Sleeping up to 2 people Rating: 3 Star Holiday farm Cortijo las Monjas is located between Periana and Alfarnejo, in the hills at a height of 590 meter. The farm was built 3 centuries ago and is divided into 6 modest apartments with a large communal swimming pool. You will be staying in a comfortably furnished apartment (30m2) on the ground floor or first floor with either a terrace or a balcony. From the terrace/balcony one can enjoy beautiful views on the mountains. The neighbourhood with its healing water springs offers the ideal setting to escape from everyday life and enjoy a relaxing holiday. The owner can organise on request various (active) excursions in the neighbourhood of Cortijo las Monjas such as: hiking tours, jeep tours, cycling tours, riding etc. Participation is only possible if communicated in advance.
The central location of the farm is ideal for (day)trips to for example; the coast of Torre del Mar (25km). A city also worth visiting is Málaga (60km) with its historical monuments.

Sleeping up to 2 people Rating: 3 Star This loft apartment is in the city centre of the city of Malaga on the Costa del Sol. The apartment is on the third floor. It has a balcony and a roof terrace. The apartment is comfortable and has a modern interior. There is a kitchen, sitting area and bedroom in one open space. The bathroom is separate. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the historic city centre with its shops, supermarkets, restaurants and tapas bars. This is where Malagueños come to meet. You can enjoy a wonderful view from the roof terrace of the south of the city and the Cathedral. To the north you can see the Malaga Mountains. Malaga is the birthplace of Pablo Picasso and is the tourism capital of the Costa del Sol. You can visit the house where Picasso was born and the Picasso Museum. Despite many changes and developments, Malaga has maintained its traditional charm as a port. The historic Alcazaba Fortress and the Cathedral (Catedral de la Encarnation) are well worth a visit. Malaga has many restaurants. Tapas bars can be found on every street corner. Be sure to visit the 'Antigua Casa de la Guardia', the oldest tapas bar in the city. Malaga is famous for its Semana Santa (Holy Week) celebrations which are a national tourism event, as is the Feria de Agosto (Malaga Fair).

Sleeping up to 2 people Rating: 3 Star Villa 'La Madrugada' is a spacious villa with 3 separate holiday apartments and guest residence. The apartment 'Madruga III' is located on the ground floor. The villa is located in the green Elviria district, 10km east from Marbella-Centre. The second apartment is on the ground floor and the third apartment on the first floor. The Dutch owners are also living in the villa (top right in the picture, the guest residence bottom right near the swimming pool. All apartments are very comfortable and very well maintained.
The villa is located at 800m from the shopping centre and 1000m from the beautiful beach of Elviria with various nice restaurants. Elviria has one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa del Sol! There are lots of sports opportunities like golf and tennis, sailing, horse riding and walking. A 30 min. drive away you will find 15 brilliant golf courses. The distance to Malaga airport is only 35 km which means your holiday starts almost instantly after landing!
The luxury apartments are fully equipped and have all mod cons, and you will even find robes, bath and beach towels and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The floors are marble and each apartment has its own south-facing terrace. Life is sweet by the communal, biological (without chlorine) swimming pool, where the use of the sun loungers is free. Sleeping up to 3 people Rating: 2 Star Comfortable furnished, peaceful ground studio, only 5 minutes outside thslechts white town Cómpeta, with magnificent view over the town up to the Mediterranean Sea 16km further up. The apartment shares a big swimming pool with the owner, and there is a squash court, which all year open. Cómpeta is a lively town with more than 30 restaurants, terraces and tapas bars in the mountains (height 640m.). The area around the town advertises itself with the slogan 'El mejor clima de Europa', the best climate of Europe. Bordered along the apartment is a nature area of approx. 42.000 hectares, the 'Sierra de Tejeda y de Almijara', a must for all hiking fanatics (the owner have hiking routes available). In the summer it is possible to horse ride in the nature area and the beach is within a half hours drive. Cómpeta is situated within 1 hours drive from airport Málaga, and further a fine starting point for day excursions to these towns, Granada, Cordoba and Ronda.
The communal swimming pool and the large terrace are located next to the home of the owner. You can use it between 9:00 and 20:00 h. In front of the studio you will have your own terrace where you can sunbathe whole day and evening (sunloungers provided).

This quiet Spanish seaside town is ideally situated to enjoy the beach and fresh fish at bargain prices, as the harbour is on your doorstep. The Algarrobo Costa Boulevard has recently been constructed and is very quiet. The town has not yet been discovered by mass tourism.
