A comfortably furnished corner apartment is ready for you in the urbanization "Four Seasons", on the Los Flamingos Golf Resort, situated between Marbella (30 km.) and Estepona (also a 30 km. distance.) The mediterranean coast and the beaches of the Costa del Sol are only 3 km. away. The luxury yachting harbour Puerto Banus, with its yachts, restaurants, bars and shops, is a 15 km. drive.
The apartment is on the ground floor, with splendid views of Gibraltar and the local landscape from the private terrace. The entrances to the resort have 24 hour security. Guests can enjoy the two communal swimming pools, as well as sun beds. There are partioned areas for children. The urbanization has lovely subtropical gardens, and all the facilities of the golf course and the clubhouse are at your disposal. Upon payment, the Thermae Spa at the five-star hotel Villa Padierna offers wonderful treatments to restore body, mind and spirit.

Besides the Los Flamingos Golf Resort there are a number of excellent 18-hole golf courses nearby, (e.g. the Marbella Golf Club, the Montemayor Golf Club). The area is also well known for its beauty and culture. Ground-floor holiday home (125 m2) with private pool in a rural area. The holiday home is functionally furnished and lies between Nerja and Frigiliana, just 3.5 km from the beach. Frigiliana is one of the most popular villages in Andalusia because of its Moresque architecture. Its whitewashed houses and patios with plants and flowerpots are just 3km away from the holiday home. Nerja offers plenty of nightlife, beach visits, diving, shopping and more. There are several nice rural restaurants near the holiday home. The local natural parks, for example, Sierras de Tejada y Almijara are also well worth a visit. 'Las Cuevas de Nerja' (caves) and 'El Balcón de Europa', Granada and the Sierra Nevada are also a must.

Holiday apartment (100m2) on the golf resort of El Soto de Marbella. You are able to use the 10 swimming pools on the resort freely (closest to the apartment just 50m away) but you are also able to play tennis on the tennis court and of course you are able to play golf on the beautiful golf course : 9-hole (par 3). There?s also a golf school on the resort and a fitness centre, sauna and a massage room.

Marbella used to be a small white-washed fishing village, but nowadays it?s one of the most cosmopolitan places in southern Europe. Its historical centre has a Moorish and Andalusian flavour, with narrow streets that are decorated with flowers and invaded by scent of orange blossom this makes Marbella definitely worth a visit. One of the best things about El Soto de Marbella is its perfect location on the Costa del Sol, close to everything. In the neighborhood you?ll find the sandy beaches of the Costa del Sol and the beautiful ports of Puerto Banus or Cabopino where you are able to practice loads of water sports and outdoor activities.

Semi detached holiday house (150m2), on approx. 2km from the Meditteranean Sea at Benalmadena. The house is cosy and completely furnished. From the balcony, you have partial view over the sea and you look directly over the communal garden and the swimming pool. Benalmadena consist of 3 different area, known as 'Pueblo', the typical village in the mountains, 'Arroyo de la Miel', the commercial centre with among other things Tivoli World Park and Mount Calimorro (600m. high), and 'Benalmadena Costa', where you can saunter about wonderfully over the boulevard direction the 'Puerto Marina' or enjoy the sun on the beaches. The White Mountain village Mijas (15km.), known for its city tours on the back of a donkey, and the lively spas Fuengirola and Torremolinos are situated closeby and surely worth visiting. The harbour town Malaga is located within a short distance (15km.), just like the fashionable Marbella and Puerto Banús (30km.). A bit further situated, yet indispensable during each holiday along the Costa del Sol, are Ronda, Sevilla, Granada and Gibraltar.

