Holiday apartment on the golf resort of El Soto de Marbella. You are able to use the 10 swimming pools on the resort freely (closest to the apartment just 50m away) but you are also able to play tennis on the tennis court and of course you are able to play golf on the beautiful golf course : 9-hole (par 3). There?s also a golf school on the resort and a fitness centre, sauna and a massage room.

Marbella used to be a small white-washed fishing village, but nowadays it?s one of the most cosmopolitan places in southern Europe. Its historical centre has a Moorish and Andalusian flavour, with narrow streets that are decorated with flowers and invaded by scent of orange blossom this makes Marbella definitely worth a visit. One of the best things about El Soto de Marbella is its perfect location on the Costa del Sol, close to everything. In the neighborhood you?ll find the sandy beaches of the Costa del Sol and the beautiful ports of Puerto Banus or Cabopino where you are able to practice loads of water sports and outdoor activities.

This boat was transformed in 2008 into a beautiful private yacht. The yacht is around During your stay, this floating holiday home will be moored in Fuengirola Harbour on the Costa del Sol. The boat is comfortably furnished and guarantees a unique Spanish holiday. There are two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. These offer complete privacy. The sun deck is an excellent place to relax and enjoy the sun. The terrace offers welcome shade when necessary. A laptop with internet connection is available. You may sail the boat on the Mediterranean after consultation with the owner. This requires payment. The owner will inform you of costs.

Please note: If you decide to sail on the boat, this is not covered by the general insurance which we offer. Should an incident occur during the boat trip, the liability and settlement is through the boat's owner.

Fuengirola is a popular seaside town with sandy beaches, a boulevard, shops and restaurants. You can enjoy many cultural trips in the area. Malaga with its Pablo Picasso museum is 35 km away. Granada and its famous Alhambra is 161 km. Malaga Airport is around 20 minutes away. High-heeled shoes are not allowed on the boat.

The Torregolf apartment is It is well positioned in Benalmádena Costa in the district of Torrequebrada. The apartment is 500 metres from a sandy beach. The small scale apartment complex has a shared swimming pool. The apartment entrance is on the ground floor which is also street level. The holiday home has a 38 m2 south facing terrace. The terrace enjoys a wonderful view of the 18 hole Torrequebrada Golf Course and the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has an alarm and intercom system. Torregolf is well positioned for historical cities such as Malaga (15 km), Cordoba (187 km) and Granada (160 km).
The area has fabulous beaches and is perfect for golfers. The nearest golf course is within walking distance and there are more in the surrounding area. There are various shops and restaurants nearby. A bus goes to the centre of Benalmádena and the beaches.

Frigiliana is located in the mountains, at 4 km from the beach resort Nerja. Nerja is surrounded by nature parks like the Sierras de Tejada y Almijara. Nerja is famous worldwide for the "Cuevas de Nerja" (caves) and "El Balcón de Europa" (the balcony above the sea). In short : the ideal holiday home for a lovely holiday on the Costa del Sol.

Modern designvilla with private swimming pool with a beautiful view over the sea near Málaga. De villa is located in a quiet area about 2km away from the village Moclinejo in Andalusia. The holiday home has a spacious salon with high ceilings and 8 glass doors to 4 different terraces. The moveable table can be used inside as well as outside. The villa's terraces provide a magnificant view over the valley, the bay of Málaga, Fuengirola and the shoreline of the Mediterranean sea. About 10km from the villa you'll find the beaches of Rincón de la Victoria and the city of Málaga is just 20km away. There are many different types of activities in the neighborhood like tennis, hiking and golf.

Please take notice that the villa is not recommended for families bringing young children because of the difference in heights in the terraces and the open swimmingpool (not fenced in). Use of floor-heating in winter (gas) on request (nov-apr) 120,- per week.

