Rurally situated villa in Coín at Málaga. This villa is completely decorated in a rustic Andalusian style and equip with all the comfort. In the garden you will find a swimming pool with a large terrace for sunbathing, bbq and chairs. Near the swimming pool there is also a pool house with shower and washing machine. The finca has a big private property of 4000m2 with fruit trees, and you can take wonderful walks through it. Close to the holiday house but outside the property there are two other houses. In the garden, you have beautiful views over the surrounding. Within only 20min. you will find the beaches of Marbella and in a half hour is the roaring town Malaga. In the surrounding of the house, you can visit the famous Moorish town Granada (within 1,5 hours), the white village Mijas or the famous places Torremolinos and Benalmádena. This finca is the perfect place to celebrate a sunny holiday!

A former wine farm of monumental value, originated from the XVIII century, and fully reconstructed in the original old style, whereby the old structure of the house have been kept. During the restoration, the house was divided into 2 linked houses; the swimming pool is therefore shared. Located on an estate of 200ha, where walk among other animals goats and horses, at the foot of the nature park Montes de Malaga. The vegetation in the surrounding of the house is protected. All the bedrooms are equipped with a bathroom and some have an open fireplace. The house is very peaceful situated and has a fantastic 360 view over the Sierra de Torcal and the Sierra Nevada! This very characteristic finca lies close to the town of Malaga (25 km.) and the coast. Due to the central location (connected with the highway within 5km) are the Andalusia historic cities Granada (in 1 hour), Sevilla (in 1 hour) and Córdoba (in 2 hours) easily reachable. Casa Tranquila is an attractive villa of with a swimming pool. It is in a quiet area only 5 km from the white village of Casabermeja. The holiday home is tastefully furnished and has a terrace with lovely views of the mountains. The home is 25 km from the coast and around 20 km from the cities of Málaga and Antequera. Both cities have many interesting places to visit, such as Picasso's house, la Alcazaba and el paseo del puerto.
The El Torcal de Antequera National Park is around 15 km away. It has many excellent walking routes. The famous Andalusian cities of Córdoba (1 hour away) and Seville (2 hours away) are within easy reach. The Sierra Nevada and La Alhambra are a 1.5 hour drive. Casa Tranquila is a place where you can really enjoy yourself!

This apartment is full of character. It is in a unique area of outstanding beauty in the Sierra Norte area. The holiday home is just outside the village of Constantina. The village is in the heart of the Sierra Morenza National Park. The apartment is part of the Hacienda Santa Barbara. It is in well kept grounds of 7.5 hectares with olive, chestnut and oak trees. There is a communal swimming pool. The Hacienda Santa Barbara is famous for its historic 'Ice Wells of Constantina' which are on this historic, attractive country estate. Their history goes back to the 16th century. They were used as ice storage for the city of Seville. Nowadays the building, which looks like a monastery, has been completely renovated. It received a European Union Award for preservation of a European Cultural Heritage site.
There are six holiday apartments. They have been renovated and are now comfortable holiday homes. This apartment is on the first floor on the side or back of the building. It enjoys views of where the ice was produced long ago. Guests can enjoy the authentic communal seating area and courtyard. The communal swimming pool is in the centre of the grounds. It has a sun terrace which is reached by a staircase and is surrounded by olive groves. The pool enjoys delightful views of the area. The accommodation is ideal for those who enjoy space and tranquillity.
The village of Constantina, with its famous Moreria Moorish quarter, is 2 kilometres away. The surrounding area is perfect for bird watching, walking, mountain biking and riding. The city of Seville is 80 kilometres away. The city's famous landmark, 'La Giralda, is a former minaret. It is the perfect place to enjoy beautiful views of the city and its suburbs. This luxury country villa has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and padel tennis court. The catered villa can be rented entirley but on a bed & breakfast basis. It is on a plot of land and enjoys spectacular views of the Sierra del Sur de El Torcal Mountains. You can see the El Torcal Park Nature Reserve from the house. There is a gravel garden. The villa is surrounded by olive and fruit trees. The hostess will be happy to receive you and makes sure that breakfast is ready for you. She resides in a separate part of the villa during your stay. The villa has air conditioning which is almost unnecessary due to its construction in 2006 and its position. There is under-floor heating and a cosy fireplace for winter days. The villa has high quality furnishings and some antiques.

The small village of La Joya is 5 kilometres away. It has a hotel and an excellent restaurant as well as a restaurant with regional dishes. The historic city of Antequera is nineteen kilometres away. You'll find a golf course there. The cities of Córdoba, Sevilla, Ronda and Granada are all between one and two hours away by car. The small village of La Higuera has a shop/supermarket and is about 500 metres from the villa. It can be easily reached on foot. Shopping can also be done in Villanueva de la Concepción, 5 kilometres away. You'll find bars, restaurants and shops there.

Wonderful rural property with private pool in the Sierra de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas, in Jaen province. This small rural complex includes two fully independent houses which enjoy use of a bar-restaurant. The property in question belongs to the ICONA (Institute for the Conservation of Nature), and was once used as a stop-over point for horse travellers. The house has been decorated in minute detail to give an authentic countryside feel. The dwelling boasts a porch with teak furniture where you can kick back and relax. The closest sites of interest are Úbeda and Baeza (61 km away), Granada (216 km away), Cazorla (26 km away), Villacarrillo (31 km away), while the closest town is Chilluévar (18 km away).
