La Casa en la Colina is the home of the friendly house owners, and they love to share the wonderful location with you. There are 3 new and luxury wooden lodges (75m2), sleeping 6 persons per lodge. Each has its own area of pine wood and has views over the neighbouring orange groves toward the town of Xativa. Just sit back and relax or visit local towns and villages; this is an opportunity to find the 'Real Spain'. There is a shared swimming pool with outside kitchen and bar area (opened during summer months), where is your own sun lounger and a supply of pool towels available. Mountainbikes can be used to explore the surroundings in a sportive way, or guided hikes can be arranged upon request. The owners live on site and are happy to organize barbecues and to offer catered meals.

The village of Llocnou d'én Fenollet is at walking distance and has shops and bars. There is great shopping and restaurants to suit all tastes at short distance of 'La Casa en la Colina'. Other idyllic villages and supreme restaurants can be discovered everywhere, every day, and the owners can give you some good recommendations.

Valencia is an easy train journey away. Xativa is 5km. away and historic guided tours can be arranged to make the past come alive! The local beaches are 30 minutes away in Tavernas and Collera, and are blue flag and uncrowded, even in high season.

A typical Spanish chalet (122m2) with a swimming pool on a property of nearly 2000m2, situated 2,5km from Real de Montroy. Ideal for children, with a safe gate around the swimming pool, a playground and tennis court. Around the villa are fruit trees growing and there is a veranda and a Spanish style 'Paellero' with barbeque. In Real de Montroy you will find a supermarket, sport centre etc. In the nearby surrounding are places as Montserrat (6km) where concerts and fiestas takes place. The distance to the long sand beach of Cullera, south of Valencia is 40 minutes by car. Even Benidorm, Alicante and the mountains in the hinterland are good day excursions only 1,5 hours drive. There is a thick tourist file in the lounge so you can see the many attractions and days out that can be had in the area.

Each house boasts 4 good-sized rooms which sleep up to a total of 7 persons as well as 2 bathrooms. We supply towels and sheets and also provide a weekly cleaning service.


- A daily cleaning (of the entire bungalow) is available upon request, at 60 + 7% VAT/day.

- A change of linen and bathrooms cleaning available upon request, at 35 + 7% VAT/day.

This detached house (200m2) with private swimming pool, is situated 3km. from the small town of Godelleta, which has good facilities and small shops. It has good communications to the local area and Valencia is only a 30 mins. drive. There's also a train connection to Valencia nearby. The beaches, some of the finest, are less than an hours drive and are very safe for children. Buñol with its world famous 'Tomatina' festival is 10km. Xavita, an ancient walled town is within easy reach by car and the mountain towns of Dos Aguas and Macastre/Yatova have spectacular views. There are also ancient caves to explore in the area. In March, the region goes to fiesta for the 'Fallas' with all the small towns having their own, as well as the monstrous figures in Valencia. For the culture vulture; numerous museums, art galleries, a theatre and an opera house are in Valencia. Also there are frequent musical evenings in the local villages which range from the pop band style to a full philharmonic. Many exhibitions are held in these galleries.
