Casa Rita is in the suburb of Llano de los Pastores in Busot, Costa Blanca. It is a comfortably furnished apartment of around 70 m2. The holiday home is equipped with every modern convenience. It is on the ground floor. There is a communal swimming pool with a salt water system. The pool is shared with the other guests. There are two apartments in the grounds. The garden is beautifully landscaped with cactuses, fruit trees, rockeries and palms. The owners live on the first floor. The apartment has a private terrace and plenty of privacy. The apartment is in a quiet location with easy access to the larger cities. Alicante is just a 15-30 minute drive. The beaches of San Juan and El Campello are 8 km away. The surrounding area is ideal for of lovers of culture and the countryside. The stalactite cave "La cueva de Canalobre" is not far from the home. The 18 hole Bonalba Golf Course is only 5 minutes away by car.

This detached holiday home has a private swimming pool. The home is between the villages of Gata de Gorgos and Lliber. It is 90 km south of Valencia. The holiday home is in enclosed grounds of 4,000 m2. It is surrounded by almond trees, vineyards and olive groves. The villa is attractively furnished and is full of atmosphere. There is a delightful landscaped garden. The covered terrace has an open fireplace and enjoys pleasant views of the swimming pool. There is table tennis and a hammock. The villa is in a valley which offers privacy, tranquillity and beautiful scenery. It is not far from the lively Costa Blanca. The surrounding area has excellent marked walking routes. The beach is around 20 minutes away by car. Numerous adventure parks and safari parks are between 15 and 50 kilometres away, for example in Benidorm. In order to enjoy the area, a car is a necessity.

El Campello lies approx, 20 km. North-east of Alicante. Casa Maria-Jan is situated on one of the mountain slopes in the peaceful district Coveta Fuma. This detached villa is split in two living sections. The top home is occupied by the owner. With enough privacy you will occupy the down home (75 m). The rooms are equipped with fans. Around the swimming pool is enough space for garden furniture, lounge beds and a parasol. There is a covered terrace with a cosy wooden outdoor(dining) bar. For the children there is a slide and a swing. Where ever you are on the terrace, you will always have a marvellous view at the Mediterranean sea.



Specifics:
The swimming pool can eventually be fenced (in connection with small children). At the reservation you can subscribe if you want to use a third bedroom. Costs at high season EUR 100,- per week/ off-season EUR 75,- per week (to be payed at the owner at the spot). The end cleaning for this extra room is EUR 25,- per stay.

Los Cuatros Vientos is a spacious detached villa in Adsubia. It has a private swimming pool. The villa is 140 m2 and is in a quiet area on a hill. The holiday home is equipped with all modern conveniences and the pool can be covered. The villa stays delightfully cool during the warm summer months due to the air conditioning. On cooler evenings you can enjoy using the fireplace. Sun lovers can enjoy the loungers by the swimming pool in the enclosed garden. The view of the mountains is superb.
The surrounding area is excellent for walking and cycling. Adsubia is around 3 minutes by car from Pego with its shops, restaurants, cafes and various places of interest. Beautiful beaches are around 10 km away. The well known Denia seaside resort is a 15 minute drive. There is a local adventure park nearby and 2 golf courses are around 15 minutes away by car.

Detached corner house (200 m2) with private swimming pool, located in the development Orihuela Playa in San Miguel de Salinas, on the Costa Blanca. The holiday home is located at a short distance of Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa and various excellent golf courses. You will have views on the L-shaped private swimming pool from the (roof)terraces. There is Spanish stone garden furniture with a barbecue on the terrace of the house. The beaches are about 5 km away, where water sports like pedalo and jetski are possible. Bars and restaurants, including an internet café, are within walking distance. In Torrevieja you can stroll on the seafront boulevard or enjoy the many terraces. In Villa Martin you will find a large shopping centre. Excursions in the region: Alicante with a wide boulevard, Elche with the famous palm gardens and the student city Murcia. Nature lovers will find lots to do in the inland of the Costa Blanca too.

Rojales is situated ca. 6 km from the seaside resort Guardamar del Segura with its beautiful sandy beaches. It is a typical Spanish village. The municipality also includes a number of urbanisations and Ciudad Quesada is one of them. The villa (ca. 100 m2) is built against a hill and has a functional interior. From the street side you can access (without stairs) the tiled front garden (ca. 50 m2) with swimming pool as well as the living area and one of the bedrooms with a bathroom. The other two bedrooms can only be reached via the lower terrace, ca. 10 steps down. Both bedrooms have a separate entrance but share one bathroom. Both bedrooms have a fan. The lower, covered terrace is blessed with a view of the 18 hole golf course La Marquesa. You can also enjoy a small covered terrace (ca. 6 m2) and on the front side of the terrace a big terrace (17 m2) with a great view of the golf course. There is a sufficient amount of garden furniture and you also have a barbecue at your disposal. You can park the car on the public road in front of the house.

Quietly located detached villa (105 m2) with private swimming pool, at 1 km of the village Rojales. There is a large terrace around the swimming pool (100 m2) and a stone barbecue. The garden is divided in terraces, which offer a magnificent view on the region. The stairs to the house have recently been retiled with original mosaics. The beaches are about 10 minutes drive away, the harbour city Alicante at 35 minutes. This city with its wide boulevard and highly perched castle is absolutely worth a visit. In the immediate proximity you can also find various golf courses, but attraction- and water parks for the children are also on offer. A perfect location for a varied holiday!

The living quarters are on the 1st floor, where you will also find the sun terraces and swimming pool. The floor under the living quarters (almost street level) has a bedroom and a bathroom accessible from outside. There is also a spacious parking space in front of the holiday home. The holiday home has various terraces with both sunny and sheltered spaces.
The villa is approx. 1.5 km away from the centre of Moraira and the beach. Moraira is halfway between Valencia (ca. 110 km) and Alicante (ca. 80 km). It is a lively fishing village with pretty sandy beaches and bays. The immediate proximity of the holiday home is suitable for many (water) activities like walking, cycling, golf and sailing.
