Individual holiday homes with a private swimming pool in Miami Playa, Costa Dorada. The holiday homes each have a fenced property (approx. 300m2) and a private terrace. The beach and centre are at max. 3km from the holiday homes. Miami Playa is a seaside resort with beautiful sandy beaches and small bays. Miami Playa has a range of different shops, bars, cafes, terraces and restaurants. Besides the water-sports facilities and other sports it is worth mentioning the presence of the beautiful 18-hole "Bonmont" golf course. Some possible excursions: the theme park "Port Aventura" (25 km), the Delta de l'Ebre natural park (60 km), Tarragona (35 km), Barcelona (130 km). Distance to Reus airport is about 30 km.

* the holiday homes are situated 1 OR 2 levels. The bedrooms and bathroom in a holiday home with 2 levels are on the superior level.
Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only.
Linen change 1 times per 7 nights included.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.

Cal Capdevila is a traditional 19th century country house (built in 1866) situated on teh town square of Pira, a small town of approx. 450 inhabitants in the heart of the area "Conca de Barberà" in Catalonia. The town is along the famous route "Ruta del Cister".

The manor house, which was inhabited before by one of the wealthy families of the town, is restore in an old style, whereby the rustic details have been kept.. Due to its fully detached situation, all the rooms have daylight on four sides.

The house was restored with the aim to make it suitable for countryside tourist and meet rigorous huis is gerestaureerd met als doel het geschikt te maken standards and is ethnic as well as decorative, functional as well as practical furnished.

The house is divided into 3 duplex apartments. Each apartment is very well furnished, have a fully equipped kitchen and a courtyard or balcony with a barbeque. The house has more childrens pools, cots, wash machine, ironing board and round table games.

2 or 3 apartments is ideal to be rented together for groups up to max. 18 persons. The apartments can then be connected with each other via an indoor stairway. The dining and living room of the apartment 1 can then function as common space.

During summer the communal swimming pool is open free of charge for the guests (within only 3 min. walk from the house). Within 7km it is possible to rent bicycles.

Cal Capdevila is situated within only 7 km from Montblanc, the most important place of the area Conca de Barberà. This area have many beautiful spots, which can still be discovered like fields, woods, vineyards, fields with olive trees, almonds and the mountains of the Sierra de Prades.

Hundred year old, fully renovated, comfortable farm. The masia has a private garden with swimming pool, lawn and a square with trees where you can barbeque and play table tennis. The house is located along a little river La Riera de Maspujols, where there is an old grain mill, which is currently being restored. The provincial road N-420 runs 200 m from the house. The surrounding is excellent for walks to the Maspujols (1,5km) where the birth house of Gaudi stands, Reus and Riudoms (5km), Port Aventura (12km), the beaches of Salou and Cambrils (12km). The town of Tarragona lies within 15 km and the national park Delta de Ebro within 65 km is surely worth a visit.
