Guardamar del Segura lies 15 km. north of Torrevieja. Guardamar del Segura is a village which has managed throughout the centuries, to draw advantages from the unpredicament's of the nature which has shaken it up more the once. At the end of the 19th century the city was in danger to become buried under the pushing forward sand dunes. One succeeded to cut the sand its way by planting long lines of pine trees. This is a combination which make Guardamar del Segura unique. The eastern part of the city is completely charmed by the dunes of Guardamar. The beaches vary from cosily busy to deserted quiet and therefore something for every beach lover. Approx. 5 km. south of Guardamar del Segura lies Casa Arco Mediterráno in a small urbanization. The house is furnished standard and well kept and is situated near the communal swimming pool. There is a spacious garden with grit and garden furniture. From the house you walk through the pine tree forest to the wide sandy beach where you can nicely enjoy the azure blue Spanish sea.

Spacious corner apartment (76m2 including terrace) on the ground floor, complete and furnished with taste. Within only 2km from the sea and the beaches of Orihuela Costa is this fine place to celebrate your holiday. You can use the wonderful communal swimming pool (28x7x2,50m.) with meaadow, while your private garden has enough space (62m2). Villamartin has a pleasant 'Plaza' with a variation of international restaurants (approx. 30), with cosy terraces and small shops for your daily shopping. The Plaza is within walking distance. Villamartin stands internationally known for its 18 holes golf course, where you can play all year through. Casa las Hermanas is therefore ideal for golf holidays. The neighbouring town Torrevieja is within 7km and next to it has a wonderful beach and boulevard even a bubbling nightlife. The bigger and historic cities Alicante (51km.), Murcia (68km.), Elche (47km.) and Cartagena (56km.) are surely worth visiting.
For the true Spain with typical villages and unripe nature, you only have to drive inland. In the direct surrounding is the famous pink salk lakes with flamingo's and outstretched lemon and orange plantations. Even boat trips, sailing, tennis, horse riding, carting, swim paradise are part of these activities in the area.

Youll find beautiful beaches, sand dunes and an attractive boulevard there. You can also enjoy interesting excursions in the area surrounding the home.

This detached villa is in the residential area of Monte Solana. It has a private swimming pool. The villa is near the town of Pedreguer. It is around 8 km from the town centre of Denia, the beach and the sea. The holiday home is beside a nature reserve. The private terrace enjoys fine views of the delightful area with the sea in the distance. The villa is pleasantly furnished. It has terraces on various levels with both sunny and shady areas. The floor below the living area has a bedroom which can be reached from the outside. It is on the same level as the swimming pool.

The immediate area is excellent for water sports. There are a number of golf courses nearby. As well as relaxing in the sun, you can enjoy delightful walks, such as the beautiful routes along the Móntgo and Bernia Ridges.

Semi-detached holiday home (141m2) on the golfresort of 'Lomas de Campoamor', Orhihuela Costa. The white beaches of the Costa Blanca are just a 10 min drive away. On this resort you are able to get some rest and enjoy your privacy, play golf and you can also enjoy the beautiful weather. The holiday home is situated next to a communal garden and swimmingpool but it is also equipped with a private garden and a private terrace. The area around Campoamor is a true paradise to play golf in, in the neighborhood you will find the 5 star Real Club de Golf Campoamor with 27-holes and within a 3km distance you can find another 3 golfclubs with 18-holes. But even if you can't play golf, Lomas de Campoamor is a beautiful holiday park. It is equipped with various outdoor swimmingpools, terraces and playgrounds. But that's not all: you can even find an indoor swimmingpool with sauna, whirlpool and a gym. Comfortable linked house (300m2), peaceful situated within 45min. from the airport of Alicante and 5km from the beautiful white beaches of the Costa Blanca. Within walking distance is a communal swimming pool. Due to the location and the amount of terraces around the house and the facilities in the surrounding, this is excellent for families with children and for golf lovers. It is also suitable for hibernators. Torrevieja is within 15km, as well as San Pedro. In the surrounding you will find the famous lakes with flamingos, lovely Spanish villages like als San Miquel and the typical orange and lemon plantations. Within walking distance are diverse supermarkets, restaurants, bars and other provisions. The golf course Villa Martin is less than 5min. drive, where you will also find a entertainment centre. All water sports possibilities are available along the beaches and marinas. The house has a corner garden of approx. 145m2 with a big BBQ, which can also be used as a fireplace.
A garden baby chair is available, as well as a bicycle which can be used.

Just a little south of the city Alicante lies the urbanization Gran Alacant. Alicante is a beautiful city with a lot of culture and history, among which the old castle Santa Barbara. Sante Pola is only about 10 minutes by car away. This of a good standard furnished corner house is situated in a friendly part of Gran Alacant. The beach and the sea is close by, as well as the shops and restaurants. You have access to a terrace with garden furniture and a wonderful sunbathing terrace with garden furniture on the 1st floor. You can also use two communal swimming pools with childrens pool and a communal tennis court in the district.

El Palmeral is part of the urban area of Bonalba and close to the town of Muxtamel. The town is about 20 km from Alicante. You can enjoy all kinds of holiday activities here. There is a golf course, spa, swimming centre and tennis court in the park. The tennis court requires payment. There is a community swimming pool with a children's area and playground near the holiday home. The beautiful Spanish hinterland is a short distance away. Numerous amusement parks are within easy reach. The home has garden furniture and a barbeque.

This attractively furnished apartment is in a good position and enjoys a sea view. It is just by the El Campello boulevard. The apartment is on the first floor and has a terrace at the front of 10 m2. The terrace is perfect for enjoying the sun while admiring the sea view, the boulevard with its tapas restaurants and the fishing harbour. The apartment complex has two apartments suitable for six and for four people (ES-03560-06). The apartment is very well suited for a holiday with family or friends. It is also excellent during the winter months.

El Campello is an attractive seaside town between Benidorm and Alicante. The sandy beach is within walking distance of the apartment. You can enjoy a wide range of water sports here. Benidorm and the Terra Mitica Adventure Park are 30 kilometres away. The harbour town of Alicante is only 10 kilometres. Golfers will have a wonderful time here as there are so many golf courses in the surrounding area.

La Vida Buena is a comfortable holiday home on the Bonalba Resort, just outside Mutxamel. This holiday home (110m2) is still new, (built in 2006), and is provided with all conveniences. Mutxamel is 15 km north of Alicante. You can enjoy views of the shared swimming pool, Bonalba golf course, Alicante, San Juan, El Campello and the Mediterranean Sea from the balcony. Here you will have everything you need for a lovely holiday.

The Bonalba resort has an indoor and outdoor swimming complex, sauna, jacuzzi and beauty salon. There is a Turkish bath, tennis court and fitness room which requires payment. Golfers can enjoy the 18 hole golf course set in a natural habitat with an agreeable climate all year round. There is a clubhouse with a restaurant, bar and covered terrace.
The Spanish hinterland with its beautiful mountains and scenery is just 15 minutes drive away. The city of Alicante is 15 km, the beaches of San Juan and El Campello are 9 km, Alcoi is 40 km, Valencia is 170 km and Murcia is 95 km. They are well worth visiting.
