Sleeping up to 10 people Rating: 3 Star Casa Convent is a holiday home consisting of 3 floors which is part of a XIXth century monastery, with an entrance of the communal monastery gallery. It is located in the historical centre of Peralada. The holiday home has a terrace with panoramic views on the Ampurdá region and the Pyrenees.
A few metres further, you will find the Casino of Peralada and the golf course of the Peralada Golf Club. In summer you will also enjoy the famous festivals in the gardens of the casino. For the beach enthusiasts, the Costa Brava is only a few kilometres away (Ampuriabrava 6 km, Rosas 10 km).
Perelada is located on a small hill in the centre of the Alt Empordá region. The village used to be a main roads junction due to its strategic location. The historical character of Peralada can be found everywhere in the village. The property has undergone restoration works to offer all the comforts one would expect, without losing any of the authenticity. The rural property is situated inland of the Costa Brava on an estate above the River Fluvià , and includes 20 hectares of cultivated land and 20 of woodland. It is located 250 metres from the small, sleepy town of Alt Empordà , called Navata. Wonderful views are afforded over the Pyrenees and El Canigó from the propertys large living areas and rooms. It has a football goal, table tennis and swings. Children will also enjoy the small plot with its chickens, cock and a couple of lambs. The farmhouse is between the historic city of Girona and the Costa Brava. Girona is well worth a visit for its famous Jewish quarter, museums and typical river houses. There are thousands of cultural attractions and sports to enjoy in this fascinating region. The famous Dali Museum is in the city of Figueres which is not far. You can enjoy golf and riding just seven kilometres from the farmhouse. This comfortable house has various appliances including a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Sleeping up to 17 people Rating: 3 Star Traditional rural Catalan dwelling with private swimming pool, located close to Riudarenes in the Gerona province, on the Costa Brava. Constructed entirely in local stone, with wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. The house was renovated between 2005-2006 in full respect of traditional building techniques and boasts central heating throughout. The house also features a porch (55m2) with barcecue and gardens with local shrubs, stone benches, wooden see-saws and a covered barbecue. Surrounded by nature and tranquillity, guests will enjoy a feeling of total relaxation. This property is situated in a valley surrounded by tree-covered mountains. The furniture is handmade in Indonesia, the accessories are from India. In the building of the country house, you will recognize the estilo neocolonial influence from South America, especially the arch galleries and the roof. Due to this mix of Eastern and Western styles, complimented by a tropical grown garden and the wonderful communal swimming pool, it will delusion you into a true dream environment. The swimming pool, the garden and the recreation room are shared with the guests form the Bed & Breakfast.
The country house directly situated in village Bordils consists of 2 parts, to know Can Tallada for 18 persons (ES-17462-02) and the former serving house Cala Maria for 8 persons both with its own entrance. The two houses are at the same time to hire for 26 persons (ES-17460-01), ideal for incentives, weddings (limited on request with the house owner due to noise), cooking courses or a family reunion and you will have a private swimming pool. On request, your stay can be filled with a wonderful dinner, prepared at the house by a professional chef. Bordils is a peaceful village, within 30km from the coast, where you can enjoy the beaches in Begur and Pals Platja. Pals are a mediaeval village, where time has truly stood still, and where you can find beautiful earthenware. The airport is within a short distance (15km), so that a stay in Can Tallada and/or Cala Maria is very suitable for a short stay. Even Barcelona is within 1 hours drive.

The house is situated 2 km. from Banyoles lake, only 35 km. from the beach (Costa Brava), 25 km. from the International Airport of Girona-Costa Brava and 115 km. from Barcelona city.
It is located in a privileged place since it lays between the sea and the mountains.
