Detached modern villa with large veranda and private swimming pool, situated in a villa area within 1km from Calpe and from a sand beach. This villa is located on its own property of 1000m2. The Villa has a large terrace with BBQ and parking. The distance to Alicante (62km) and Valencia (110km). Supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, bank and post office within 2km.

Calpe is famous for its boulevard with bay and the enormous 'Ifach' rock (332m2). Here is a nature park with a unique vegetation and more than 300 different animals. It is a protected colony for sea birds, which uses it as nesting area. You can reach the park via a zigzag road, and enjoy the panoramic view over the entire Marina Alta coast. You can naturally relax as well, and try out the Spanish tapas under the enjoyment of a glass of sangria along the boulevard!

Near the golf course "La Marquesa" is this tastefully furnished villa with private swimming pool located. Villa Carpintea is situated in the urbanization Ciudad Quesada en built against a hill. The villa is comfortably furnished and well equipped. From the street side you can access (without stairs) the tiled front garden (70 m2) with swimming pool as well as the living area and one of the bedrooms with a bathroom. Through the front garden you can also reach the living area (air conditioning), the bedroom (air conditioning) and the bathroom. On the same level you can enjoy a covered terrace (6 m2) and on the front side of the terrace a big terrace (17m2) with a great view of the golf course and valley. The other two bedrooms can only be reached via the lower terrace, ca. 9 steps down. Both bedrooms have a separate entrance but share one bathroom. Both bedrooms have a fan.
This holiday house is ideal for two couples and families with children

Sun worshipers can enjoy the terrace around the pool and in the evening it provides the perfect ambiance for enjoying the sunset from Rojales. The lower, covered terrace is blessed with a view of the 18 hole golf course La Marquesa.

Guardamar del Segura is 6 km away, with its beautiful sandy beaches and an atmospheric boulevard with various restaurants. There are various golf courses in the vicinity for the golf lover, there are various (water)sports to enjoy and also attraction and water parks for children.
You can park the car on the public road in front of the house.

Quietly located detached villa with private swimming pool, at 1 km of the village Rojales. There is a large terrace around the swimming pool (100 m2) and a stone barbecue. The garden is divided in terraces, which offer a magnificent view on the region. The stairs to the house have recently been retiled with original mosaics. The beaches are about 10 minutes drive away, the harbour city Alicante at 35 minutes. This city with its wide boulevard and highly perched castle is absolutely worth a visit. In the immediate proximity you can also find various golf courses, but attraction- and water parks for the children are also on offer. A perfect location for a varied holiday!

This detached holiday home has a private swimming pool. The home is between the villages of Gata de Gorgos and Lliber. It is 90 km south of Valencia. The holiday home is in enclosed grounds of 4,000 m2. It is surrounded by almond trees, vineyards and olive groves. The villa is attractively furnished and is full of atmosphere. There is a delightful landscaped garden. The covered terrace has an open fireplace and enjoys pleasant views of the swimming pool. There is table tennis and a hammock. The villa is in a valley which offers privacy, tranquillity and beautiful scenery. It is not far from the lively Costa Blanca. The surrounding area has excellent marked walking routes. The beach is around 20 minutes away by car. Numerous adventure parks and safari parks are between 15 and 50 kilometres away, for example in Benidorm. In order to enjoy the area, a car is a necessity.

The modern furnished holiday house is situated in a quarter which is under construction and is provided with all comforts for a comfortable holiday. From the covered terrace there is a view of the swimming pool. Sun worshipers can enjoy the terrace around the pool with barbeque possibilities. During warmer days the air conditioning provides cooling in the holiday home.
Guardamar del Segura is 15 minutes away, with its sandy beaches, dunes and an atmospheric boulevard with various restaurants. The Costa Blanca is also the right place for a sporting holiday. There are various golf courses in the vicinity for the golf lover, there are various (water)sports to enjoy and also attraction and water parks for children.
The port city of Alicante (about a 35 minute drive) is certainly worth a visit, as is Elche (about 20 minutes) away, with a 5 km long palm tree plantation.

Los Cuatros Vientos is a spacious detached villa in Adsubia. It has a private swimming pool. The villa is in a quiet area on a hill. The holiday home is equipped with all modern conveniences and the pool can be covered. The villa stays delightfully cool during the warm summer months due to the air conditioning. On cooler evenings you can enjoy using the fireplace. Sun lovers can enjoy the loungers by the swimming pool in the enclosed garden. The view of the mountains is superb.
The surrounding area is excellent for walking and cycling. Adsubia is around 3 minutes by car from Pego with its shops, restaurants, cafes and various places of interest. Beautiful beaches are around 10 km away. The well known Denia seaside resort is a 15 minute drive. There is a local adventure park nearby and 2 golf courses are around 15 minutes away by car.

This new villa with private swimming pool is build on a sloping ground, quietly located in the hills of the Cumbre del Sol, on the Costa Blanca. The villa is practical and luxurious. The dining room has doors to the terrace and the open plan kitchen a nice breakfast bar. From the villa and the terrace you have a great view on the Cumbre del Sol and the Mediterranean Sea. On a clear day you can even see Formentera and Ibiza. In the evening you can admire beautiful and spectacular sun sets. 'Cumbre del Sol', or 'platform of the sun', is located amidst the sun drenched region between Denia and Calpe, on the most eastern point of the Costa Blanca. The Cumbre is special and can be considered as a village with several developments, shopping centres and its own beach with excellent diving facilities.
The luxury golf course 'La Sella' is at ca. 15 km and the golf course of Javea at ca. 3 km, where there is also a large yachting harbour. Less than a 10 min. walk away you will find various restaurants and shops. For more extensive shopping you can go to Benitachell and gorgeous Moraira (5 km). Large cities like Valencia (115 km) and Alicante (80 km) are definitely worth a visit, and children should definitely see the attraction park Terra Mitica, near the tourist resort of Benidorm. Pretty roads lead you for example along the coastal way to Calpe or inland, where you can visit tranquil Spanish villages and have a plate of tapas or a glass of wine.
