This luxury apartment is situated in the resort of Punta Prima, near the town of Torrevieja. The beach is only 300 metres away. The shops, restaurants and pavement cafes are just as close. Torrevieja is around 5 minutes away by car. Youll find many restaurants, pavement cafes and a charming boulevard there. There are a number of golf courses in the surrounding area. The complex has 3 communal swimming pools, one of which is heated during winter. There is a garage.

Comfortable, connected holiday home, located in a quiet development in Cabo Roig, at a short distance of the beaches and the boulevard of Torrevieja. The house is well decorated and is ideal for families with children because the communal swimming pool is right in front of the house ! You can keep an eye on the kids from your terrace and do have to get out of the door to enjoy a great holiday.
There is enough fun to be had in the area, various golf courses, aqua parks, bars and restaurants, time will be too short!

In a quiet location, this friendly apartment complex is located on the beautiful mountain of Monte Pego and has magnificent views into the distance. Pego is located 23 km to the west of Denia. You have a broad range of facilities on offer such as outdoor and indoor pools and a mini-golf course. Against payment you can make use of the restaurant, sauna, whirlpool and Turkish bath.
The comfortable and well cared for apartments are all situated near the pool and most of them have a sea view or a view of the mountains. They have terraces or a balcony with garden furniture. They are located on the ground floor, the first and the second floors. The apartments are cleaned 2x per week, but you can also choose to have the apartment cleaned daily.

'La Ruina' is part of the 'Refugio Marnes'-estate, with a large communal swimmingpool. It is a renovated sheep-pen and has kept its very ancient materials and elements despite the modern refurnishing of the house. La Ruina is a characteristic house for 4 persons, accessible with a steep donkey-path, about 150 meters from the central parking-lot. The hamlet Marnes, to which the house belongs, is located at about 500 meters height in a small mountain-area, the Siërra de Bernia, in the hinterland of Costa Blanca close to Benissa.

From the paved road, a sand path of about 300m. leads to the finca (=property). Here you will find two houses: the main house where the owners live, and 'La Ruina'.
On the property you will find the typical algarrobo, olive -and almond trees. La Ruina finds itself on 19 hectare of untouched nature land. So you are not renting a house, but "your own finca"! During your stay the swimming-pool (12x4,5x2) is at your disposal, shared with guests from the unique 'Jaima' (nomadic tent), which are for rent as well. Have a look at housecode ES-03720-08.

Rojales lies 13 km. north of Torrevieja. In Ciudad Quesada (Rojales) about 900 m. from the centre this detached villa is situated on a parcel of approx. 550 m2. From your house you can take simple excursions to the weekly market in the centre and a visit to El Coral; a nice park where, especially in the summer, open air partys are being held. The villa contains of a large rooftop terrace and in the paved garden around the house you can also place your garden furniture to barbeque or just enjoy the Spanish sun.

This homely and well maintained villa with private pool is located just near the golf course at Rojales.
Rojales lies approximately 5 km from Guardamar, a beautiful swimming location with beautiful beaches. Youll feel right at home here. There is a great deal of privacy in the garden and at the pool, and you also have a beautiful view over the valley and the golf course. There is a lovely barbeque in the garden, so that you can enjoy absolutely everything. The living room is air-conditioned and there are fans (ceiling) in the bedrooms. Shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The beach and sea are approx. 5 km away. Torrevieja, with its beautiful boulevard is approximately 10 km away.
Here you will find innumerable restaurants and shops. In short, you can really enjoy yourself and relax.
