Sleeping up to 3 people Rating: 3 Star Comfortably furnished apartment (2nf fl., lift, 48m2) situated on the peninsula Isla Canela along the Costa de la Luz and in the mouth of the Guadiana river (natural border between Spain and Portugal). It has a communal garden and a beautiful swimming pool (12,5x4x1,8m.). Sea and beach are only 3km away. The apartment has from the balcony (16m2) direct videw over the golf course. The authentic town Ayamonte (via a bridge connection) is within 3km.. The old centre of Faro (65km.) and the splendid town Sevilla (135km.) is surely worth a visit, but a visit to the eastern Algarve (Portugal) is possible! In the summer you can sojourn here wonderfully. Due to the cool sea wind, it does not get humidly warm and the max. temperature is round about 35 degrees. In the winter, the temperature is between 17 and 20 degrees. Many golfers visit this area between October and April. For beach and sea and sun worshippers Isla Canela is a true experience. With a big selection of shops, terraces and restaurants directly situated along the boulevard, after sundown on the broad but relatively peaceful sand beach it has a wonderful enjoyable Spanish atmosphere! Sleeping up to 5 people Rating: 3 Star Apartment Flamencos Golf is a spacious corner flat (90 m2) on the 2nd and upper floor with direct view over the golf course, suitable for 5 persons. From the terrace and the solarium you have great views on the Atlantic Ocean, the Doñana National Park and the mouth of the Guadalquivir. The complex has a communal swimming pool and playground, and air conditioning for the hot summers! There is a private parking space and lift.
The centre of Sanlúcar de Barrameda is 3km away, where you can do lots of shopping. Wide sandy beaches are also 3 km away and the airport of Jerez de la Frontera is 34 km away. The gorgeous city of Seville with its own airport is 120 km away.

The house is situated along the beautiful and peaceful Costa de la Luz; with the coast and its broad beaches, not yet discovered by the masses of tourists and authentic anglers' villages and renowned 'White Villages'. The beautiful Sevilla and surfers paradise Tarifa is in the direct surrounding. You can laze in the hammock on the patio and barbeque on the roof terrace during sunset.
