This modern villa with private swimming pool is located in Moraira (Costa Blanca). The villa benefits from a quiet location with magnificent sea views. The living quarters are on the 1st floor, where you will also find the sun terraces and swimming pool. The floor under the living quarters (almost street level) has a bedroom and a bathroom accessible from outside. There is also a spacious parking space in front of the holiday home. The holiday home has various terraces with both sunny and sheltered spaces.
The villa is approx. 1.5 km away from the centre of Moraira and the beach. Moraira is halfway between Valencia (ca. 110 km) and Alicante (ca. 80 km). It is a lively fishing village with pretty sandy beaches and bays. The immediate proximity of the holiday home is suitable for many (water) activities like walking, cycling, golf and sailing.

The holiday home is just 1 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca. The villa is furnished in a rustic Spanish style and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. It is in enclosed grounds at the end of a quiet street and next to a former orange plantation. The villa's various covered terraces enjoy splendid views of the mountains and the attractive landscaped garden. Sun worshippers will enjoy the loungers by the swimming pool. There are numerous shops and restaurants within a radius of 2 km. The town of Denia is around 10 km away and has a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops. Boats to the Balearic Islands leave from there. You can enjoy various water sports in the surrounding area and golfers will have a superb time. You'll find safari and adventure parks in Benidorm, 53 km away. The cities of Valencia and Alicante are only an hours drive away and are well worth a visit.

This beautiful modern styled finca with a private swimming pool, is situated on an estate of 3,5 hectares at the foot of the Caballo Verde. Verde is approximately 18km from the coast, in the western part of the Marina Alta. The house is surrounded by private forest and orchards with among others, oranges, almonds and olives, and is very private. Perfectly located to unfold diverse activities on sea (sailing, diving etc.), or on the countryside (horse riding, golf, hiking). Famous spas such as Denia and Javea, with many monumental buildings in the surrounding. Within several km, distances are small restaurants, shops and a big supermarket for daily shopping.

These 2004 built luxury furnished villas have a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea and the Marina Alta and are equipped with all the necessities. On the urbanization La Sella (the saddle) you will find among other things 2 restaurants, 8 tennis courts, a supermarket and pharmacy. You can eat wonderfully at the Cafe Restaurant next to the tennis court. Strongly recommended is the Restaurant La Sella, which is located on the top.
In the direct surrounding you will find various golf courses. The beach and sea are within 6km from the villa. There are various beaches like Bona Platja, Marinas and the Arena with diverse restaurants. Then enjoy the sun; there are many hiking possibilities like the beautiful hiking routes on the Montgo and Bernia.
The closely situated Denia has two marinas where you can possibly rent a boat (Please bring sailing license along) and the beautiful sand beach Las Marinas.

The semi-detached houses (105m2) are comfortably furnished and entirely decorated in an authentic Spanish style.
- By car: Motorway A7, A70 direction Valencia (coming from the airport) exit 67 then N 340 direction Xixona (Jijona), take the exit on the right direction Busot Bonalba. Continue straight forward to the Gulf. Go to the end of the road up to the Bonalba shopping centre. The Eurogroup reception is beside the big map of the Bonalba site at the roundabout near the shopping centre.

This great luxury villa with private swimming pool is located on a ca. 800 m2 plot, in the hills of the Cumbre del Sol, on the Costa Blanca. The carefully landscaped garden is regularly maintained by the gardener. The villa is practical and luxurious. From the villa and the terrace you have a great view on the Cumbre del Sol and the Mediterranean Sea. On a clear day you can even see Formentera and Ibiza. In the evening you can admire beautiful and spectacular sun sets. 'Cumbre del Sol', or 'platform of the sun', is located amidst the sun drenched region between Denia and Calpe, on the most eastern point of the Costa Blanca. The Cumbre is unique and can be considered as a village with several developments, shopping centres and its own beach with excellent diving facilities.
The luxury golf course 'La Sella' is at ca. 15 km and the golf course of Javea at ca. 3 km, where there is also a large yachting harbour. Less than a 10 min. walk away you will find various restaurants and shops. For more extensive shopping you can go to Benitachell and gorgeous Moraira (5 km). Large cities like Valencia (115 km) and Alicante (80 km) are definitely worth a visit, and children should definitely see the attraction park Terra Mitica, near the tourist resort of Benidorm. Very comfortable villa. It is in the traditional fishing village of Javea. The villa has a private swimming pool. It is set in grounds of 2000 m2. You will enjoy splendid views of Montgo Mountain. The nearest beach is around 7 km away. The centre of Javea, with its boulevard, restaurants, cafes and shops, is just two km away. The villa is mainly on one level. The master bedroom is reached by a few short steps. Sun worshippers can enjoy the garden, the various sun terraces and the sun loungers around the swimming pool. The holiday home has been furnished with great care and has everything you might desire for a pleasant, quiet holiday.
You can also enjoy an active holiday in Javea. There are water sports, golf and more to enjoy in the area. The Montgo Nature Reserve is the perfect place for delightful walks and cycle trips. The City of Valencia is 90 km away and Alicante is 95 km. They are both well worth a visit.

This superb holiday home is in the Castellans quarter of Javea. It has a private swimming pool. The comfortable holiday home is at the foot of Mount Montgó and near the national park. It is 3 km from the beach. The traditional fishing village of Javea with its boulevard, restaurants, cafes and shops is only 1.5 km away. You can enjoy panoramic views of Javea and the surrounding countryside from the home. The home is around 224m2. It is all on one level and furnished with great care.

There is a covered terrace and a tropical garden with fruit and olive trees. You can enjoy water sports in the surrounding area. Golfers can enjoy themselves here too. The City of Valencia is around 100 km from the home. The City of Alicante is 90 km. They are both definitely worth a visit. You can also enjoy an excursion to Ibiza. The ferry crossing takes 3 hours. You can see Ibiza from the roof terrace in good weather.
