The property is well kept and has a spacious living room (ca. 50 m2). There are two covered terraces (45 m2 in total), one of which has a sitting area. The terrace is blessed with a view of the village, a big lake, part of the city of Torrevieja and you can even see the sea (provided the weather permits it). Furthermore, you can be at the famous golf course of Bonalba in 10 minutes drive. The small centre of La Coveta Fumá (1 min.) has a supermarket and a variety of dining possibilities. The three identical luxurious villa?s (150 m) El Jaro (ES-03189-05, ES-03180-10 and ES-03500-01) are situated in the urbanization Playa Flamenga, approx. 1 km. from the sea, in a beautiful arranged garden (2700 m) with a swimming pool and sauna (only used by the occupants of these villa?s). The accommodations are for the larger part adjusted for disabled people, there are also various aids available, which can be used at request. As a result if which, they are particularly suited for older people and persons in a wheelchair. There are garden furniture and a barbeque on the terrace.
