The apartment is on the second floor and enjoys a view of the sea, the communal gardens, the swimming pool and Mazarrón Bay. It is a short distance from the town of Mazarrón and Puerto de Mázarron. The beach is 200 metres away. The apartment is large and furnished in a Mediterranean style. It has every convenience. You can enjoy the excellent shared facilities on the complex. The town of Isla Plana is 6 km away and you'll find restaurants and bars 4 km from the apartment. San Javier Airport is 60 km away and Alicante airport is 140 km.

The La Torre town house is an attached holiday home on the La Torre Golf Resort in Torre Pancheco, Murcia. The holiday home is 156 m2 and comfortably furnished. It is beside the 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. The home is only a short distance from the communal 15m x 45m swimming pools which you can enjoy as much as you like. There are 2 roof terraces with good views of the golf course. The golf resort has restaurants, bars, medical services, shops, a supermarket, tennis courts and more. You can use the golf course, for payment, and you can arrange golf lessons. Even if youre not a golfer the surrounding area is perfect for lovers of sun and scenery. La Torre is around 15 minutes from the Mediterranean and Mar Menor Beach. The historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena are 20 km away. There are also many major attractions inland.

This attractive apartment is in a very central location. It is on the La Tercia United Golf Resort. The golf resort is in the Murcia region. It is in a valley surrounded by hills. The apartment is on the first floor and has a lift. The terrace enjoys splendid views of the landscape and the 9-hole golf course. Guests can enjoy the communal swimming pools, shopping centre and golf resort clubhouse. You can enjoy all the facilities including tennis, golf and bowling. The entrances to the resort have 24 hour security and electronic gates. This is a wonderful area for golfers as there are a number of excellent golf courses nearby.

Murcia, the capital of the province, is a 20 minute drive away. The Mediterranean coast and the Mar Menor beaches are the same short distance.

Villa Antojo benefits from an oval private swimming pool and a splendid view on the resort Mazarrón Country Club and the valley. A golf course is being installed nearby which will be overlooked from the villa when finished. There is a large terrace on 2 levels, with sun loungers and a pergola in the shadow. The villa has all amenities and luxuries such as air conditioning which becomes heating in winter. The whole villa is on the ground floor.
The resort is beautifully located in a wide valley, surrounded by green mountain ranges. The climate is very pleasant with around 320 days of sun a year ! In and around the club you will find a full range of facilities, sports, tranquillity, nature and culture. Think of golf courses, beaches, ports and nature parks, like the Sierra Espuña (25 km; walking, horse riding, cycling), where you can encounter wild boars ! The nature area Sierra de las Morerras is located nearby too. In the resort itself you will find a restaurant and various swimming pools and tennis courts (for a small fee). There is also a shuttle service to Mazarrón, which means you can easily access the own beach club in Bol Nuevo near Puerto de Mazarrón.
The city Granada is a 2 hours drive away. A beautiful drive which is rewarded with the magnificent cathedral and the Alhambra in Granada. Cartagena (20 km), the oldest harbour town in Europe, and the province capital Murcia (20 km) are nearer and are definitely worth a visit.

Casa Tejón has a private swimming pool and is enclosed by a pretty garden and various terraces. You will enjoy a great deal of privacy and nice views of the surrounding areas due to the quiet location. Mazarrón Country Club is still being partially built but will shortly have a magnificent golf course and now already has a large communal swimming pool, a restaurant and a few (paying) tennis courts. The park is 10 minutes drive from the Mediterranean Sea.
Nearby Camposol (3km) has various shops and a golf course. The protected Sierra España Nature Reserve is only 20 km from the villa. This nature reserve resembles the American Wild West with its magnificent mountains and cliffs. The well-known Sierra Nevada nature reserve where you can ski in the winter is within driving distance (180 km). Cities such as Córdoba, Granada an Sevilla are a must for culture lovers. Nearer is the city of Murcia where you will find a splendid collection of architectural high points. The resort Puerta de Mazarrón (7km away) is the place to be for fun on the beach and diving possibilities.

Spacious detached villa (160 m) with large garden and private swimming pool 10 minutes from the sea on the Costa Cálida. The city of Murcia is ca. 30 minutes drive away as is the old harbour city of Cartagena. The villa is within the Mazarrón Country Club, near the Camposol golf course (3 km). The Mazarrón Country Club has a large communal swimming pool, tennis courts, bowls and a great restaurant. You will find shops and other facilities in Camposol and the village of Mazarrón.
The location is perfect for visiting the hinterland of the Costa Cálida with various nature parks and complete possibilities for walking, cycling or even practising mountain- and airborne sports. A short distance from the province of Andalusia, it is possible to visit the well-known city of Granada in one day.

Casa Oasis (400 m) is a transformed former Cortijo (farm) from the 19th century, which has been completely renovated to modern standards, whilst retaining as much as possible of its former charm. The rooms have high ceilings and old wooden beams. The decoration exudes a typical Spanish atmosphere too. The group accommodation for 20 persons maximum is located in Almendricos, in the south of the province of Murcia, 2.5 km from the village. There is a beach volleyball field. Almendricos is a small, still very authentic Spanish village with nice bars and restaurants and three supermarkets. The outdoor discotheque Molineta, only open during the summer season on Wednesday nights, is an experience for young and old.
The beach lovers will find various beaches at half an hour's drive like e.g. San Juan, which has not yet been taken over by mass tourism. You will find nice restaurants and terraces here. The light slope of the beach makes it very suitable for children. The new boulevard built end 2005 completes the view. A visit by train from Almendricos to the beaches of Aguilas is definitely recommended. There is a water paradise in Garrucha.
Almendricos is located in a fertile valley with a small mountain range on both sides and lots of citrus orchards. You will also find many almond trees here, whose blossoms mid-March are something you should have seen once in your life. The mountains change from green in spring to sparse in the heart of summer, but still offer a huge variety of wild spices and flowering plants all year round. The fauna is very diversified and bird watchers in particular will see many special birds here. And the mountains house foxes, tortoises and hares for example.
You can make fabulous racing- or mountain bike trips in the region. You can go to the nature areas 'La Jara' at 10 km, the Sierra Espuña at 40 km or the Sierra de Maria at 35 km where you can visit the caves. There are also various well-signposted walking paths in these nature areas.
Golfers will find golf courses in Turre, Mojacar, Los Gallardos, Cuebas del Almanzora and soon the new fabulous 27 holes mountain course near Purias. The diving schools in Aguilas will take you diving in one of the most beautiful underwater areas of the Mediterranean. The region also offers climbing, sailing, parasailing, quad rides and horse riding. The owners will gladly inform you of the various possibilities.

In short, from your base "Casa Oasis" there is a lot to do, and in the evenings you can reminisce on another beautiful day in the region of Almendricos.
