This beautiful beach house has a private swimming pool. It is in a unique position near the town of Altea and just 200 metres from Campomanes Beach. The house's terraces and balconies allow you to enjoy delightful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the marina. The holiday home has three floors and is built in a modern style. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with every modern convenience. The air conditioning provides welcome cooling on hot days.
The holiday home's entrance is on the top floor which is entered at street level. The spacious living room and kitchen are on this floor. They have direct access to the swimming pool. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the next floor down. There is another bedroom and bathroom on the lowest floor. The recreation area is on this floor too. It has fitness equipment and a sauna which guests can enjoy. You can also play a game of snooker here.
The holiday home is 500 metres from Campomanes Harbour. You'll find restaurants, bars and shops there. Altea's town centre with its pleasant boulevard, marina and beach is three kilometres away. Calpe is seven kilometres away and the lively resort of Benidorm is 18 kilometres.
You can enjoy a wide variety of water sports in the surrounding area. The excellent Club de Golf Don Cayo golf course is five kilometres away.

Casa Do is a beautiful villa with a private swimming pool. The villa is on the Costa Blanca. It is beside the Club de Golf Don Cayo and is 1.5 kilometres from the village of Altea la Vella. The village is 5 kilometres from the larger town of Altea. The town has a lively boulevard, marina and beach. This very spacious villa is built in a modern style. It has a marble floor with under-floor heating. You can enjoy the attractive indoor and outdoor dimmer lights, modern music system and piano in the dining room.
The villa occupies three floors and has a lift. You can enjoy beautiful views of the golf course and the old town of Altea from the covered terraces, living room and outdoor kitchen. The Mediterranean Sea is visible in the background. There is a staircase at the side of the villa which leads to the 1,200m2 rock garden which backs onto the golf course. There is no access to the golf course.
The nearest beach is around 5 kilometres away. You can enjoy various water sports in the surrounding area. Due to the villa's position beside the golf course, golf lovers can have a wonderful time here. You'll find a wide variety of walking trails and riding tours within a 30 minute drive. The Terra Mitica and Terra Natura Adventure Parks are not far. Many other places of entertainment on the Costa Blanca are also within easy reach.

You can avail of extra services on request. These include shopping, a butler service, babysitting and a cookery service. These services require payment.

Very comfortable and spacious villa (250m2) with a private swimming pool and a panoramic view on the countryside and Bernissa. The house is equipped with two barbecues, one outside and one inside, a garden, very large terrace with garden furniture, tables, chairs, deckchairs and parking space. It is a secluded holiday home, completely fenced in and very comfortable to stay in both summer and winter. The village of Benissa is only 800m away and Calpe just 9km. The lovely neighborhood is very suitable for cycling, hiking and walking.

In the village of Benissa you can find some restaurants, supermarkets and shops. You can also go on daytrips to for example: the old town centre of Benissa, Marine's cathedral, Benissa's creeks (8km), the sandy beaches in Calpe and Moraira(9km), play golf in San Jaime de Benissa, windsurfing, waterskiing and diving. Other cities in the neigborhood that are worth a visit are:

The finca is very suitable for families with children, there is a trampoline (3,6m) and football table for amusement. The double bedrooms have a luxury king-size waterbed. Torremanzanas is within 5 minutes drive from the finca, the town Jijona within 15km. The beaches of Benidorm, Alfaz del Pí and Altea are within approx. 25km. The harbour town Alicante is reachable via Jijona in 35km. The finca is restored with taste and authenticity and very comfortable. A must

Near the beautiful palm town of Elche lies Catral. Ca. 2 km from Catral, surrounded by mountains lies this beautiful villa with guest accommodation set in grounds of 3000m. All comforts are provided. A large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, a cosy outside bar, tennis court and jeu des boules court. For children there is a playground including a trampoline. there are two parking spaces within the grounds. The property is surrounded by a wall which offers you optimal privacy. There are several terraces surrounding the accommodation as well as a roof terrace (60 m2) with beautiful views.

Specifics:
A few stairs are leading to the property. You'll have airconditioning throughout the entire villa and guest accommodation (hot and cold air). In winter the use of the swimming pool depends on the weather. The final cleaning costs 105 when you make use of the guest accommodation. When you book with 6 persons and do not use the guest accommodation, the final cleaning will cost 75.

The villa is located on the edge of the forest, 120 m above sea level. From the villa youll have a splendid view of the mountains, the Playa de Albir, Alfaz del Pi and Altea. The villa is located between the picturesque town of Altea and the dazzling resort of Benidorm. If youre looking for a bit of peace and quiet but also wouldnt mind going out for a great evening, Casa Simona is the right address for you. The sea is only 3 km away, and the Terra Mitica amusement park is 11 km away. The villa is particularly spacious and has a great deal of privacy due to the large garden area with petanque field, golf putting green and half-covered outdoor bar. There is a separate playroom with TV for the children, where they can play, draw, paint, etc. to their hearts content. Because of the position against a hill you have view on 20 km coastline, from Moraira up to Calpe. The villa is fully located on the 1st floor and also has a guest accommodation in 'Arabic Style' (accessible via a downward staircase). The villa and the guest accommodation are fitted with all comforts. The villa is south facing and sunny all day. There are various (roofed) terraces with shade or sun and privacy as you wish. The terrace near the pool has an outdoor bar, a kitchen with BBQ and a lounge corner. The large garden (1800m2) offers lots of privacy and you can enjoy a relaxed holiday here. You have a great sea and views on the “Ifach” rock (332m) from all the rooms. Less than 2,5 km away there is a pleasant boulevard with various restaurants and night clubs.
