It is two kilometres from the town centre. The complex has 53 apartments spread over four buildings, each of three floors. There are lifts. The apartments are simply furnished and have air conditioning. Guests can use the reception services, fitness area and the coin operated washing machines. You can also enjoy the communal swimming pool and lawn. The apartment complex is 200 metres from the beach and its delightful promenade. You'll find restaurants and a supermarket 400 metres away. There are good bus and train connections to Barcelona. The city's historic Gaudi architectural sites are well worth a visit. Cars may be parked in the nearby streets. You can also park in a garage for a fee. Barcelona airport is just ten kilometres away and the landing approach can be over Castelldefels.

Sleeping up to 4 people Rating: 2 Star Pineda de Mar lies 60 km. north of Barcelona and approx. 50 km. south of Girona. The urbanisation Pinemar is one of the outskirts of Pineda de mar and only 800-2000m away from the city centre. In this district are contracted an amount of duplex houses (50m2), ca. 1-2,5km from the beach. These are detached properties with an upper and down home, each with its own entrance and balcony with garden furniture. The holiday houses are owned by different owners (who live in 1 of the apartments) and therefore the interior can vary somewhat from each other. It is not possible to express your preference. The location, interior and division of the bedrooms can be different per house.