This villa is full of atmosphere. It has a private swimming pool. The villa nestles in countryside 2 km from the mountain village of Moclinejo. Moclinejo is known as a traditional 'white village' due to the colour of its buildings. The holiday home has every modern convenience. The spacious living room has high ceilings and is comfortably furnished. Sliding doors open onto a large covered terrace with a wheeled table and fireplace. The holiday home is 500 metres above sea level. It is surrounded by olive trees and enjoys the privacy of a 4500 m2 plot of private land. The various terraces enjoy beautiful views of the valley, the Mediterranean Sea and the Bay of Malaga. The swimming pool is surrounded by a delightful wooden terrace with shaded areas and a lounger. You can enjoy tennis, riding and golf nearby. The city of Malaga is 20km away. The attractive coastal town of Rincón de la Victoria is 10 km. They are both well worth a visit.

The villa is completely on the ground floor with a modern interior. The swimming pool is ideal for children, it runs from 1m. gradual to 1,75m. deep. Situated along a small but well kept mountain road of 2km, you will find approx. 10km. sea, beach, gulf, shops, the zoo Selwo, and opportunities for going out, dolphin trips etcetera. Within only 2km is the white Moor village Casares where you can do shopping. Malaga with the international airport is situated within approx. 1 hour drive, the citied Ronda and Granada within 2 hours drive and Sevilla is a good daytrip within 3 hours drive.
The location is especially suitable for those looking for rest and quiet, in the midst of beautiful nature with versatile flora and fauna, but within a short distance from all famous places of interest along the Costa del Sol and the direct hinterland. In the evenings, you can enjoy the endless heaven filled with stars, there is no 'air pollution', and you will hear the nature extra well.

This boat was transformed in 2008 into a beautiful private yacht. The yacht is around 60 m2. During your stay, this floating holiday home will be moored in Fuengirola Harbour on the Costa del Sol. The boat is comfortably furnished and guarantees a unique Spanish holiday. There are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. These offer complete privacy. The sun deck is an excellent place to relax and enjoy the sun. The terrace offers welcome shade when necessary. A laptop with internet connection is available. You may sail the boat on the Mediterranean after consultation with the owner. This requires payment. The owner will inform you of costs.

Please note: If you decide to sail on the boat, this is not covered by the general insurance which we offer. Should an incident occur during the boat trip, the liability and settlement is through the boat's owner.

Fuengirola is a popular seaside town with sandy beaches, a boulevard, shops and restaurants. You can enjoy many cultural trips in the area. Malaga with its Pablo Picasso museum is 35 km away. Granada and its famous Alhambra is 161 km. Malaga Airport is around 20 minutes away. High-heeled shoes are not allowed on the boat.

The Torregolf apartment is 120 m2. It is well positioned in Benalmádena Costa in the district of Torrequebrada. The apartment is 500 metres from a sandy beach. The small scale apartment complex has a shared swimming pool. The apartment entrance is on the ground floor which is also street level. The holiday home has a 38 m2 south facing terrace. The terrace enjoys a wonderful view of the 18 hole Torrequebrada Golf Course and the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has an alarm and intercom system. Torregolf is well positioned for historical cities such as Malaga (15 km), Cordoba (187 km) and Granada (160 km).
The area has fabulous beaches and is perfect for golfers. The nearest golf course is within walking distance and there are more in the surrounding area. There are various shops and restaurants nearby. A bus goes to the centre of Benalmádena and the beaches.

Modern designvilla (150m2) with private swimming pool with a beautiful view over the sea near Málaga. De villa is located in a quiet area about 2km away from the village Moclinejo in Andalusia. The holiday home has a spacious salon with high ceilings and 8 glass doors to 4 different terraces. The moveable table can be used inside as well as outside. The villa's terraces provide a magnificant view over the valley, the bay of Málaga, Fuengirola and the shoreline of the Mediterranean sea. About 10km from the villa you'll find the beaches of Rincón de la Victoria and the city of Málaga is just 20km away. There are many different types of activities in the neighborhood like tennis, hiking and golf.

Please take notice that the villa is not recommended for families bringing young children because of the difference in heights in the terraces and the open swimmingpool (not fenced in). Use of floor-heating in winter (gas) on request (nov-apr) 120,- per week.
