The ground floor of the house, where two rooms and their bathrooms are, is connected by steps to the other part of the house.

Playa de Pals lies 43 km. east of Girona. At only 600 m. from the beach this sand coloured, little complex is situated, in a wooded en relatively quiet villa district. It consists of seven holiday houses which lie around a swimming pool. Your holiday house is located at 300m from a supermarket and at 800m from the little centre. The interior is functionally furnished. Each bungalow has a covered terrace with garden furniture and a fenced parcel, which gives access through a small passage way to the swimming pool and the laying meadow. Due to the fact that the homes lie in a hilly area, the gardens incline towards the swimming pool. A fine and ideal situated accommodation for together travelling families.
Platja de Pals has a small centre with shops and restaurants. It is directly located on a long and extended sandy beach, with fine sand and clear blue water. Platja de Pals is perfect for golfers. Culture lovers can visit the Dalí museum in Figueras or the city of Girona with its old centre. The medieval village of Pals is at 6 km.

Please note: an extra changing of linen costs € 10,- per person.

Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. This comfortable holiday home is on the Costa Brava. It has a communal swimming pool and is on the La Borna development, 2 kilometres from the sea. The terraced holiday accommodation is in a row of five houses and is part of a small complex. It is full of atmosphere and has every modern convenience. The holiday home is particularly suitable for families with small children as it has a safety gate on the stairs and child-friendly electric sockets. The terrace can be partially covered. The large communal swimming pool has a lawn and is available only to guests staying on the development. As the holiday home is on a hillside, it enjoys good views of the Mediterranean Sea. The closest beach is Sa Tuna, 2 kilometres away. A car is necessary as the landscape is hilly. The medieval town of Begur with its shops and restaurants is 5 kilometres away. You can enjoy numerous sports here including walking, cycling and sailing. Golf lovers will be delighted that there is a golf course nearby. You can enjoy a variety of interesting excursions from here. The historic city of Barcelona and its wonderful Gaudi creations is 110 kilometres away. The city of Figueres and its Dali Museum is 50 kilometres away.

This beautifully converted "Mas" (Catalan Style Farmhouse) is located within the Empuries Achaeological Zone and the Natural Park of Aiguamolls de l'Emporda. It is an original building dating from the late Roman period, rebuilt in Medieval times and completed in the 18th Century. Located 3km from the centre of L'Escala and the coast, it is just 15-20 minutes on foot from the Greek Port Beach of Empuries, where the Olympic Flame arrived in 1992.

The property has been converted into 3 characterful apartments sleeping from 2 to 8 people. El Galliner has one bedroom and a mezzanine with two children's beds, to sleep 2 adults or a family with 2 children; La Cort has two bedrooms to accommodate 4 people; Cal Masover has 4 bedrooms, suitable for up to 8 people.


Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, two-door fridge, gas cooker, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker etc. The apartments are fully equipped with TV and Satellite dish, a small CD player and radio.

Outside, at the front of the house, there is a stunning 600-m2 terrace and 10x5m outdoor swimming pool.

Traditional Catalan country house dating back to the XIV century with private pool, located very close to Calella de Palafrugell. The estate boasts 11 hectares of fields planted with plants and trees, & protected as a cultural historical area. The garden features 6,000 m2 as well as 100 year old fig and almond trees. There is good access to Calella de Palafrugell as the road links with the estate entrance. Apart from the main property, there is another small building on the estate, inhabited by a horse named Tristán, who grazes in a closed field during the day. One part of the main house is reserved for the owner, and boasts an independent entrance. It is separated from the rest of the house. The original features of the property have been maintained as much as possible and there is the furniture is mainly antique, some of which dates back to the XVII and XVIII centuries.

The area is also known as the Golden Triangle due to its sandy beaches and coves. In the surrounding area, take part in all sorts of activities. Visit the cities of Gerona & Barcelona, the town of Palafrugell or the pretty fishing village of Palamós.

Mas Can Mosca is a classical 17th-century farm (so called masia), entirely renovated and restaured in 2000. The caretakers live in the building, in a separate appartement with a separate entrance. The house is furnished with all comforts, very cosy and decorated into the finest details. There are 4 twin bedrooms of which 3 with en-suite bathroom. Mas Can Mosca is on the outskirts of a wood. It is next to an apartment complex and just one kilometre from the sea. The house is near the lively seaside resort of Calella de Palafrugell. The house stands on 1 hectare of land with fruit trees and several areas to sit and enjoy the outdoors. There is a private swimming-pool (sun-heated). From the terrace there is a superb view of the area called Baix Empordá. Baix Empordá is a real paradise for lovers of good cuisine: you will find all sorts of good restaurants in the area. The region is sometimes called " The Golden Triangle", after its many golden beaches and bays. It's obvious: this region offers a variety of activities. You can visit the cities of Gerona and Barcelona, or discover the little fishermen's towns like Palafrugell and Palamós. There is an indoor swimming-pool 5km. away. All in all, Mas Can Mosca is the perfect place for a family holiday.
