A new villa in the hills adjoining the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The villa is between Velez-Malaga and Arenas. There is a private swimming pool. The villa is 160 m2. It is equipped with all modern conveniences. The sea is just twelve minutes away by car. The swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace. You can relax on the sunloungers and soak up the sun. The terrace enjoys delightful views of the surrounding area.

In Velez-Málaga (6 km) you will find supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy and everything you need for a carefree holiday. The distance to the sea is approx. 10 km, in Torre del Mar there is a pretty sandy beach a pleasant boulevard and a wide offer of shops, terraces and restaurants.
The capital of the province and relaxed harbour town of Málaga with a beautiful old centre and a medieval castle is just 35 km away, and the glitzy Marbella can be reached in 1 hour. Nerja is a great beach resort within short distance. Here, you will find the wide sandy beach Burriana Beach with a lovely bay surrounded by the mountains. The white mountain village Frigiliana is worth a visit, it has been elected most beautiful mountain village of Andalusia.
Walkers will find paradise in the region; there are endless walking paths through hills and along rivers. The large 'La Viñuela' lake offers lots of water sports facilities and its location is lovely. The famous cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra, and Córdoba are ideal day trip destinations (respectively 2 and 3 hours drive). Near Granada you can ski all year round in the Sierra Nevada, and a varied holiday with sun and snow is also a possibility.

Please note: The last 500 metres to the holiday home are on a concrete road with an angle of approximately 20%. This road is easy to drive, but you should be careful. Therefore the road is suitable for persons with enough driving experience. Stay in first gear and you will have no problems. The caretaker will drive in front of you the first time.

Solcasa is a lovely connected villa (140m2) with lots of privacy in the various gardens and with a pretty private swimming pool open all year. Beaches are nearby, but culture vultures will be happy too. Cities like Málaga, Ronda, Granada, Sevilla and Córdoba can all be visited. There are more than 30 golf courses in the area, all accessible by car in 45 min. The villa is located in the Valle del Guadalhorce, easily accessible from Málaga international airport. The high position of the villa gives a beautiful view on the inspiring region.

On request an extra guest house in the basement (50 m2) can be rented consisting of a livingroom, open plan kitchen, bedroom (2 x single bed), bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).

Between the beautiful, peaceful hills of Axarquia, only 14km inland from the lively Torre del Mar, you will find the beautiful "Villa Aventurero". The detached, ground floor villa (109m2) with heated private salt water pool stands on a 5.550m own property of which approx. 1000m is flat terrain. The villa has a unique location with a splendid view over the lake and the valley of La Viñuela and the mountains of Sierra Tejeda.

With clear weather, you can see the Sierra de Alhama-mountain chains in the distance. One of the biggest mountain tops, "La Maroma" (2014m) are decorated eery morning with a thin layer of snow; a magnificent sight!

Vineyards and almond trees encircle the splendid villa with its classical, Moorish outward. At the bottom of the hill, growing along a small stream are pomegranade trees. The centuries old olive tree gives a wonderful shady place, which you can enjoy on the hottest of days. Even from the sun terrace, you have a beautiful view over the surrounding. The private swimming pool offers cooling in the summer and relaxation in the winter with heated water and is allied by a tiled path with the terrace, to be wheelchair friendly.

The big terrace (75m2) is covered with a pergola and is equipped with a brick BBQ. Then on the terrace and at the swimming pool are luxury sitting and reclining chairs. The terrain offers parking opportunities for three cars. The garden and swimming pool is not equipped with a railing. The house is therefore not suitable for families with children. Steep unpaved access road of about 1 km.

Due to the peaceful location of the villa you can feel completely free, on all sides there is view and space; you will escape the everyday pressure.

Villa Sol y Luna is a detached villa in one of the suburbs of Torremolinos called Montemar. This name gives an excellent description of the location of the villa: 'Monte' means mountain and 'Mar' means sea. It is a quiet district in a Spanish town and yet only a few minutes (walking distance) from the beach, its promenade stretching for miles boasting a wide variety of restaurants, ranging from typically Spanish to good solid Dutch ones, little shops, a well-assorted supermarket and plenty of entertainment. The villa is situated on a hill-top and consists of two independent housing units (the Sol apartment and the Luna apartment), each with its own entrance and garden. 'Sol' is permanently occupied by a Dutch couple, 'Luna' is a spacious apartment (165m2), luxuriously and comfortably furnished to offer you a carefree, relaxed holiday. You can enjoy the swimming pool or one of the balconies overlooking the sea. Plenty of reading material is available, also for young people. The swimming pool is entirely private and has a jet stream. Youll find a large garden table, deckchairs and bath towels at your disposal. There are a few small chairs for the littlest ones as well. If desired, we could also supply you with a cot.
Interesting cities such as Málaga, Granada, Córdoba, Sevilla, Ronda and Gibraltar are within easy reach of Montemar.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.

Single storey country house, nestled between the sea and the mountains just 3 km from Maro and 7 km from Nerja. Molino de Papel beach is 700m away from the house and can be reached on foot. There are walking opportunities along the Rio de la Miel path; also in the immediate area. The country house is situated at the top end of an avocado and mango farm, boasting splendid terraces with sea and mountain views. The entire terrace is surrounded by gardens, with rosebushes and mediar trees, jasmine, dama de noche, and pacific trees. The estate is just a stones throw away from the natural beaches of Cantarrijan, El Cañuelo, La Alberquilla, etc. The area is extremely peaceful.

A charming 2-storey villa with a private swimming pool situated 7km from the main town of Comares, Málaga. It is located in a completely secluded area in the country side of the Costa del Sol within a 12.000 m2 plot of land. The holiday house is tastefully furnished with special details and equipped with modern appliances and conveniences. Between the living and dining area there is an arched wall with a stone wall-carving from Bali depicting the Balinese Earth Goddess Tara. The walled private garden with Mediterranean trees is the perfect place to sit back and relax and offers ample sunbathing areas near the swimming pool. The L-shaped swimming pool (8mx4m plus shallow area of 3mx2m) has underwater lighting. From the roof terrace you have a wonderful view overlooking the country side.
The villa is about a 20 km. drive away from the beach. The surroundings offer excellent opportunities for daily excursions. Places in the neighborhood worth a visit are: the historic picturesque village of Comares with Moorish ruins (10 min. drive), the historic town of Vélez-Málaga and the seaside town Torre del Mar with promenades by the beach and restaurants and bars (30 min. drive). The beach resort Nerja with its natural caves is situated at 35km. from the holiday house. The city of Málaga with its Picasso’s house and La Alcazaba is around 40km away. The famous Andalusian city of Granada with the Alhambra Palace is (1.5 hour away) is also within easy reach.
