The Establo is a comfortably furnished, 'studio' holiday home. There is a shared swimming pool. The home is on the ground floor behind a beautifully restored Catalonian farmhouse or Masia. The Establo was once a goat shed. It has been completely renovated and is now a delightful holiday accommodation. It is full of atmosphere. The home is a large, open space and has every comfort. The living/ dining room has an open kitchen. This area's level is a few steps higher than the sleeping area and the bathroom. The private terrace enjoys a superb view of the large vineyard. You can enjoy absolute quiet and privacy here. The swimming pool and sun terrace are a few metres away and a number of steps lower.

This holiday Loft is on the ground floor, at the back of a beautifully restored Catalonian farmhouse or Masia. It was once a granary, but has been completely converted into a comfortable, attractive vacation residence. This holiday home is one large, open and high-ceilinged space. There is a living and dining area, a sleeping area with a romantic double bed, a bathtub and behind a frosted glass wall you will find a shower and toilet. The private terrace offers a superb view of the large vineyard, and borders on a shared swimming pool. An ideal place for a couple who appreciate a contemporary romantic location.

This peaceful and welcoming rural property reveals nature in its true colours; from the blue of the sky to the green of the woods and meadows to the ochre shades of the orchards.
There is a good-sized terrace affording breathtaking views over the area, with a large porch giving access to the house and covered parking for two cars.
The house is situated in Pueblo La Llavinera, a small, hillside town in the north of the Anoia region, bordering Solsonés and Bages and overlooking the region. The town is within the Sant Pere Sallavinera municipality, a mere 4 km from the Calaf centre.

The local economy is based around traditional unirrigated agriculture (mainly barley and wheat). Pine forests are abundant in this area, as are oak species. Nearby areas of interest include Sant Pere Sallavinera, Boixadors castle, Sant Pere church, Santa Maria de Rubio fortress church, La Manresana tower, Els Prats de Rei, the Santa Maria priory and Calaf.

There are a pony, cows, geese, chickens and rabbits on the farm, and horses of pure Spanish pedigree are bred here as well. Garden and farm produce are available according to the season.

This holiday farmhouse is divided into 3 apartments, each with a separate entrance. There is a common area on the ground level with a hall and a large dining room with a fireplace, where guests from the three apartments can meet if they want. The entrance to each of the apartments is on the landing at the top of the stairs.

This is the perfect place for families with children to enjoy nature and learn to get along with animals.

The covered private terrace can be reached from the living/ dining room. It enjoys a splendid view of the area. The swimming pool and its sun terrace can be reached by an outside stone stairway.

This holiday home is perfect for nature and animal lovers as there are great opportunities for horse-riding and viewing the estates farm animals, which include sheep, donkeys and ducks. The holiday home is ideally positioned for visiting the Penedés vineyards, cultural sites and Barcelona city. The owners live on the same estate. There is also a restaurant and dining-room in annex serving traditional Catalan cuisine (grilled meat, reared on the farm itself).

XVII century, fully restored rural property measuring 90 m2, located in Bages, in central Catalonia. Transport links are excellent and the breathtaking Montserrat mountains are a mere 30 km away. The property is made up of 3 independent dwellings with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Guests will have the opportunity to visit the ruins of the Romanesque church as well as other places of cult and monasteries in the surrounding area.
Access to the house is by a staircase leading from the patio and on the first floor you will find the living-dining area with kitchen, toilet and two bedrooms. There is also a spiral staircase leading to a small attic. Outside there is a patio, a wooded area and a shared swimming pool. The owners run a small farm and offer visits should guests desire. A series of wine cellars and an unusual snail farm, just 2 km from the house are also well worth a visit.

This stately 17th century manor is in the heart of Catalonia. The farmhouse has been completely restored and is easy to reach. It is just thirty kilometres from the striking Montserrat Mountains. The estate has three detached accommodations in its grounds. They offer every comfort for an enjoyable holiday in a peaceful, rural setting. You can visit the ruins of a Romanesque church as well as other temples and monasteries in the area. The accommodation is entered by ascending a few steps from a patio. There is a store room. The owners are happy to show you around their agricultural business on request. There is a snail farm nearby.

Rural cottage located in the Catalan Pyrenees in Turbiás, a small village that in winter sees just two houses inhabited and where in summer five or six are occupied. Nature lovers will enjoy fantastic views and total tranquillity thanks to the mountain location which offers walking, cycling and horse riding opportunities in the valley. The Alt Pirineu Nature Reserve is a mere 10 km away from the rural house and the immediate area also offers adventure sports opportunities. The nearest golf course is 18 km away, La Seu dUrgell is 23 km away and Andorra is just 1 hour away. Guests may visit the ruins of the medieval Castellbó castle and the church and sanctuary of St. Joan de lErm amongst others.
