The apartment is on the third floor of a well kept apartment complex. The complex has 3 floors and 9 apartments. There is no lift. The apartments are good and simply furnished. You can book a 6 person apartment, ES-17256-59, with balcony and sea view. You can also book a 4 person apartment, ES-17256-60, with balcony. Playa de Pals is 43 km east of Girona.
The apartments are owned by different owners and therefore the interior can vary somewhat from each other. The photos are example photos.
Your holiday apartment is located at 100m from a supermarket and at 500m from the centre. Platja de Pals has a small centre with many facilities like shops and restaurants. It is directly located on a long and extended sandy beach, with fine sand and clear blue water. Platja de Pals is perfect for golfers. Culture lovers can visit the Dalí museum in Figueras or the city of Girona with its old centre. The medieval village of Pals is at approx. 6 km.

Sleeping up to 6 people Rating: 3 Star This detached villa is in a residential development 1 kilometre from the historic town of Sant Pere Pescador on the Costa Brava. You'll find a superb, gradually sloping fine sandy beach just 1 kilometre away. The villa is comfortable and furnished in a classic northern style. There is a delightful garden of 300 m2. The development's communal swimming pool is 500 metres away.
Sant Pere Pescador is in the attractive Emporda region. This small world of attractive landscapes is one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean. The River Fluvia Nature Reserve enhances Sant Pere Pescador's position by the sea even further. Lush green foliage, fruit trees, long golden sandy beaches and the azure sea create a wonderful picture. The Aiguamolls Emporda Natural Park is four kilometres away, the Sant Marti dEmpuries ancient ruins are five kilometres and the Salvador Dali Museum in Figueres is 35 kilometres. The Cap de Creus Natural Park is 30 kilometres away, Girona and its airport are 35 kilometres and the famous city of Barcelona is 140 kilometres. As well as the beach, children will enjoy the Aquabrava Water Park in Rosas which is 15 kilometres away. You can also enjoy the Peralada Golf Club, 32 kilometres away.

The house is situated in a small complex and the swimming pool is shared. The spa Calella de Palafrugell is known for keeping its antique charm protected, notwithstanding all changes and modernising. It was earlier a fishermens town, and now the seafoods are enjoyed by the visitors, and is the basis for the appreciated local gastronomy. In Calella and Llafranc there are different types of water sports like; sailing, windsurfing and kayaking. The holiday home is in the part of Playa de Pals called La Pineda. The area has many trees. The complex consists of two houses. Each house has two holiday homes (1 above the other) with their own entrances.
The complex is around 1.5 km from the beach and just 600 metres from some shops, restaurants and a café. The homes are in 1 ground of 1000 m2. There is a shared swimming pool and a sun terrace.

Playa de Pals is 43 km east of the city of Girona. The apartment is on the ground floor. The owner lives on the upper floor and has his own entrance. The apartment is furnished in a rustic style and has a covered terrace. You'll find a beach, supermarket, restaurant and bars around 400 metres away. Parking is available in the grounds. The communal swimming pool is free of charge. The pool is 350 metres away and outside the grounds.

The holiday home includes 800m2 of land and is surrounded by a good sized garden. Caldes de Malavella is wellknown because of the thermal baths. This holiday home was built in the 50 by the architect Blanch, who built many other similar properties. The main garden is a large lawned area, with several trees and a well as the central feature. Opposite the holiday home is a terrace area equipped with attractive wrought iron garden furniture, perfect for open-air dining. There is also a barbecue, large parasol and deck chairs. The holiday house is 3,8 km from the beach and ca. 800m. from Masos de Pals with a supermarket and restaurant. From the holiday house you will overlook the green hills and the forest which surrounds the house. The villa is jointed to an identical house and lies next to the ES-17256-26. These three houses are therefore a good holiday address in case you are travelling with more families, but yet want to remain your privacy. The interior is functionally furnished and has a rustic Spanish atmosphere. Around the lovely private swimming pool lies a large, tiled terrace where garden furniture, lounge chairs and a parasol are at your disposal. Playa de Pals is perfect for golfers.
