A detached holiday house (143m2) built in an authentic Catalan style, situated on a property of 5200m2. You will stay between the beautiful nature, where you can fish and picnic on the plateau of rocks in the peaceful little river at the bottom of the terrain. You may even swim in the deeper areas! This is possible without even having to walk, in the private swimming pool next to the house.

The area is breathtakingly beautiful and is located within 10min. from the Coll de Bracons (height of 1254m.) and even the high mountain Magdalena is located close by. There are many hiking routes, you can mountain bike and close by is the possibility to horse ride. The holiday house is ideally situated with regard to the interesting cities, which is worth visiting, such as Olot (10km.), Vic (25km.), Figueres (45km.) and Barcelona (69km.). In Olot (10km.), Torellò (10km.) and Les Preses (8km.) you will find shops and cosy little restaurants. In Andorra (85km.), you can ski perfectly in among other things the ski areas of Andorra la Vella, Ordino Alcalis, Pal-Arinsal, Pas de la Casa Grau Roig en Soldeu el Tarter. Situated close to highway.

This house is one kilometre from the village. The village and the house are surrounded by mountains. The city of Vic, the area capital, is not far and well worth a visit. The house is in a quiet area and enjoys delightful views of the surroundings. Barcelona is 95 km away and Girona 92 km. Both are easy to reach. The village and the immediate area have many places of interest. These include ancient churches, springs and excellent walking trails through beautiful woods and landscapes.
The landlady will be pleased to show you her Bonsai garden. She is also happy to allow children to feed the ducks.

La Pradella is an authentic Catalonian farm (300m2) dating from the XVI century. The farm is tastefully restored. This quaint farm is situated in a beautiful walking area and consists of two floors. La Pradella offers spectacular panoramic views over the fields and forests with their wild flora and fauna. In the vicinity of the farm domain stands a small ecological farm where you can view rare Iberian pigs enjoying a leisurely walk. The city market of Olot is just 15 km from La Pradella, other famous cities worth a visit are Gerona (50km) with its famous Salvador Dalí museum and of course Barcelona (130km). La Pradella is perfectly suited to larger groups or family combinations with diverse possibilities in the surroundings.

Terrace village house in the hamlet of Mas de Bondia (20 inhabitants). The village is accessed by a stone door. In Catalunia, this is called a "pueblo cerrado" or closed village. This type of village dates back to the Middle Ages. The house, on the top of a hill, dates from the 16th century and has been recently restaured in its original style and provided with modern comfort. The house includes a ping-pong table, a football table, a terrace with barbecue and a beautiful view on the woods. You are 120km from Barcelona, 57km from Lleida/Lerida and 85km from Tarragona.

The inhabitants of the village have built a swiiming-pool, open in July and August. It is a communal swimming-pool, but it belongs to the inhabitants and is located at about 300m from the house. Since the inhabitants are few and advanced in age, it is not used very often.

Turn back the times and discover the catalan hinterland and its many small, medieval villages!

Catalan house ('masia') from the XVIIth century, located in a small village near Montmajor, in the Berquedá region. The house has been fully renovated but has conserved its typical appeal. It has a private garden with a swimming pool to be shared with the owners. The house is surrounded by a nature and woody area. Its perfect location allows you to enjoy the landscape of Berquedá, visit the Solsonés region with the Solsona cathedral, the museum Minas de Sal (salt mines), the castle and the Parador of Cardona (7 km) and the Bages region. The ski slopes of Port del Comte are approximately 40 km away.

An old renovated farm with land divided in two parts. Peacefully situated in the area of Anoia in the province of Barcelona. The masia is comfortable, well equipped and situated in a countryside in the middle of forests and fields. It has a garden and swimming pool. St. Marti de Tous is situated closely within 2km, which has all the necessary facilities. There is a castle and even a reservoir. Igualada is within 10km and here you can participate in various sporting activities. The distance to the town of Barcelona is approx. 80 km (1 hour) and the beaches of Sitges and Vilanova is approx. 60-70km (45 min.).

This detached house (300 m2) with private swimming pool, built in the XIXth century, is located in the province Barcelona, in the region Calonge de Segarra, in the pretty Catalonian countryside. You can enjoy the tranquillity the region has to offer here. The house is fully equipped and has various facilities for children. It consists of a lower floor, a first and second floor, and there is a level difference of 5 steps on the lower floor. The region offers you the opportunity to make various cultural excursions along castles, small Romanesque buildings and through the pretty villages... The beach of Sitges is only 1 hour away from the holiday home and the famous attraction park Port Aventura at only 1.5h by car away.

The owners go to the house every two days to feed the animals and maintain the swimming pool, this is always in the morning and the always inform the guests when they are coming. They have the following animals: a dog, cats, chickens, ducks and goats.

Masía Mas Set Rengs is an agrotourism holiday house, an agricultural and cattle breeding company on a farm of around 152 ha. The farm is surrounded by fields and forest. There are a pony, cows, geese, chickens and rabbits on the farm, and horses of pure Spanish pedigree are bred here as well. Garden and farm produce are available according to the season.

This holiday farmhouse is divided into 3 apartments, each with a separate entrance. There is a common area on the ground level with a hall and a large dining room with a fireplace, where guests from the three apartments can meet if they want. The entrance to each of the apartments is on the landing at the top of the stairs.

This is the perfect place for families with children to enjoy nature and learn to get along with animals.

Cal Valls was built towards the end of the 17th century in Vilagrassa, a beautiful hamlet with 350 inhabitants, near Tarrega. Fields and crops dominate the landscape to the pre-Pyrenees, which provides excellent conditions for a variety of sports and outdoor activities, such as hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, angling, canoeing and river crafting.

Furthermore, the central location in Catalonia makes every corner accessible for one-day excursions - from the Dali-museum in the north, the Costa Brava coastline and Barcelona in the west and further south Tarragon with its amphitheatre and Port-Adventure Universal Studios amusement park for the kids.

The property was carefully converted in 2006, so that all the original period features were delicately preserved, keeping traditional style and materials such as stone walls, wooden beams and open fires.

The floor area is around 300 m 2, where you can find an American style kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso coffee maker, meat grill and micro-wave; next to the kitchen there is a large dining room overlooking to the garden. There are five bedrooms, all of which overlook the 13th century Santa Maria Church, and three bathrooms - one on the lower floor and two on the upper floors.




The outside area is about 150 m 2 with a garden with lawn and a terrace, with private swimming pool, large barbecue with free lumber, table tennis and ping-pong bats, five bicycles, skateboards, hammock, darts and a petanque set.
