This attractively furnished apartment is in a good position and enjoys a sea view. It is just by the El Campello boulevard. The apartment is on the first floor and has a terrace at the front of 10 m2. The terrace is perfect for enjoying the sun while admiring the sea view, the boulevard with its tapas restaurants and the fishing harbour. The apartment complex has two apartments suitable for six and for four people (ES-03560-06). The apartment is very well suited for a holiday with family or friends. It is also excellent during the winter months.

El Campello is an attractive seaside town between Benidorm and Alicante. The sandy beach is within walking distance of the apartment. You can enjoy a wide range of water sports here. Benidorm and the Terra Mitica Adventure Park are 30 kilometres away. The harbour town of Alicante is only 10 kilometres. Golfers will have a wonderful time here as there are so many golf courses in the surrounding area.

Detached villa with veranda and private swimming pool, situated in a villa area within 1km from a sand beach and within 2,5km from the resort Calpe along the Costa Blanca. This ground floor villa is located on its own property of 1000m2. The house is equipped with a big terrace, barbeque and parking area. The kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated. The distance to Alicante (63km), Valencia (121km), supermarket (1km), doctor, pharmacy, bank and post office is within 2,5km.

Calpe is famous for its boulevard with bay and the enormous 'Ifach' rock (332m2). Here is a nature park with a unique vegetation and more than 300 different animals. It is a protected colony for sea birds, which uses it as nesting area. You can reach the park via a zigzag road, and enjoy the panoramic view over the entire Marina Alta coast. You can naturally relax as well, and try out the Spanish tapas under the enjoyment of a glass of sangria along the boulevard!

La Vida Buena is a comfortable holiday home on the Bonalba Resort, just outside Mutxamel. This holiday home is still new, (built in 2006), and is provided with all conveniences. Mutxamel is 15 km north of Alicante. You can enjoy views of the shared swimming pool, Bonalba golf course, Alicante, San Juan, El Campello and the Mediterranean Sea from the balcony. Here you will have everything you need for a lovely holiday.

The Bonalba resort has an indoor and outdoor swimming complex, sauna, jacuzzi and beauty salon. There is a Turkish bath, tennis court and fitness room which requires payment. Golfers can enjoy the 18 hole golf course set in a natural habitat with an agreeable climate all year round. There is a clubhouse with a restaurant, bar and covered terrace.
The Spanish hinterland with its beautiful mountains and scenery is just 15 minutes drive away. The city of Alicante is 15 km, the beaches of San Juan and El Campello are 9 km, Alcoi is 40 km, Valencia is 170 km and Murcia is 95 km. They are well worth visiting. Casa Rita is in the suburb of Llano de los Pastores in Busot, Costa Blanca. It is a comfortably furnished apartment of around The holiday home is equipped with every modern convenience. It is on the ground floor. There is a communal swimming pool with a salt water system. The pool is shared with the other guests. There are two apartments in the grounds. The garden is beautifully landscaped with cactuses, fruit trees, rockeries and palms. The owners live on the first floor. The apartment has a private terrace and plenty of privacy. The apartment is in a quiet location with easy access to the larger cities. Alicante is just a 15-30 minute drive. The beaches of San Juan and El Campello are 8 km away. The surrounding area is ideal for of lovers of culture and the countryside. The stalactite cave "La cueva de Canalobre" is not far from the home. The 18 hole Bonalba Golf Course is only 5 minutes away by car.

There is a sand beach within 1,5km. The ground floor villa is on a property of 800m2. The house is renovated in 2004 and equipped with a new kitchen. Te town Alicante is within 63km. The spa Calpe within 4km is famous for its boulevard with bay and the nature park at the enormous 'Ifach' rock (332m). Discover the old Benissa, which makes you think of Moren times. Enjoy the lively and picturesque inner part of town and discover the fascinating surrounding. A car or cycling trip through the Sierra de Bernia is unforgettable. Enjoy the view over Marina Baixa, of Altea, Benidorm and La Nucia. In the neighbourhood of Benissa you will find many bays with clear blue water where you can swim wonderfully and come to rest. But do not forget to enjoy the wonderful fish dishes, which they prepare. Along the coast are various water sports activities.

