The house is peaceful and pleasantly situated with a splendid view. In the background you will see the Pico de Veleta and Mulhacen, the mountaintops of the Sierra. There is a shared garden with heated outdoor swimming pool in front of the cottages, which has a kitchen garden, and a hen house of which the vegetables and eggs can be used. The ski tracks of the Sierra Nevada as well as the beach are within approx. 60 minutes by car. The monument city Granada with the world famous Alhambra is within 67km and surely worth a visit!

Cortijo las Jazmines is a holiday accommodation with private swimming pool and garden, located in the Orgiva valley, at only 5 minutes from the city centre, with views on the Sierra Nevada and the Sierra de Lujar. The beaches of the Costa Tropical, the city of Granada and the Sierra Nevada are ca. 60 minutes drive away. There are 2 other cottages on the domain, with their own facilities.
The cottage benefits from an authentic decoration with many original details. There is a cosy open fire for the colder winter evenings.
Orgiva is a fun little town with cultural attractions and lots of shops, restaurants and bars also. The area offers many sports possibilities like mountain biking, 4x4 tours and horse riding.

This rural house (56m2) is situated at 1300m of altitude in the Natural Park of Sierra Nevada at the southern slope facing Africa and the valley of Las Alpujarras. Historically and culturally Las Alpujarras is a remote, nostalgic area treasuring the marks of centuries old Moorish influence in folklore. Mountain track winds through the forest to the house (1,5km). It is in the middle of the real, wild nature. No neighbours or traffic will interrupt the silence of your holiday. Taking the sunbath on the terrace you can enjoy marvelous flora and fauna from La Sierra, its endemic species, the intensity and the pureness of the colour concert in the different seasons. At night millions of crystal stars shine in the dark sky. In the winter you can observe from your warm, cozy room the unforgettable lightnings and thunderstorms and their spectacular sound sensations or you can be taken to the imaginative world of dreams watching the foamy 'Carpets of Clouds' covering the valley. The house is situated on the professional certified organic food farm where you can enjoy daily fresh products. Supply of the drinking water is from the owners own spring on the land. The electricity supply is provided by the solar energy. Central heating is in the house. The owners live permanently on the land. The coast is at 55km, while the city of Granada-La Alhambra is at 100km. The Sierra Nevada skiing resorts are at 120km, Mulhacen - the highest point on Sierra Nevada Mountain - at 100km. The property is literary 500m from the European Footpath E-4 GR-7 (which crosses the Europe from Greece to Gibraltar).

La Alcandora is a renovated bodega (approx. 200m2), part of a former doctors house. You will find this holiday house on the ground floor and a floor lower on garden level. On the remaining floors, 3 boarding rooms are rented and the friendly Dutch owners live there. The holiday house has its own private walled around garden, where you can sit wonderfully either in the sun or shade.
The house is situated in the typical white, Andalusia village Sorvilán, where only 350 inhabitants live permanently. There is 1 shop, where you can buy just about anything, or order for the following day. There is even a bar where you can eat on appointment. Sorvilán is within 5km from the Mediterranean Sea. If you leave the town on the other side, then you will soon arrive at the outskirts of the Sierra Nevada, and the splendid nature area Las Alpujarras. The town Granada is located within 75km and this you should not miss during your stay. Resorts are within approx. 10km drive and the town Albuñol within 13km.
In Sorvilán and the surrounding are many wine and almond farmers, due to the steep hills, they can work on their lands by donkeys only, which gives an authentic street image in the many white villages. On request, you can the hospitable people in the town make goats cheese. Often visitors are invites in a bodega to taste a biological wine of the area! The owners can arrange guided walks, where they will tell about the area and the inhabitants; a very interesting excursions! From the town, you can make lovely daytrips by car.

Please note there is no bank in the village, you will find one at 13km. in the village of Albuñol.

A ground floor apartment (77m2) in complex Las Mimosas, with a terrace overlooking an exotic garden with 2 swimming pools (25x8). From the living room, you have entrance to the terrace with a view over the swimming pool and the mountain chains. At the swimming pool are 2 reclining chairs reserved for you. Each morning, there are fresh breads at the bakery on the urbanization, and at the pool house, you can enjoy drinks and freshly prepared meals. San Juan de Los Terreros is a pleasant town with lovely little restaurants, shops and bars. The beach is within approx. 500m and in Vera (20km) you will find the water paradise Aquacentre. The province Analucia offers a beautiful hinterland and interesting cities such as Almeria and Cartagena.

Apartment(87m2) with a seaview from the balcony, situated on the 2nd floor of a somewhat small apartment building with a communal garden, 3 lovely swimming pools and a bar. Two reclining chairs are free for at the swimming pool. The beach and sea are within approx. 250m., just like the cosy village San Juan de los Terreros with wonderful little restaurants, shops and bars. Cities like Aguilas (10km.) Mojacar (35km.), Lorca (44km.) and Cartagena (87km.) are within a short distnace and fine to visit within a day. In Vera (20km.) you will find the water paradise Aquacentre. The entire province Andalucia offers a splendid hinterland and interesting cities like Almería (117km.) and Granada (234km.). The airport of Murcia (118km.) have since recently been affected by new international airlines, but can also fly to Alicante (190km.) or Almería.

Attached corner house, build against a mountain and situated in a peaceful Spanish area. Common use of the swimming pool and a childrens pool within 100m. Within walking distance, you can lounge about in Aguadulce (literally: sweet water) to Roquetas de Mar, which is surely worth it! Even a visit to the province main city of Almeria should not be missed. The region Andalusia forms the beautiful hinterland of the Costa de Almeria, with olive trees, vineyards, flowers, sugar cane, cotton plants and cork. A trip through the Sierra Nevada with its beautiful nature and picturesque villages will make your holiday complete. Especially when you visit the town Guadix, famous for its cave houses, where people are still living! When you drive 10km further, then you in Granada with the 8th wonder of the world the Alhambra. Even for golfers, surely worth going to the famous golf course Club Golf la Envia (6km), Club de Golf Playa Serena (14km) and Golf Almerimar (30km).
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
