Its location is ideal for discovering the most important Andalucian centres, such as Córdoba, Granada, Seville and the Costa del Sol.

Authentic, completely restored mill with private swimming pool, dating from the 19th century and today offering complete comfort. This previous mill is located in the middle of the Nature Park de Sierras Subbeticas, near the villages of Carcabuey and Priego de Cordoba.

The unique thing about the mill is that it has an abundance of water from its own natural spring. In addition, there is a large swimming pool with a slide with lawn around it where you can enjoy sunbathing. Outside around the mill you will see a kitchen garden and ancient oak trees that provide shade for your terrace, where the table is made of an old millstone, the benches are make of natural stone and there is a fountain providing cooling. The thick walls, in combination with the fact that the mill is situated on a water source, assure that it is beautifully cool in the summer and is comfortable in the winter. In short, a characteristic holiday house for enjoying a wonderful holiday in the Andalusian countryside.

Andalusian cottage built over 200 years ago, restaured to its original state. Situated in the old centre of Casabermeja, on the heights of the town. The cottage has been carefully restaured using traditional materials such as clay, wooden beams and thatched ceilings. Even the tiles in the courtyard and the corridor, familiarly called "La corriente", are original. Donkeys used to be lead along this passage to access the barn behind the house. The decoration and equipment of the house is simple but very stylish and authentic, including many collector's items gathered and restaured by the owner.

The house is divided into 2 parts: The main house includes a living-room with traditional chimney , a simple kitchen with dining table, a 3-ring gas burner, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. From the living-room, you can access the courtyard (patio) where you'll find a BBQ and a laundry-corner in the former barn. At the end of the courtyard, you will find the former haybarn, which is only accessible from the courtyard and can only be rented together with the main house. It includes a large living-room with chimney, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and lavatory.

The house is perfect for a week-end or a week of discovery in Andalusia. Casabermeja benefits from a central position: not far from Málaga (25km) and the airport, Antequera (30km), the beaches of Torremolinos (at 40km), Granada (105km), Córdoba (140km) and Sevilla (185km). The natural parks of "Los Montes de Málaga", "El Torcal de Antequera", "La Laguna de Fuente de piedra" are also worth a visit.

This rustic holiday home with private swimming pool is located in the nature park Sierra de Cazorla, Segura y Las villas. The cottage is approximately two centuries old. It was completely renovated a few years ago and equipped with all modern comforts. It is ideal to enjoy a relaxing holiday and nature in a breathtakingly beautiful landscape in the centre of the nature reserve. Originally the holiday home was only 35 m2, the rest was reserved for animals and the storage of the little worldly possessions. A family of 8 people lived in these circumstances. But times have changed and regions that had to be left behind in the past are nowadays desirable for escaping the daily routine and relaxing. The nearest village is Chilluévar at 18 km. Larger towns nearby are: Úbeda and Baeza (61 km; UNESCO world heritage), Granada (216 km), Cazorla (26 km) and Villacarrillo (31 km).

Wonderful rural property with private pool in the Sierra de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas, in Jaen province. This small rural complex includes two fully independent houses which enjoy use of a bar-restaurant. The property in question belongs to the ICONA (Institute for the Conservation of Nature), and was once used as a stop-over point for horse travellers. The house has been decorated in minute detail to give an authentic countryside feel. The dwelling boasts a porch with teak furniture where you can kick back and relax. The closest sites of interest are Úbeda and Baeza (61 km away), Granada (216 km away), Cazorla (26 km away), Villacarrillo (31 km away), while the closest town is Chilluévar (18 km away).

Hand constructed cave dwelling measuring 260 m2, located in Lopera, in inland Andalucia. It features a large private terrace boasting spellbinding views over the Sierra Nevada. Lopera is attached to Cortes and Graena. It is a peaceful village with a now rare rural atmosphere. It makes a wonderful place in which to relax or carry out any number of open air activities, without forgetting its proximity to Granada (25 mins away), Guadix (5 mins away), the Sierra Nevada (25 mins away) and the beach (2 hours away).

The cave house consists of two case houses (of 130m2 each) and is situated at the headwaters of the River Fardes, 1000m above sea level and the area boasts a large number of springs with guaranteed pure air and water.

The dwelling is entirely hand constructed, dug out of the rock by hand more than 80 years ago with a technique that is no longer used, giving the property its unique character. It is situated in a prime location and is a far cry from other over crowded types of housing. It is naturally bioclimatic with a constant indoor temperature of 18C all the year round. For those who have never stayed in a cave, prepare for a truly unique experience.

From all the rooms, you have a breathtaking view over "Montes de Malaga", "Sierra de las Nieves" and the many villages of the Guadalhorce valley with among other things the lake of "El Chorro". You can see the glittering of the clear water of the Mediterranean Sea from a distance and on a clear day, you can even see the African coast! The villa is located close to the golf course of Antequera. From Casa Almendro, it is very easy to visit the main town of the Costa del Sol, Malaga, with its many beaches, just like Granada (105km), Sierra Nevada, Antequera (15km), Cordoba (120km) and Sevilla (185km). Visit one of these destinations and get to know the culture and gastronomy where these beautiful Andalusian cities are famous. A beautiful view.

A former wine farm (300m2) of monumental value with private pool, originated from the XVIII century, and fully reconstructed in the original old style, whereby the old structure of the house have been kept. During the restoration, the house was divided into 2 linked houses. Located on an estate of 200ha, where walk among other animals goats and horses, at the foot of the nature park Montes de Malaga. The vegetation in the surrounding of the house is protected. All the bedrooms are equipped with a bathroom and some have an open fireplace. The house is very peacefully situated and has a fantastic 360 view over the Sierra de Torcal and the Sierra Nevada! This very characteristic finca lies close to the town of Malaga (25 km.) and the coast. Due to the central location (connected with the highway within 5km) are the Andalusia historic cities Granada (in 1 hour), Sevilla (in 1 hour) and Córdoba (in 2 hours) easily reachable. The houses are located 5km from the town Villanueva del Trabuco and from the highway, which among others communicates well with the historic Andalusia cities Málaga, Granada, Córdoba en Sevilla, which is surely worth a visit!
