A residential fitness centre built from Finnish wood and situated in a residential area in pleasant village surroundings close to the Montseny Natural Park. It consists of 8 hotel-studio apartments (25 m). The studios are very well equipped. You will be accommodated on the ground or first floors. The residence has a fitness and health area.

You can rent the studio simply for a rest, take the opportunity for excursions, work on a computer in a peaceful atmosphere or take advantage of the fitness facilities, like the intensive relaxation, anti-stress or well-being treatments. You can also reach the village centre in 5 minutes on foot along a pleasant lane.

The studio has two single beds with foam mattresses, a bath with a hydro-massage shower, a fully equipped kitchenette (the kitchen is in a cupboard with a sliding door but is fully equipped), heating, air-conditioning, an internet connection, telephone and has access to a private or shared terrace.
- If necessary, you can have an additional bed on prior request.

Pineda de Mar lies 60 km. north of Barcelona and approx. 50 km. south of Girona. The urbanisation Pinemar is one of the outskirts of Pineda de mar and only 800-2000m away from the city centre. In this district are contracted an amount of duplex houses (50m2), ca. 1-2,5km from the beach. These are detached properties with an upper and down home, each with its own entrance and balcony with garden furniture. The holiday houses are owned by different owners (who live in 1 of the apartments) and therefore the interior can vary somewhat from each other. It is not possible to express your preference. The location, interior and division of the bedrooms can be different per house.
Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only.

Recently built and luxurious apartment (80m2) in a building dating from 1820, ideal for 2 couples, in the heart of Barcelona, only 200m from the Ramblas, in the lively street Carrer Nou de la Rambla. The apartment has been elegantly decorated with many artworks and little extras, such as the jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms. The apartment is not so suited for small children and it is forbidden to smoke in the bedrooms. In the library, you will discover a collection of English and Dutch books: tourist guides, museum catalogues, Spanish fiction, etc. You will also dispose of a stereo installation with a large selection of classical music, opera, some jazz and Spanish music. There is a long, narrow balcony, perfect for refreshing moments and observation of the "couleur locale" (sun from 12.30 to 15.00).

"Las Ramblas" run from the north to the south of Barcelona, starting at the Plaça Catalunya and ending up at the harbour, with the statue of Christopher Colombus. The area west of the Ramblas is called 'el Raval'. The museum of modern art of Richard Meier, small restaured alleys, convents and small squares, more recent university buildings, the characteristic market of the "Boqueria" and the new, big square Rambla del Raval attract a very diverse population.
Carrer Nou de la Rambla is a small, very lively street at a angle with Las Ramblas; it can be a little noisy in the weekend. The most famous building in this street is the Palais Guëll of Gaudí. Picasso established his studio at nr. 6. You will find shops, restaurants, clubs and a few supermarkets there, open every night until midnight. Just on the other side of Las Ramblas, you will find the superb Plaça Reial. The famous Opéra "Gran Teatre del Liceu" is on the left corner and the statue of Christopher Colombus is at 5mn walking distance.

Does an excursion to Barcelona sound tempting? We are offering you this 55 m apartment, perfect for a thoroughly comfortable stay in this beautiful Spanish city. The apartment can lodge up to 4 people. It is located on the second floor of a block of flats on one of the main centres of the city, not far from attractions such as the Paseo de Gracia (an avenue perpendicular to the sea where you can contemplate numerous works of the artist Gaudi), or the Arenas de Barcelona. The Sagrada Familia, the imposing and magnificent unfinished cathedral by Gaudi is also close by (about 20 minutes on foot).
As the underground stops Girona and Tetuan are close to the apartment, you can easily get to all four corners of the city quicker than you can say Barcelona!
