The apartment is neat and completely furnished for a sunny holiday along the Costa Blanca. The luxury golf resort Lomas de Campoamor is 3 km away from the long sandy beaches and is therefore extremely suitable for a combination of professional golfing and heavenly relaxation at the seaside or in your luxury holiday home.

The green oasis Lomas de Campoamor is a paradise for golfers and sun worshippers. There are three 18 holes golf courses, located around the central luxury clubhouse with a restaurant and panoramic terrace, and a golfing shop. The view stretches from the pleasant town of Torrevieja (10 km) to the tropical style La Manga. The beaches of Orihuela Costa are only 3 km of the resort away.

There are different districts in the resort with different types of houses and apartments. All accommodations are comfortable and are perfectly suited for the professional golfer, and with their location near the sea and the many communal swimming pools of the resort also for holiday makers and families with children looking for comfort and various facilities within walking distance. Approx. 5 km. inland from the seaside resort Guardamar del Segura lies this nice duplex house (89 m) near the golf course La Marquesa. The house has a direct view at the tee of the drivingrange and the golf grounds from the covered terrace (5,5 m). The golf course is situated in a valley. The living section is situated on the ground floor (nine steps from the garden) and the two bedrooms are situated in the basement. The house is of a good standard and modern furnished. The garden (approx. 15 m) is partially tiled. There are two lounge chairs and garden furniture available. You can use the communal swimming pool in the urbanization. But also the beach can be reach after approx. 10 minutes by car.

Orihuela-Costa lies 10 km. south of Torrevieja. Torrevieja means 'the old tower'. Torrevieja lies near the sea and is surrounded by two large natural salt lake, which are the largest of Europe. These lakes a particular popular with people with hart problems, rheumatism, arthritis or asthmatic conditions. The warm climate softens the symptoms, through which one finds life in this part of Spain a benefaction. This region is known as one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa Blanca due to the crystal clear water and the gorgeous sandy beaches which mostly lie in bays. This terraced house with large rooftop terrace (48 m) with permanent barbeque is situated in the gulf urbanization Villa Martin. A small garden with garden furniture is in front of the house.

Characteristics:
The swimming pool can be closed between November and April due to maintenance. You can rent a camping bed or wooden bedstead. A camping bed costs 20 per week and a wooden bedstead costs 26 per week. You can also rent a high chair for 14 per week, a buggy (only vertical) for 14 per week, a buggy (from 3 months) for 20 per week and a stair gate for 20 per week.