The holiday home is 500 metres above sea level. It is surrounded by olive trees and enjoys the privacy of a 4500 m2 plot of private land. The various terraces enjoy beautiful views of the valley, the Mediterranean Sea and the Bay of Malaga. The swimming pool is surrounded by a delightful wooden terrace with shaded areas and a lounger. You can enjoy tennis, riding and golf nearby. The city of Malaga is 20km away. The attractive coastal town of Rincón de la Victoria is 10 km. They are both well worth a visit.

The villa is completely on the ground floor with a modern interior. The swimming pool is ideal for children, it runs from 1m. gradual to 1,75m. deep. Situated along a small but well kept mountain road of 2km, you will find approx. 10km. sea, beach, gulf, shops, the zoo Selwo, and opportunities for going out, dolphin trips etcetera. Within only 2km is the white Moor village Casares where you can do shopping. Malaga with the international airport is situated within approx. 1 hour drive, the citied Ronda and Granada within 2 hours drive and Sevilla is a good daytrip within 3 hours drive.
The location is especially suitable for those looking for rest and quiet, in the midst of beautiful nature with versatile flora and fauna, but within a short distance from all famous places of interest along the Costa del Sol and the direct hinterland. In the evenings, you can enjoy the endless heaven filled with stars, there is no 'air pollution', and you will hear the nature extra well.

Villa 'La Madrugada' is a spacious villa with 3 separate holiday apartments and guest residence. The apartment 'Madruga II' is located on the ground floor. The villa is located in the green Elviria district, 10km east from Marbella-Centre. The second apartment is on the ground floor and the third apartment on the first floor. The Dutch owners are also living in the villa (top right in the picture, the guest residence bottom right near the swimming pool. All apartments are very comfortable and very well maintained.

The villa is located at 800m from the shopping centre and 1000m from the beautiful beach of Elviria with various nice restaurants. Elviria has one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa del Sol! There are lots of sports opportunities like golf and tennis, sailing, horse riding and walking. A 30 min. drive away you will find 15 brilliant golf courses. The distance to Malaga airport is only 35 km which means your holiday starts almost instantly after landing!

The luxury apartments are fully equipped and have all mod cons, and you will even find robes, bath and beach towels and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The floors are marble and each apartment has its own south-facing terrace. Life is sweet by the communal, biological (without chlorine) swimming pool, where the use of the sun loungers is free. There is a secure car park for your car. You will stay in an apartment - but with the trimmings of a villa!

Casa de Torrequebrada is situated on a mountain and has all the luxury. Torrequebrada is the villa area of Benalmádena. The house is only 600m from the beach. The road of the beach to the holiday house, has a rising percentage of 15%. From your holiday house, you have a beautiful view over the sea, golf course and the mountains. Shops, restaurants, beach and sea are within walking distance (+/-1km). Bendálmadena lies in the sunny south of Spain 'Andalusia' with the beautiful Costa del Sol. This splendid area is famous for its wonderful climate, the many kilometres long beaches and the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea and the many adjoining golf courses. Next to this, the Costa del Sol offers a rich hinterland with historic cities like Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada. Within a distance of 2 hours drive is the ski area of the Sierra Nevada. Benalmádena is excellently reachable since the airport of Malága, is situated close to daily flights from and to all-important airports. A comfortable holiday home directly on the beach in La Cala de Mijas on the Costa del Sol. From the garden, you can walk straight to the beach in one minute! A swimming bath is not necessary. The separate garden is in a tropical setting with banana trees, hibiscus and vine tendrils.
The environment is excellent for combining a beach holiday with visits to several cultural cities such as Granada, Seville, Malaga and Ronda. In the hinterland of the Costa del Sol, there are various nature reserves where you can take great walks and visit small Spanish villages.

In case you would like to spend your vacation with more people, you can rent house La Gaviota (ES-29649-01) for 14 people additionally. This house is situated at the beach in La Cala de Mijas, only one street appart. It takes you only one minute to go from your garden to the beach. Both houses together offer room for 19 people.

If you prefer to arrive or depart outside of the presented times, the caretaker of the house has the right to charge you 50 euros for this extra service.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
