This comfortable apartment with communal swimming pool is located in the less touristy urbanization LEucaliptus, in the midst of a nature reserve approx. 8 km from Amposta. You can enjoy a quiet area of coast on the beach, with the sea only 100 metres away. The apartment is located on the first floor (lift) of a recently built apartment complex (2008). The shared roof terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area and of the water.
Guests can make unlimited use of the communal swimming pool and sun terrace on the roof (accessible via a stairway).
The area around the holiday residence is ideal for hiking and nature lovers. The Delta del Ebro National Park is nearby, where you can fish and canoe. Els Muntells is 3 km away, with various shops, little bars and restaurants. Only approximately 10 km from the apartment you will find the beach and fishing village of St. Carles de la Ràpita with its beautiful port.

This apartment is in the heart of the old city of Tarragona. The city was the ancient Roman capital of Spain. There are many fascinating ruins from the Roman era. The apartment is in a building which was renovated in 2009. There is a fine façade with images of the life of Sant Magí, the city's patron saint. The old city of Tarragona is crowded with restaurants, cafes and tapas bars. It's just the place to enjoy the charm of this Mediterranean city and its fine cultural UNESCO heritage. The city's historic cathedral is only two minutes away. The sea is 10 minutes from the apartment.

Sol Naciente is a comfortably furnished 63m2 apartment. It is on the 2nd floor of a new 40-apartment complex. The beach is only 300 metres away. The apartment has a private terrace which is reached by stairs. You can enjoy views of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace. Other stairs lead from this terrace to the communal swimming pool and shared roof terrace. Use is unlimited for guests. The complex was built in 2008 and is in a less touristy area called LEucaliptus. It is around 8 km from Amposta on the Golden Coast.

The surrounding area of the holiday home is ideal for walking and for lovers of flora and fauna. The Delta del Ebro National Park is nearby. The River Ebro is 6 km away and is suitable for fishing. In peak season you can enjoy organised boat trips on the river. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the village of Els Muntells 3 km away.

The seaside resort and fishing village of St. Carles de la Ràpita with its beautiful beaches is around 10 km from the apartment. The seaside town of Cambrils (60 km), the attractive city of Tarragona (75 km) and the lively cities of Barcelona and Valencia (180 km) are all well worth visiting.

This casita (34m2) is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Sun, sea, rest and space: this is what you can find on the still active finca (farm) La Rocca Blanca. Located on the Costa Dorada, 5 km away from the coast, you will find three cosy casitas, the house of the owner, two barns and a communal swimming pool (5.5 m. diameter / 1.20 m. deep). The whole is located on a terrace-shaped domain (6 ha) with 450 olive trees, 150 almond trees (pluck your own in August!) and various other trees. The casitas are located 1.5 km (approx. 15 minutes walk) from the village El Perelló, approximately 50 km south of Tarragona. It is a lively village of 3000 residents with all possible amenities like a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, a swimming pool and sports hall, and bodegas (wine cellars). Compared with the coast the prices are very attractive here! The village is situated between the fishing/beach resorts LAmpolla and LAmettla de Mar, where you will find beautiful large and small beaches. Even in high season it is not over-full and outside the school holidays it is remarkably quiet here.

The inland too is well worth a visit; and the forests and hills invite walking. Beautiful national parks in the proximity are the Ebro Delta with its green rice fields, wide beaches, rare birds and fishing opportunities and the 'Els Ports' with high mountains up to 1500 m, rare birds of prey, cabras (wild goats) and bulls. The property is perfect for those looking for tranquillity, nature and culture lovers who enjoy relaxing, walking and cycling, nice food and cultural excursions to Barcelona, Tarragona, Valencia, or nearer by Tortosa. You can go to Port Aventura in Tarragona, the sea aquarium in Valencia, the
honey museum in El Perelló or the ecological museum in the Ebro Delta, with great canoeing, with the children. For nights out LAmpolla and LAmettla de Mar are the place to be.

All the detached casitas are left in their original state as much as possible, have all necessary facilities and almost unlimited outside space, which means you will always find an ideal spot for relaxing. Modest, semi-detached holiday apartment (46m2) just outside of Rasquera, Costa Daurada. The apartment is located in a detached home but has its own entrance and facilities. The holiday apartment is situated on the poolside of the home and has a private terrace. You?ll find a communal swimming pool on the 6ha estate. The estate is located in the Burga Valley. The neighbourhood is ideal to enjoy the flora and fauna and for walking. The Ebro is just 5km away and it?s the perfect place for fishers. The Parc Natural del ?Delta de l?Ebre? is 20km from the coast. Just 17km from the apartment you?ll find l?Amettla de Mar, the almond of the sea, a fishers village with rocky and sandy beaches and a possibility for snorkling.

You can choose Type Mediterrani ES-43892-07, a 4 - 5 person chalet, Type Maui ES-43892-09, a 4 - 6 person chalet or Type Studio B ES-43892-08, a 2 - 4 person studio. All accommodations are pleasantly furnished.
ES-43892-09 is built of wood with wooden inside décor. Both detached types of chalet have a covered terrace with garden furniture. The studios are on various floors. All have a balcony with garden furniture.

Cal Capdevila is a traditional 19th century country house (built in 1866) situated on teh town square of Pira, a small town of approx. 450 inhabitants in the heart of the area "Conca de Barberà" in Catalonia. The town is along the famous route "Ruta del Cister".

The manor house, which was inhabited before by one of the wealthy families of the town, is restore in an old style, whereby the rustic details have been kept.. Due to its fully detached situation, all the rooms have daylight on four sides.

The house was restored with the aim to make it suitable for countryside tourist and meet rigorous huis is gerestaureerd met als doel het geschikt te maken standards and is ethnic as well as decorative, functional as well as practical furnished.

The house is divided into 3 duplex apartments. Each apartment is very well furnished, have a fully equipped kitchen and a courtyard or balcony with a barbeque. The house has more childrens pools, cots, wash machine, ironing board and round table games.

2 or 3 apartments is ideal to be rented together for groups up to max. 18 persons. The apartments can then be connected with each other via an indoor stairway. The dining and living room of the apartment 1 can then function as common space.

During summer the communal swimming pool is open free of charge for the guests (within only 3 min. walk from the house). Within 7km it is possible to rent bicycles.
