Situated in the hamlet La Higuera close to Antequera south of the nature park El Torcal. The house has a huis heeft een privileged and peaceful location. The house has all the comfort to enjoy a wonderful holiday. Very central location in Andalusia within approx. 170km from Sevilla, 150km from Córdoba, 120km from Granada and 30km from Malaga and the beaches from the Costa del Sol. Good starting point for daytrips to these beaches, surely worth it!

The country house (95m2) "Casa El Retiro" is a house, built back in 1.822 and completely renovated. It has been renovated in such a manner as to preserve the idiosincracy and style of the time it was built. The property is located within the municipality of Casabermeja 3 km away from the Natural Park "Los Montes de Málaga", and surrounded by autoctonous tree species and other type of fruit-trees. The property is near the golfcourse of Antequera. The distances to interesting places are: Antequera (30km), Granada (100km), Córdoba (150km) and Sevilla (200km). The property has a large terrace, sort of sun-deck and a watch-out point, and enjoys 10.000 m2 of land, containing the most beautiful mediterrenean flora, with trees over 100 years old. The place enjoys complete tranquillity and calmness, the only sound being bird's songs and the whistling of the wind. Nice views.
Access the house you have to go through 2 km of unpaved road.

This apartment is full of character. It is in a unique area of outstanding beauty in the Sierra Norte area. The holiday home is just outside the village of Constantina. The village is in the heart of the Sierra Morenza National Park. The apartment is part of the Hacienda Santa Barbara. It is in well kept grounds of 7.5 hectares with olive, chestnut and oak trees. There is a communal swimming pool. The Hacienda Santa Barbara is famous for its historic 'Ice Wells of Constantina' which are on this historic, attractive country estate. Their history goes back to the 16th century. They were used as ice storage for the city of Seville. Nowadays the building, which looks like a monastery, has been completely renovated. It received a European Union Award for preservation of a European Cultural Heritage site.
There are six holiday apartments. They have been renovated and are now comfortable holiday homes. This apartment is on the first floor on the side or back of the building. It enjoys views of where the ice was produced long ago. Guests can enjoy the authentic communal seating area and courtyard. The communal swimming pool is in the centre of the grounds. It has a sun terrace which is reached by a staircase and is surrounded by olive groves. The pool enjoys delightful views of the area. The accommodation is ideal for those who enjoy space and tranquillity.
The village of Constantina, with its famous Moreria Moorish quarter, is 2 kilometres away. The surrounding area is perfect for bird watching, walking, mountain biking and riding. The city of Seville is 80 kilometres away. The city's famous landmark, 'La Giralda, is a former minaret. It is the perfect place to enjoy beautiful views of the city and its suburbs. Cadiz and Malaga beaches are around 200 kilometres away.

Casa "El Encinar" is A brand new elegant villa. It has been recently built with traditional materials such as wood beams and stone floors which gives a particular character. It has two bedrooms with ensuite facilities, one twin and one double. There is a large living room with dining area, fire place and a very well equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Outside the villa there is a private swimming pool, a garden with furniture and a barbeque area. The name of El Encinar comes from the area which is surrounded by oak trees. This beautiful villa is located in a private fenced area on the top of a hill with spectacular views of the Serranía de Ronda, Sierra de las Nieves, Guadalhore valley, Málaga area and the Mediterranean see, Malaga mountains and The Sierra Tejeda-Almijara. Thanks to its excellent location, just 15 min. from Antequera, you can visit the main attractions of Andalusia such as Granada (1.15 min.) Seville (2 hours) Cordoba (1.45 min.). Las "Chozas" is a traditional farm (70m2), completely restored in keeping the authentic character, situated south of the national park "El Torcal de Antequera" and 3 km from the rural village La Joya. The farm stands on an estate of 10000m2 with tree plantations, where you can come to rest completely between the Mediterranean fauna. Much privacy and peace. From the terrace, you can see the entire southern part of the province Malaga, like the national park "Montes de Malaga" and "Sierra de Las Nieves". On a clear day, you can see the sparkling Mediterranean Sea on the horizon. The farm is located close to the neighbourhood of the nature parks "El Torcal de Antequera" and "Montes de Malaga" and the water reservoir "Pantano de Guadalteba" with the lake of "Los Gaitanes". Hand constructed cave dwelling measuring 130 m2, located in Lopera, in inland Andalucia. It features a large terrace boasting spellbinding views over the Sierra Nevada. Lopera is attached to Cortes and Graena. It is a peaceful village with a now rare rural atmosphere. It makes a wonderful place in which to relax or carry out any number of open air activities, without forgetting its proximity to Granada (25 mins away), Guadix (5 mins away), the Sierra Nevada (25 mins away) and the beach (2 hours away).

The cave house is situated at the headwaters of the River Fardes, 1000m above sea level and the area boasts a large number of springs with guaranteed pure air and water.

The dwelling is entirely hand constructed, dug out of the rock by hand more than 80 years ago with a technique that is no longer used, giving the property its unique character. It is situated in a prime location and is a far cry from other over crowded types of housing. It is naturally bioclimatic with a constant indoor temperature of 18C all the year round. For those who have never stayed in a cave, prepare for a truly unique experience.
