The apartment is neat and completely furnished for a sunny holiday along the Costa Blanca. Children are completely happy here in the communal swimming pool or the broad sand beach of Guardamar del Segura, within 7km. Shops, supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance.
A wonderful bottle of wine awaits you when you arrive!

Situated on the ground floor, a snug 2 room apartment, on the beautiful golf resort Campoamor close to Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja. Due to the location, close to the sea, the apartment is ideal for 2 persons (and a child) to golf in combination with the sun, sea and beach. In short, a very complete apartment with a perfect location!

The luxury golf resort Lomas de Campoamor is 3 km away from the long sandy beaches and is therefore extremely suitable for a combination of professional golfing and heavenly relaxation at the seaside or in your luxury holiday home.

The green oasis Lomas de Campoamor is a paradise for golfers and sun worshippers. There are three 18 holes golf courses, located around the central luxury clubhouse with a restaurant and panoramic terrace, and a golfing shop. The view stretches from the pleasant town of Torrevieja (10 km) to the tropical style La Manga. The beaches of Orihuela Costa are only 3 km of the resort away.

There are different districts in the resort with different types of houses and apartments. All accommodations are comfortable and are perfectly suited for the professional golfer, and with their location near the sea and the many communal swimming pools of the resort also for holiday makers and families with children looking for comfort and various facilities within walking distance. The resort is surrounded by extended pine tree forests and citrus orchards where you can make lovely walks.

The town of Torrevieja is approx, 10 km and is fun to visit day or night, with the pleasant boulevard, yacht harbour and numerous terraces, bars, shops and during high season an evening market and a permanent funfair.

The apartments (40m2 or 60m2) are comfortably furnished and entirely decorated in an authentic Spanish style.
- By car: Motorway A7, A70 direction Valencia (coming from the airport) exit 67 then N 340 direction Xixona (Jijona), take the exit on the right direction Busot Bonalba. Continue straight forward to the Gulf. Go to the end of the road up to the Bonalba shopping centre. The Eurogroup reception is beside the big map of the Bonalba site at the roundabout near the shopping centre.

- By train: Alicante station (15 km)
- By plane: El Altet Airport in Alicante (20 km)

- Reception opening times: 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00

- Late arrival (after 20:00):
Let the residence or the booking central know about your late arrival.

- Handing-over of the keys:
Your apartment is available from 17:00. You can collect the keys at the reception of the Residence on presentation of your voucher.

- Security deposit:
You must pay the security deposit (Visacard, Eurocard, cheques, no cash) for your apartment on arrival. It will be paid back to you 15 days after your departure - possible replacement or cleaning expenses can be deducted from that amount.

This apartment is near the sea. It is within walking distance of the La Fossa Boulevard in Calpe. The simply furnished apartment is in a tall building. There is a communal swimming pool, a lawn and a small playground.
The sofa bed in the living room is suitable for one adult or two children. The private terrace enjoys pleasant views of the Mediterranean.
The Apolo XVI apartment complex is near the El Penon de Ifach rock. The apartment is by the boulevard with its restaurants, supermarkets and little shops. Calpe has many beaches which makes it very attractive for water sports. You can visit a number of adventure parks in the surrounding area. You can enjoy an excursion to Majorca from Denia.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.

Rojales-Guardamar is situated 10 km north of Torrevieja. Rojales is located about 5 km inland from the seaside town of Guardamar del Segura. The apartment complex of Pino Grande, that is divided over two levels because of its hilly location, is directly at the 18 holes golf course La Marquesa. Therefore, it enjoys a panoramic view over the golf valley. The apartment, that is carefully and modernly furnished, is on the ground floor, but because of its hilly location, it can be reached via a downward staircase. The terrace with garden furniture offers a view over the golf course.

Approx. 5 km. inland from the seaside resort Guardamar del Segura lies this nice duplex house (89 m) near the golf course La Marquesa. The house has a direct view at the tee of the drivingrange and the golf grounds from the covered terrace (5,5 m). The golf course is situated in a valley. The living section is situated on the ground floor (nine steps from the garden) and the two bedrooms are situated in the basement. The house is of a good standard and modern furnished. The garden (approx. 15 m) is partially tiled. There are two lounge chairs and garden furniture available. You can use the communal swimming pool in the urbanization. But also the beach can be reach after approx. 10 minutes by car.

This simply furnished holiday residence with communal pool is located in the quiet neighbourhood Pueblo Lucero in Ciudad Quesada, Rojales. The detached villa is divided into two sections. The owner lives on the bottom level and offers you as much privacy as possible by usually not being present. The holiday residence has its own entry on the backside and is located on the basement level. You can enjoy the sun on the terrace in the garden. Lively socializing is combined here with sufficient privacy. During warmer days, the communal swimming pool, which is directly next to the residence, offers you a cool dip.
The holiday residence is located approximately 10 minutes drive from Guardamar with its sandy beaches and an atmospheric boulevard with various bars and restaurants. The Costa Blanca is also the right place for a sporting holiday. There are various water sports to practice in the surrounding area, and golfers will have a lovely time on the 18 hole golf course Campo de Golf La Marquesa in Rojales. The cities of Alicante and Elche are also worth a visit, with a 5 km long palm tree plantation.

Altos de la Bahia is a quiet, residential area between Torrevieja and the town of La Mata. Torrevieja is a pleasant seaside resort. It has an attractive boulevard with many pavement cafes and restaurants. They are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the delightful sea views. There is a good evening market and you can enjoy a walk along the pier. Boat trips to the island of Tabarca leave from the harbour. There are numerous golf courses in the surrounding area. You have quick and easy access to the beach and the sea from the holiday home. There are a number of interesting places to visit in the area. These include the island of Tabarca and the towns of Alicante and Murcia.
