigiliana is worth a visit, it has been elected most beautiful mountain village of Andalusia!
Walkers will find paradise in the region, there are endless walking paths through hills and along rivers. The large 'La Viñuela' lake offers lots of water sports facilities and its location is lovely. In spring, its banks are coloured with thousands of wild flowers, and in autumn nature takes yellow and brown hues. Something for everyone!

ATTENTION: the last 4 km on the way to the house, you will drive over a sandy road with a few steeper passages. This road is easy to drive, but you should be careful, especially at night. Therefore the road is suitable for persons with enough driving experience. Stay in first gear and you will have no problems.

The villa is comfortably furnished and keeps cool because of the high construction of the ceiling. The beaches and the boulevard of Torre del Mar are just 15min from the villa. You?ll find a variety of shops, restaurants and terraces in Torre del Mar and Velez-Málaga. Marbella is just 1 hour away and Málaga 35km. Het typical white village of Frigiliana which is known to be the prettiest white village of Andalucia is definitely worth a visit. The neighbourhood offers a lot of hiking trails and is ideal for beautiful walks through the hills and creeks. There are a lot of sites to see like El Torqual near Antiquera.

Villa Sol y Luna is a detached villa in one of the suburbs of Torremolinos called Montemar. This name gives an excellent description of the location of the villa: 'Monte' means mountain and 'Mar' means sea. It is a quiet district in a Spanish town and yet only a few minutes (walking distance) from the beach, its promenade stretching for miles boasting a wide variety of restaurants, ranging from typically Spanish to good solid Dutch ones, little shops, a well-assorted supermarket and plenty of entertainment. The villa is situated on a hill-top and consists of two independent housing units (the Sol apartment and the Luna apartment), each with its own entrance and garden. 'Sol' is permanently occupied by a Dutch couple, 'Luna' is a spacious apartment (165m2), luxuriously and comfortably furnished to offer you a carefree, relaxed holiday. You can enjoy the swimming pool or one of the balconies overlooking the sea. Plenty of reading material is available, also for young people. The swimming pool is entirely private and has a jet stream. Youll find a large garden table, deckchairs and bath towels at your disposal. There are a few small chairs for the littlest ones as well. If desired, we could also supply you with a cot.
Interesting cities such as Málaga, Granada, Córdoba, Sevilla, Ronda and Gibraltar are within easy reach of Montemar.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.

There are walking opportunities along the Rio de la Miel path; also in the immediate area. The country house is situated at the top end of an avocado and mango farm, boasting splendid terraces with sea and mountain views. The entire terrace is surrounded by gardens, with rosebushes and mediar trees, jasmine, dama de noche, and pacific trees. The estate is just a stones throw away from the natural beaches of Cantarrijan, El Cañuelo, La Alberquilla, etc. The area is extremely peaceful.

A charming 2-storey villa with a private swimming pool situated 7km from the main town of Comares, Málaga. It is located in a completely secluded area in the country side of the Costa del Sol within a 12.000 m2 plot of land. The holiday house is tastefully furnished with special details and equipped with modern appliances and conveniences. Between the living and dining area there is an arched wall with a stone wall-carving from Bali depicting the Balinese Earth Goddess Tara. The walled private garden with Mediterranean trees is the perfect place to sit back and relax and offers ample sunbathing areas near the swimming pool. The L-shaped swimming pool (8mx4m plus shallow area of 3mx2m) has underwater lighting. From the roof terrace you have a wonderful view overlooking the country side.
The villa is about a 20 km. drive away from the beach. The surroundings offer excellent opportunities for daily excursions. Places in the neighborhood worth a visit are: the historic picturesque village of Comares with Moorish ruins (10 min. drive), the historic town of Vélez-Málaga and the seaside town Torre del Mar with promenades by the beach and restaurants and bars (30 min. drive). The beach resort Nerja with its natural caves is situated at 35km. from the holiday house. The city of Málaga with its Picasso’s house and La Alcazaba is around 40km away. This modern and surprisingly spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment has wonderful views across the mature communal gardens to the Mediterranean Sea and beyond. A mere 30-minute drive from Malaga Airport, it is ideally placed at the heart of Mijas Costa to enable the entire family to enjoy the holiday of their dreams - Beaches, Marinas, Golf Courses, Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Antiques, Historic Sights, Wildlife Adventure Parks and all imaginable sports are available locally. The list is endless and so is the fun!! As it is just 300 metres away from golden sandy beaches with a Bar / Restaurant where you can buy anything from a beer to a full meal this apartment is ideally placed for a real, lazy family holiday.

Within 16km is the resort Torre del Mar which has a very broad sand beach. Many Spaniards come here, especially during the weekends, to eat out and to laze along the boulevard. Due to the availability of a cot and enclosed garden, this house is every suitable for 2 to 3 families with children. From the garden, you have a beautiful view over the mountains!

The environment surrounding the vacation home is a suitable starting place for hiking and various other excursions. Through the central location, the ?white villages? in the vicinity can be visited. Also worth a visit is the city of Malaga (25 km) with, among other things, the Picasso Museum.
