El Mirador is a comfortable apartment in the Bonalba resort apartment complex. The resort is just outside Mutxamel. The apartment is 54 m2 and in a quiet position on the 3rd floor. Mutxamel is 15 km north of Alicante. You can enjoy views of the shared swimming pool, Bonalba golf course, Alicante, San Juan, El Campello and the Mediterranean Sea from the balcony.

The Bonalba resort has an indoor and outdoor swimming complex, sauna, jacuzzi and beauty salon. There is a Turkish bath, tennis court and fitness room which requires payment. Golfers can enjoy the 18 hole golf course set in a natural habitat with an agreeable climate all year round. There is a clubhouse with a restaurant, bar and covered terrace. The Spanish hinterland with its beautiful mountains and scenery is just 15 minutes drive away. The city of Alicante is 15 km, the beaches of San Juan and El Campello are 9 km, Alcoi is 40 km, Valencia is170 km and Murcia is 95 km. They are well worth visiting. You can park in the car park attached to the apartment.

This very special accommodation lets you go back to the time of the North African Nomads. You stay in a specially made nomadic tent, completely in an Arabic atmosphere, yet with all the comfort and facilities for a surprising holiday! The tent is on the property of the estate Refugio Marnes, where the restored sheep fold, La Ruina (ES-03720-07) is also for rent. During your stay, you can make unlimited use of the swimming pool (12x4,5x2), which is shared with the guests of La Ruina. The hamlet Marnes, which belongs to Refugio Marnes, is located within approx. 500m high in a small mountain area the Siërra de Bernia, in the hinterland of the Costa Blanca close to Benissa. The sea is located less than 30km drive.
From the paved road, a sand path leads to the finca on the estate for approx. 300m. Here you will find two houses (the main house where the owners live and 'La Ruina') as well as the nomads tent. On the estate you will find for this surrounding typical algarroba, olive and almond trees. Round the estate lies 19 hectares unripe nature and cultural ground, whereby it is ideal to hike or cycle. If you adore the warmth, sporty, enjoy comfort and love the Mediterranean landscape, then Spain will quickly make your heart pound and you want only sun and peace? This luxury, fourth floor penthouse is in the Real Club de Campoamor apartment complex. There is a lift. The apartment is spacious and around 92 m2. There is a balcony on three sides of approximately 70 m2. The balcony enjoys good views of the sea and the surrounding area. This is a superb holiday destination for the serious golfer as there are three good golf courses nearby. Real Club de Campoamor is around 10 km south of Torrevieja, a seaside town with lots of places of interest, plenty of entertainment and a lively night-life. The apartment is in a quiet area and all the entertainment is only a short distance away. The interesting, historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena are not far.

The shops, restaurants and pavement cafes are just as close. Torrevieja is around 5 minutes away by car. Youll find many restaurants, pavement cafes and a charming boulevard there. There are a number of golf courses in the surrounding area. The complex has 3 communal swimming pools, one of which is heated during winter. There is a garage.

It is surrounded by the Montgo Nature Reserve. The terraces enjoy panoramic views of the area. The garden is under development. The holiday home is furnished in a modern style and is equipped with every modern convenience.

The nearest beach is less than 10 minutes drive away. The centre of Denia is around 3 km. You can enjoy various water sports in the area. Golfers can enjoy the 18 hole La Sella golf course. You can go on splendid walks, go mountain biking and horse riding in the delightful scenery of Montgo. The city of Valencia is 100 km away. Alicante is 90 km. They are both well worth visiting. You can enjoy an excursion to Ibiza, the crossing is 3 hours.

Pego is located 23 km to the west of Denia. In a quiet location, this friendly apartment complex is located on the beautiful mountain of Monte Pego and has magnificent views into the distance. You have a broad range of facilities on offer such as outdoor and indoor pools and a mini-golf course. The comfortable and well cared for apartments are all situated near the pool and most of them have a sea view or a view of the mountains. They have terraces or a balcony with garden furniture. They are located on the ground floor, the first and the second floors. The apartments are cleaned 2x per week, but you can also choose to have the apartment cleaned daily.

This homely and well maintained villa with private pool is located just near the golf course at Rojales.
Rojales lies approximately 5 km from Guardamar, a beautiful swimming location with beautiful beaches. Youll feel right at home here. There is a great deal of privacy in the garden and at the pool, and you also have a beautiful view over the valley and the golf course. There is a lovely barbeque in the garden, so that you can enjoy absolutely everything. The living room is air-conditioned and there are fans (ceiling) in the bedrooms. Shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The beach and sea are approx. 5 km away. Torrevieja, with its beautiful boulevard is approximately 10 km away.
Here you will find innumerable restaurants and shops. In short, you can really enjoy yourself and relax.

Casa los Chopos is a comfortably furnished holiday home in the residential area of Pinares del Mecli. It is around 1.8 km from Tibi. The villa is divided into two units.
The Dutch owner lives on the top floor. You will enjoy perfect privacy as he is hardly ever there. The holiday home is 120m2 and has its own entrance. The home is in a quiet location on the ground floor. There is direct access to the swimming pool from the living/dining room. You will have the pool all to yourself.

The area surrounding the holiday home is perfect for lovers of culture and beautiful scenery. The 18 hole golf courses of Bonalba are a 15 minute drive away.

The holiday home is 25 minutes from Alicante with its shops, bars and restaurants. Ibi is 11km and Castalla 8 km away. The sandy beaches of San Juan and El Campello are only 25 km from the holiday home.

The complex consists of 6 buildings, of which are 2 not totally ready, and is located very near to the beautiful beaches of Guardamar. There are many facilities available such as a communal swimming pool, communal garden, fitness room, sauna, boules court, tennis courts and playground for the children. There is also a heated indoor pool. You can really enjoy yourself here, the beach is within walking distance. The apartment is luxurious and equipped with all comforts.

It is on the ground floor. There is a communal swimming pool with a salt water system. The pool is shared with the other guests. There are two apartments in the grounds. The garden is beautifully landscaped with cactuses, fruit trees, rockeries and palms. The owners live on the first floor. The apartment has a private terrace and plenty of privacy. The apartment is in a quiet location with easy access to the larger cities. Alicante is just a 15-30 minute drive. The beaches of San Juan and El Campello are 8 km away. The surrounding area is ideal for of lovers of culture and the countryside. The stalactite cave "La cueva de Canalobre" is not far from the home. The 18 hole Bonalba Golf Course is only 5 minutes away by car.
