Cal Capdevila is a traditional 19th century country house (built in 1866) situated on teh town square of Pira, a small town of approx. 450 inhabitants in the heart of the area "Conca de Barberà" in Catalonia. The town is along the famous route "Ruta del Cister".

The manor house, which was inhabited before by one of the wealthy families of the town, is restore in an old style, whereby the rustic details have been kept.. Due to its fully detached situation, all the rooms have daylight on four sides.

The house was restored with the aim to make it suitable for countryside tourist and meet rigorous huis is gerestaureerd met als doel het geschikt te maken standards and is ethnic as well as decorative, functional as well as practical furnished.

The house is divided into 3 duplex apartments. Each apartment is very well furnished, have a fully equipped kitchen and a courtyard or balcony with a barbeque. The house has more childrens pools, cots, wash machine, ironing board and round table games.

2 or 3 apartments is ideal to be rented together for groups up to max. 18 persons. The apartments can then be connected with each other via an indoor stairway. The dining and living room of the apartment 1 can then function as common space.

During summer the communal swimming pool is open free of charge for the guests (within only 3 min. walk from the house). Within 7km it is possible to rent bicycles.

Cal Capdevila is situated within only 7 km from Montblanc, the most important place of the area Conca de Barberà. This area have many beautiful spots, which can still be discovered like fields, woods, vineyards, fields with olive trees, almonds and the mountains of the Sierra de Prades.

This apartment is in the heart of the old city of Tarragona. The city was the ancient Roman capital of Spain. There are many fascinating ruins from the Roman era. The apartment is in a building which was renovated in 2009. There is a fine façade with images of the life of Sant Magí, the city's patron saint. The old city of Tarragona is crowded with restaurants, cafes and tapas bars. It's just the place to enjoy the charm of this Mediterranean city and its fine cultural UNESCO heritage. The city's historic cathedral is only two minutes away. The sea is 10 minutes from the apartment.

This well lit, comfortable beach apartment enjoys good views of the sea. It is in a suburb of the village of Alcanar on the Costa Dorada. The area has quiet beaches, no crowds and many small restaurants where you can enjoy superb fresh fish. You can easily visit the Ebro Delta National Park with its rice fields and delightful flora and fauna. You can also visit the town of Peñiscola to the south. You can explore inland and visit the Port de Basseit Mountains. The city of Tarragona with its old Roman centre is just 100 km away and well worth a visit.

The small scale complex offer 9 houses, divided over the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor and contain of a terrace, respectively balcony with garden furniture. The 2-4 pers. house (ES-43892-06) enjoys a view at the sea and the peninsula of Salou. The 4-pers. house (ES-43892-05) contain of two balconies, of which one at the front side with sea view and one on the back side with a view at mountain landscape. There is a barbeque spot.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.

The park: At only 35 km. from Tarragona and the Costa Blanca you will find the recently constructed holiday park Montblanc. It consists of a camping site with 200 stands and a section in where the total of 80 bungalows are situated. The centre part, in where you will also find all facilities, is situated at the entrance of the park. The accommodations itself are situated a bit higher. A modern park with many facilities, an ideal starting point to discover this part of Spain. The accommodations; The recently arranged, detached, wooden bungalow are situated on a separate part of the park. You can choose out of two different 4-pers. variants (ES-43400-01 and ES-43400-03) and a 4-6 pers. variant (ES-43400-02). The exterior as well as the interior has been completely built of wood. All bungalows have access to a covered terrace with garden furniture.

This former XV century traditional mill and rural home is located on the banks of the Siurana River and at the foot of the Sierra del Montsant. The rural house is immersed in nature and surrounded by trees and mountains. The area is within the Priorat municipality, renowned for its wines. The former glory of the property has been retained during the restoration process. The result is a basic yet homely, welcoming property.
Out of this mill and rural dwelling, 4 smaller houses have been created, each with independent entrance. Guests are housed in one of these 4 properties. This makes the ideal place for climbing, mountaineering and water sports fans.
Reus town is very close by and offers a plethora of activities including golf, tennis and cultural trails. Water sports can be practiced on the local reservoir. The rural home also features a garden with many wild plant species.

These attractive, detached holiday homes are in a quiet holiday park. The park is surrounded by delightful scenery and has plenty of space. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday here indoors and outdoors. The holiday homes are built of wood and are well equipped. Each has its own garden with a picnic table and benches. You can enjoy meals relaxing in the shade. There is a four-person holiday home, ES-43364-03, and a six-person holiday home, ES-43364-04.

This casita (50m2) is ideal for 4 or 5 persons. Sun, sea, rest and space: this is what you can find on the still active finca (farm) La Rocca Blanca. Located on the Costa Dorada, 5 km away from the coast, you will find three cosy casitas, the house of the owner, two barns and a shared saltwater swimming pool (10m x 6m), which is open from May until September. The whole is located on a terrace-shaped domain (6 ha) with 450 olive trees, 150 almond trees (pluck your own in August!) and various other trees. The casitas are located 1.5 km (approx. 15 minutes walk) from the village El Perelló, approximately 50 km south of Tarragona. It is a lively village of 3000 residents with all possible amenities like a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, a swimming pool and sports hall, and bodegas (wine cellars). Compared with the coast the prices are very attractive here! The village is situated between the fishing/beach resorts LAmpolla and LAmettla de Mar, where you will find beautiful large and small beaches. Even in high season it is not over-full and outside the school holidays it is remarkably quiet here.

The inland too is well worth a visit; and the forests and hills invite walking. Beautiful national parks in the proximity are the Ebro Delta with its green rice fields, wide beaches, rare birds and fishing opportunities and the 'Els Ports' with high mountains up to 1500 m, rare birds of prey, cabras (wild goats) and bulls. The property is perfect for those looking for tranquillity, nature and culture lovers who enjoy relaxing, walking and cycling, nice food and cultural excursions to Barcelona, Tarragona, Valencia, or nearer by Tortosa. You can go to Port Aventura in Tarragona, the sea aquarium in Valencia, the
honey museum in El Perelló or the ecological museum in the Ebro Delta, with great canoeing, with the children. For nights out LAmpolla and LAmettla de Mar are the place to be.

All the detached casitas are left in their original state as much as possible, have all necessary facilities and almost unlimited outside space, which means you will always find an ideal spot for relaxing. The water comes from a communal source and energy is created by solar panels and a generator. The quality is excellent but requires an environmentally aware approach. For example there is only one washing machine for communal use and the casitas have no microwave or dishwashers.

Modest, semi-detached holiday apartment (46m2) just outside of Rasquera, Costa Daurada. The apartment is located in a detached home but has its own entrance and facilities. The holiday apartment is situated on the poolside of the home and has a private terrace. You?ll find a communal swimming pool on the 6ha estate. The estate is located in the Burga Valley. The neighbourhood is ideal to enjoy the flora and fauna and for walking. The Ebro is just 5km away and it's the perfect place for fishers. The Parc Natural del "Delta de l'Ebre" is 20km from the coast. Just 17km from the apartment you'll find l'Amettla de Mar, the almond of the sea, a fishers village with rocky and sandy beaches and a possibility for snorkling.
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.
