This villa is built on a gradual sloping piece of ground, situated approximately 250m high. From the terrace is a wide view over the sea, you will sea the rock Ifach (Calpe) and will look into the valley in (Moraira) with the mountains in the background. The villa is in the Palmeras area, the part of the Cumbre del Sol where you actually have the entire sun. Sometimes you see some spectaculair sunsets The villa is situated in such a way that you have the sun the entire day over the terrace. It is possible to sit in the shade under a covered terrace. The division of the villa is pleasant and practical (country style). The living room has 2 x 2 opening doors and a big window. An open kitchen with a little bar and window with a beautiful view. A spacious hall, two cosy bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and one with a spacious shower. In the living room is a fold up bed for one person. The house is completely furnished and equip with all the necessities. You have the disposal of a private swimming pool with a big terrace, reclining chairs and garden. The house is suitable for 4 to 5 persons and very suitable for children due to the various facilities such as a baby chair and cot. Golf course "La Sella" is within approx. 5km. This beautiful, detached villa (200 m) stands on one of the hills surrounding the golf course of Marquesa and is blessed with a view of 14 of the 18 holes. The villas (120m2) are comfortably furnished and entirely decorated in an authentic Spanish style.
- By car: Motorway A7, A70 direction Valencia (coming from the airport) exit 67 then N 340 direction Xixona (Jijona), take the exit on the right direction Busot Bonalba. Continue straight forward to the Gulf. Go to the end of the road up to the Bonalba shopping centre. The Eurogroup reception is beside the big map of the Bonalba site at the roundabout near the shopping centre.

- By train: Alicante station (15 km)
- By plane: El Altet Airport in Alicante (20 km)

- Reception opening times: 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00

- Late arrival (after 20:00):
Let the residence or the booking central know about your late arrival.

- Handing-over of the keys:
Your apartment is available from 17:00. You can collect the keys at the reception of the Residence on presentation of your voucher.

- Security deposit:
You must pay the security deposit (Visacard, Eurocard, cheques, no cash) for your apartment on arrival. It will be paid back to you 15 days after your departure - possible replacement or cleaning expenses can be deducted from that amount.