This detached villa is in the residential area of Monte Solana. It has a private swimming pool. The villa is near the town of Pedreguer. It is around 8 km from the town centre of Denia, the beach and the sea. The holiday home is beside a nature reserve. The private terrace enjoys fine views of the delightful area with the sea in the distance. The villa is pleasantly furnished. It has terraces on various levels with both sunny and shady areas. The floor below the living area has a bedroom which can be reached from the outside. It is on the same level as the swimming pool.

The immediate area is excellent for water sports. There are a number of golf courses nearby. As well as relaxing in the sun, you can enjoy delightful walks, such as the beautiful routes along the Móntgo and Bernia Ridges.

This modern holiday home is between the town of Moraira and the famous Peñon de Ifach Rock. The home has a private swimming pool and it is at 4km of Calpe and its fine beaches. The holiday home is attached and was built in 2009. It has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The living/dining room opens onto to the attractive terrace where you can enjoy excellent sea views. Guests may also enjoy the communal swimming pools on the complex. The pools measure 12m x 5m and 5m x 3m.
You can enjoy a wide variety of sports in the surrounding area. The holiday home is next to the Club Náutico les Bassetes in the town of Benissa. You can sail, scuba dive and water ski here. The popular resorts of Dénia, Jávea, Benidorm and Altea are not far from the holiday home.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.

El Campello lies approx, 20 km. North-east of Alicante. Casa Maria-Jan is situated on one of the mountain slopes in the peaceful district Coveta Fuma. This detached villa is split in two living sections. The top home is occupied by the owner. With enough privacy you will occupy the down home (75 m). The rooms are equipped with fans. Around the swimming pool is enough space for garden furniture, lounge beds and a parasol. There is a covered terrace with a cosy wooden outdoor(dining) bar. For the children there is a slide and a swing. Where ever you are on the terrace, you will always have a marvellous view at the Mediterranean sea.



Specifics:
The swimming pool can eventually be fenced (in connection with small children). At the reservation you can subscribe if you want to use a third bedroom. Costs at high season EUR 100,- per week/ off-season EUR 75,- per week (to be payed at the owner at the spot). The end cleaning for this extra room is EUR 25,- per stay.

Bars and restaurants, including an internet café, are within walking distance. In Torrevieja you can stroll on the seafront boulevard or enjoy the many terraces. In Villa Martin you will find a large shopping centre. Excursions in the region: Alicante with a wide boulevard, Elche with the famous palm gardens and the student city Murcia. Nature lovers will find lots to do in the inland of the Costa Blanca too.

This holiday home with private swimming pool is situated on the Costa Blanca only 10 km from the beach. The holiday house is located in the urbanisation of Lo Crispin in Algorfa. This detached villa is comfortably furnished and equipped with all comforts. The wooden beams on the ceiling provide a homey atmosphere and contrast with the stark furnishings. During warmer days, the air conditioning provides cooling, while during the colder days, it also heats the house. The bedrooms are charmingly furnished, the panel curtains provide a warm glow. Relax completely in one of the two massage showers, one of which has a built in music function to make your relaxing experience complete. Sun worshipers can enjoy the terrace around the pool with lounge bench and barbeque possibilities.
The beach, the boulevard and the centre of Torrevieja and Guardamar del Segura are only 10 km away. The Costa Blanca is also the right place for a sporting holiday. Golf lovers will love the various golf courses, there are many (water) sports to participate in and water and attraction parks for children are also available. Elche, with its 5 km long palm tree plantation (about 20 minutes drive) and the port city of Alicante (about 30 minutes drive) are also worth a visit.
