Sleeping up to 5 people Rating: 3 Star Villa 'La Madrugada' is a spacious villa with 3 separate holiday apartments and guest residence. The apartment 'Madruga II' is located on the ground floor. The villa is located in the green Elviria district, 10km east from Marbella-Centre. The second apartment is on the ground floor and the third apartment on the first floor. The Dutch owners are also living in the villa (top right in the picture, the guest residence bottom right near the swimming pool. All apartments are very comfortable and very well maintained.
The villa is located at 800m from the shopping centre and 1000m from the beautiful beach of Elviria with various nice restaurants. Elviria has one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa del Sol! There are lots of sports opportunities like golf and tennis, sailing, horse riding and walking. A 30 min. drive away you will find 15 brilliant golf courses. The distance to Malaga airport is only 35 km which means your holiday starts almost instantly after landing!
The luxury apartments are fully equipped and have all mod cons, and you will even find robes, bath and beach towels and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The floors are marble and each apartment has its own south-facing terrace. Life is sweet by the communal, biological (without chlorine) swimming pool, where the use of the sun loungers is free. Sleeping up to 5 people Rating: 3 Star Casa de Torrequebrada (120m2) is situated on a mountain and has all the luxury. Torrequebrada is the villa area of Benalmádena. The house is only 600m from the beach. The road of the beach to the holiday house, has a rising percentage of 15%. From your holiday house, you have a beautiful view over the sea, golf course and the mountains. Shops, restaurants, beach and sea are within walking distance (+/-1km). Bendálmadena lies in the sunny south of Spain 'Andalusia' with the beautiful Costa del Sol. This splendid area is famous for its wonderful climate, the many kilometres long beaches and the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea and the many adjoining golf courses. Next to this, the Costa del Sol offers a rich hinterland with historic cities like Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada. Within a distance of 2 hours drive is the ski area of the Sierra Nevada. Sleeping up to 5 people Rating: 3 Star A comfortable holiday home (80 m2) directly on the beach in La Cala de Mijas on the Costa del Sol. From the garden, you can walk straight to the beach in one minute! A swimming bath is not necessary. The separate garden is in a tropical setting with banana trees, hibiscus and vine tendrils.
The environment is excellent for combining a beach holiday with visits to several cultural cities such as Granada, Seville, Malaga and Ronda. In the hinterland of the Costa del Sol, there are various nature reserves where you can take great walks and visit small Spanish villages.
In case you would like to spend your vacation with more people, you can rent house La Gaviota (ES-29649-01) for 14 people additionally. This house is situated at the beach in La Cala de Mijas, only one street appart. It takes you only one minute to go from your garden to the beach. Both houses together offer room for 19 people.
If you prefer to arrive or depart outside of the presented times, the caretaker of the house has the right to charge you 50 euros for this extra service.

You can enjoy delightful views of the valley, sea and mountains from the covered private terrace. You can also see the seaside resort of Torre del Mar. The holiday home is equipped with every modern convenience. Your holiday comfort is guaranteed. The nearest beach is 6 km away in Torre del Mar. The resort has a very pleasant boulevard. The area surrounding the villa is perfect for walkers. There are numerous walking paths through the hills and along small winding rivers.
The 18-hole Baviera Golf Club is 5 km away and there are more golf clubs in the vicinity.
ATTENTION: the last 3 km on the way to the house, you will drive over a sandy road with a few steeper passages. This road is easy to drive, but you should be careful, especially at night. Sleeping up to 6 people Rating: This ground floor holiday rental apartment is at Rancho B Miraflores a gated community with 2 swimming pools that are surrounded by mature landscaped grounds. Both pools have separate childrens pools and one also has a pool bar and a childrens play area. It is ideally placed for family holidays being just 500 metres from a supermarket and a good selection of restaurants plus a mere 700 metres from the local beaches. A host of leisure activities are available within the immediate surrounding area making this the ideal location for all generations of the family. Nearby at The Miraflores Club House there is a good restaurant and in the summer season they have live entertainment most nights.
From the parking area there are a short flight of steps to gain access to the grounds of the complex and then a short walk to this ground floor apartment. The entrance doorway opens into the spacious, well furnished, lounge and there is a dining area with formal suite to the left. The Master bedroom has a double bed and the luxury of an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and all bedrooms have wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Your holiday home is set in a quiet and private location surrounded by olive and almond groves and there is a nicely maintained garden with flowers. It is built in the traditional style of the region and tastefully decorated. The entrance is reached via six steps. The living room is simple, light and decorated with traditional items. From the several terraces you have a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains, white villages and towards the Mediterranean Sea.
The swimming pool, which is situated on a lower level, offers an area where you can relax and soak up the Spanish sun; this pool area is particularly attractive with its pergola and magnificent views.
Located 7 km from the beach and the coastal resort of Torre del Mar, this holiday house is an ideal starting point for a visit to the Alhambra in Granada and the cities of Seville and Córdoba. The harbour city of Malaga also offers lots of leisure and attractions and excellent shopping. The Axarquía has many typical 'white' villages, where the true Spanish lifestyle can still be experienced. It is on the second floor of the Tuhillo apartment complex which is built in Andalusian style. You can enjoy the sun and the magnificent views from the balcony. The complex has a shared swimming pool. The sandy beach is easily accessible via stairs or through the Hotel Parador de Nerja. The holiday home is a 5 minute walk from the famous Balcon de Europa, a beautiful promenade with splendid views of the sea. There are pavement cafes, shops, restaurants and entertainment all nearby. Nerja is very good for water sports and has small sheltered beaches. There are many important sight-seeing places in the area, such as Cuevas de Nerja and the Stalactite Caves.
