Holiday home in detached villa with a swimming pool, divided into three apartments either on ground or first floor. Peaceful situated along the canal of the marina of Empuriabrava in the bay of Rosas. The apartments have a big garden with a swimming pool with joint use by the guests. The beach and shopping centre is within 750m. In the shopping centre you will find diverse shops, banks, doctor and restaurants. The surrounding is excellent to take part in diverse sporting outdoor activities and cultural trips to eg. Rosas, Figueres and Gerona.

Apartment with balcony (15m2) on the first floor and beautiful view over the port of Empuriabrava situated along the Costa Brava. The apartment is within 1,5km from the beach and 500m from the centre of EmpuriaBrava, where there are diverse disco's. There is a playground on the grounds of the apartment building. The bedroom is open. The location of the truly simple apartment is excellent and ideal for making trips and untertaking of activities like: the Dalí museum in Figueres (10km), animation presentations in Rosas (3km), the possibility to sail through the many canales of Empuria (5km), diving in lEscala (20km), waterski (Rosas) and parachute jumping in Empuriabrava.

This rustically furnished apartment is in Playa de Pals on the Costa Brava. It is only 600m from the long, outstretched beach. The apartment is on the third floor of a well kept apartment complex. The complex has 3 floors and 9 apartments. There is no lift. The apartments are good and simply furnished. You can book a 6 person apartment, ES-17256-59, with balcony and sea view. You can also book a 4 person apartment, ES-17256-60, with balcony. Playa de Pals is 43 km east of Girona.

The apartments are owned by different owners and therefore the interior can vary somewhat from each other. The photos are example photos.

Your holiday apartment is located at 100m from a supermarket and at 500m from the centre. Platja de Pals has a small centre with many facilities like shops and restaurants. It is directly located on a long and extended sandy beach, with fine sand and clear blue water. Platja de Pals is perfect for golfers. Culture lovers can visit the Dalí museum in Figueras or the city of Girona with its old centre. The medieval village of Pals is at approx. 6 km.

A lovely holiday house situated only 12km from the sea and the nature park "Les Gavarres" where you can undertake lovely hikes and diverse excursions. Romanyà de la Selva is a small but beautiful town, which only has a church and two good restaurants. The house is divided into two parts; one section is where the owners live. The house is located on a property of 3000m, in the midst of the woods. It has a big woody garden, where you will find peace. Ideal for families with children or couples who want to enjoy the nature. Good location, due to the beaches of the Costa Brava (within 12km), Bisbal de lEmpordà; a town, which is known for its ceramics, the town Girona. Even the town Figueres with its famous Dalí museum and of course Barcelona are easily reachable. In the summer, there is a swimming pool (4,57m), which is shared with the owners.
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated.

Centrally situated apartment at only 25m from the beach in Empuriabrava. Furnished basically but equipped with all the necessities. The apartment has direct views over the sea and beach! The complex is equipped with a Communal parking area. Within a few metres, you will find shopping centres with diverse shops, banks, doctor and restaurants. The surrounding is excellent to participate in diverse outdoor sporting, water sports activities and cultural trips to e.g. Rosas, Figueres and Gerona.

This holiday home is in a very quiet area. It is just 1.5 kilometres from the villages of Calella de Palafrugell and Tamariu and their delightful beaches. These charming seaside villages are on the Costa Brava, within easy reach and in a wooded area. You can enjoy sheer tranquillity there and a very attractive life style. There are plenty of beautiful bays, pleasant bars and restaurants in the area. You can also enjoy many hours relaxing on the holiday home's veranda. The historic city of Girona and the Dali Museum in Figueras are just fifty-three kilometres away. The famous city of Barcelona is 124 kilometres.

City apartment in the centre of Girona. The apartment is situated only 50 m from the train and bus station. This modern apartment is completely furnished and equipped with a central vacuum system.

Girona is the so-called "Ciudad de los Cuatro Ríos" (City of the Four Rivers) and ahas a historic centre "Barri Vell" which primarily consists of medieval buildings with Roman, Arabic and Jewish traces. The walled area of Força Vella brings the most important works together which give you an overview of the historic development of the city of Girona. The advantageous location between the Pyrenees and the Costa Brava offers many options for excursions to villages and towns as well as nature. Enjoy the regional cuisine with typical dishes prepared with ingredients from both the sea and the mountains.
