Finca Gabriel, an oasis of peace! Your next door neighbours live within a big distance from this beautiful newly built bungalow (80m2) with private swimming pool on a 2 hectare property. The bungalow is fully furnished, located within 5 minutes outside the white town Canillas de Albaida, with magnificent view over a big area, under which the Tejeda mountains, and is easily reachable with (rented) car. The closely situated town is Canillas de Albaida with a number of shops and restaurants. The next town , Cómpeta (2km) is a very lively town with more than 30 restaurants, terraces and tapas bars in the mountains (height 640m.). The area around the town advertises itself with the slogan 'El mejor clima de Europa', the best climate of Europe. Bordered along the apartment is a nature area of approx. 42.000 hectares, the 'Sierra de Tejeda y de Almijara', a must for all hiking fanatics (the owner have hiking routes available). In the summer it is possible to horse ride in the nature area and the beach is within a half hours drive. Cómpeta is situated within 1 hours drive from airport Málaga, and further a fine starting point for day excursions to these towns, Granada, Cordoba and Ronda.

Rustic villa with a private swimmingpool just 3km from the typical white village of Frigiliana in the East of the Costa del Sol. The villa is comfortably furnished and enjoys beautiful views on the mountains. On the front side of the house you'll find the porch with a dining table and chairs. If you walk down the 2 steps you'll find the paved swimmingpool area with the swimmingpool with Roman steps. You'll also find deckchairs, an outdoor shower and a summer kitchen with an original bread oven in this area. The property is completely fenced. Frigiliana is one of the most visited villages in Andalucia because of the Moorish arcitecture which is still visible in the narrow streets and white houses with patio's, plants and flowers. The villa is just 9km away from Nerja. Nerja is surrounded by nature reserves such as the Sierras de Tejada y Almijara. Nerja is also worldfamous for "Las Cuevas de Nerja" (the caves) and "El Balcón de Europa" (the balcony above the sea). The holiday home is ideal for kids and for a beautiful holiday in the Costa del Sol.

The villa is comfortably furnished and keeps cool because of the high construction of the ceiling. The beaches and the boulevard of Torre del Mar are just 15min from the villa. You?ll find a variety of shops, restaurants and terraces in Torre del Mar and Velez-Málaga. Marbella is just 1 hour away and Málaga 35km. Het typical white village of Frigiliana which is known to be the prettiest white village of Andalucia is definitely worth a visit. The neighbourhood offers a lot of hiking trails and is ideal for beautiful walks through the hills and creeks. There are a lot of sites to see like El Torqual near Antiquera.

The large 'La Viñuela' lake offers lots of water sports facilities and its location is lovely.
